In Ukraine, riot police had to kneel down collectively to apologize to the people. From the Ukrainian people's struggle, some student leaders who participated in China's 1989 Tiananmen democracy movement also see changes in today's China. Let's see what they think about it. Feb 24, Minister of Internal Affairs of the Ukraine interim government Ava Cove, said on Facebook: "We launched Yanukovych's criminal indictments for massacring peaceful people. Yanukovych and other related officials are wanted. " Ukraine's Parliament on behalf of the prosecution authority Magnitsky Mach, also confirmed that the Ukrainian police special task force has been set up. They will investigate and transfer sacked former Attorney General Puxiong Cards, and former Minister of Government Revenue Department Klee Myanmar, to judicial organs. After watching the whole process of the Ukrainian people overthrowing the dictatorship, one student leader of the "1989 Tiananmen Incident" Feng Congde, believes that the current Chinese people's constitutional democracy pursuit, and human rights consciousness are much stronger in the people now than in 1989. June 4th Tiananmen student leader Feng Congde: "You could say 1989 was the era of the Enlightenment, the current Chinese society is much more mature than 25 years ago. Many people demanded an end to the one-party dictatorship, and this demand is increasingly becoming apparent and consensus is building. Unfortunately people with such ideals were too few in 1989." Feng Congde said that the democratic revolution will go through three steps, the first is revolt, the second is military mutiny, and the third will be a coup ---- end of one-party dictatorship. He said that a large-scale revolt needs nonviolent protest tactics to allow a large number of people to gather on the streets or in downtown. June 4th Movement student leader Feng Congde: "But the most important are the military forces. There are three level reactions for the military forces: the first is negative repression, and the second is simply no repression, the third level is to change sides." Feng Congde said that the collapse of the Qing Dynasty was because of the new army changing sides. Since the twentieth century, dozens of countries have had regime change in this way, including recently in Ukraine and Egypt. Feng Congde: "In Egypt and Ukraine, there was large-scale revolt at first, followed by military mutiny. I believe it will happen in China in the near future since the CCP has been completely unable to gain trust because of serious income inequalities. China is ready for change at any time." Another "Tiananmen Incident" student leader Zhou Fengsuo, believes that the Ukrainian Parliament played an important role to overthrow the repressive President in a legal manner. The Ukrainian Parliament first dismissed former President Viktor Yanukovich and issued an arrest warrant. Zhou Fengsuo believes that there was an inner voice for the National People's Congress (NPC) emergency meeting when the "Tiananmen incident" happened. Known as "rubber stamp", the NPC did not conduct the conferred power from the Constitution. Tiananmen student leader Zhou Fengsuo: "The CCP used violence. In fact, the tactic of the coup was to prevent the so-called NPC from making a commitment at this critical time. From # , we can tell the CCP made a lot of effort to threaten the NPC from changing." Feb 24, Ukrainian Ministry of Finance revealed that Ukraine needs about $ 35 billion aid by the end of 2015. British Chancellor of the Exchequer Osborne said that the EU is ready. U.S. and IMF also said that they are ready to participate in aid for Ukraine. The UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon has sent a senior adviser to meet with interim President Turchinov in Ukraine.
