Transposition joins Revues.org

Transposition. Musique et sciences sociales is a digital journal founded by junior academics at the EHESS. It studies the importance of music and musical practices in the organisation of societies. It questions how musical practices are imagined, initiated and enacted and draws connections with musicology and other disciplines within the social sciences. Transposition is supported by the Centre de Recherche sur les Arts et le Langage (EHESS/CNRS). The first four issues of the journal can be consulted online, and the PDFs and ePubs downloaded in open access.
