Melissa "Missy" Giove (born 1972) is a former professional downhill mountain biker. Her nickname is The Missile.

Giove was one of mountain-bike racing's first mainstream female superstars, did some ads for Reebok, is the all-time leader in NORBA downhill wins with 14, and is second on the World Cup list with 11. Giove's other accomplishments include three overall NORBA downhill crowns, two World Cup overalls, and the 1994 world championship title. Prior to cycling, Missy was also a nationally ranked downhill skier.

Early in her career, Missy raced for the highly respected boutique Yeti Racing team along with other top downhill racing stars such as Myles Rockwell, Jimmy Deaton, John Tomac, and Johnny O under the management of industry veteran and former owner of Yeti Cycles, John Parker. After establishing herself as the top US women's downhill talent, Missy moved to the larger corporate financed team of Volvo-Cannondale USA cycling team. Together Missy Giove and Myles Rockwell dominated many of the US downhill races under the Cannondale badge in the early 90's. Missy was always known for being colorful and fast talking.

William Campuzano (born May 27, 1986) is a Mexican American professional mixed martial artist from Mount Pleasant, Texas. He currently fights in the bantamweight division.

Campuzano found his way into the world of mixed martial arts while attending college. "I used to fight a lot, like out on the street. When I was in college ... I took a Tae Kwon Do course where I met Tom Seabourne. He introduced me to Marcus Lanier who was a professional MMA fighter. He was looking for an assistant that could speak spanish. He had just opened up his own school in Mount Pleasant. And that got me into MMA."

Campuzano won the first six fights of his mixed martial arts career, all by stoppage.

He made his WEC debut against Damacio Page at WEC 43, replacing an injured Akitoshi Tamura. Page submitted Campuzano in the first round. Campuzano took the fight on just 11 days notice.

In his next fight, Campuzano defeated Coty Wheeler on January 10, 2010 at WEC 46 via unanimous decision. The bout earned the Fight of the Night award.

Jo-El Sonnier ( /ʒoʊˌɛl sɒnˈjeɪ/; born October 2, 1946, in Rayne, Louisiana) is an American singer-songwriter and accordionist who performs country music and Cajun music. Originally signed to Mercury Nashville Records, Sonnier charted several minor singles on the Billboard country charts in the late 1970s. By the late 1980s, he had signed to RCA Records, breaking through with the Top Ten hits "No More One More Time" and a cover of Richard Thompson's "Tear Stained Letter". Although his chart success waned by the late 1980s, he has continued recording music. He has recorded more than twenty albums, primarily on independent labels.

Sonnier was born to French-speaking sharecroppers in Rayne, Louisiana. At age three, he began to play his brother's accordion. By age six, Sonnier had performed on the radio; at age eleven, he made his first recordings. He also released several independent singles and four albums as a teenager. By the 1970s, he was signed to Mercury Nashville Records, but without much success in the country music field.

Charmaine Neville (born March 31, ) is a member of a famous New Orleans music family which includes the Neville Brothers. The daughter of Charles Neville, she is currently the leader and lead singer of the Charmaine Neville Band, a jazz/funk band based in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Ms. Neville was in international news due to the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, when the failure of the Federal levees swamped the city of New Orleans with up to 18 feet (5.5 m) of water in some locations. Her tale of survival, rape, and eventual escape via a commandeered transit bus were widely reported in the South Louisiana press.
