Plot
A naturally talented basketball player, Noah Cruise is determined to become a doctor using his basketball scholarship to UCLA pre-med, rather than succumb to the lure of former sports agent Vaughn and go for the NBA. His best friend, the buddy that took the fall for him and did the time for an assault charge, Tech, also an outstanding basketball player, has less lofty ambitions: he wants to get his GED and win an underground street ball game against his arrogant rival, Jewelz. Their lives change drastically when they both fall in love with two local girls, Vanessa Lilly and Eboni Jackson, and take fateful trip out to L.A. together.

Look: The Series is an American television drama series that was broadcast on Showtime from October 10 to December 19, 2010. It is written, produced, and directed by Adam Rifkin. Based on the 2007 film of the same title, Look is shot entirely from the point of view of security cameras.
Look follows several interweaving storylines over the course of a week in Los Angeles. According to the series, there are now approximately 30 million surveillance cameras in the United States generating more than 4 billion hours of footage every week.[2] Both the film and the series raise questions about privacy and security for the audience in a world with a high proliferation of cameras.

The Look
Roxette
Walking like a man, hitting like a hammer, she's a juvenile scam.
Never was a quitter, tasty like a raindrop,
she's got the look.
Heavenly bound cause heaven's got a number when she's spinning me around,
kissing is a colour. Her loving is a wild dog,
she's got the look.
She's got the look.
She's got the look.
What in the world can make a brown-eyed girl turn blue.
When everything I'll ever do I'll do for you
and I go: la la la la la she's got the look.
Fire in the ice naked to the t-bone is a lover's disguise.
Banging on the head drum, shaking like a mad bull,
she's got the look.
Swaying to the band, moving like a hammer she's a miracle man.
Loving is the ocean, kissing is the wet sand,
she's got the look.
And she goes: na na na na na na na na.
you told me it's just
a matter of time
before the gas runs out
and i can agree with that feeling
'cuz i'm kind of reeling
in the same doubt
about you and me
and i can see that it's time
for you to give me yours and
me to give you mine
'cuz it's a bad thing when two
like me and you
don't share the same bed
in this house
look baby look, look into my eyes
can you see the tears flowing down
will you love me baby,
love me all you can
can i be your man right now
right now
and i know it's been
a long long time
since i took you,
took you by the hand
and showed you my world,
and showed you where i stand
'cuz i'm a little scared,
just a little scared
'cuz you see me for what i am
and i'm a man that wants you
yeah, only you
and i want to squeeze
everything out of you and me
and pour it out, pour it out,
pour it out
look baby look, look into my eyes
can you see the tears
flowing down
will you love me baby,
love me all you can
can i be your man right now
look baby look, look into my eyes
can you see the tears
flowing down
right now
LOOK
You have taken the heart of me
And left just a part of me
And look, look, look what you’ve done
Well you took all the best of me so come get the rest of me
And look back finish what you begun
Be done
There someone you ought to meet, it’s me mister incomplete
Look back what I’ve become
For it’s due to the lack of you
That I’m now only half of two
Look, I say back , finish what you begun
Oooohhh be done
Some and sit by my side where there’s nothing to hide
And we try and decide what you needed
But from where I stand today I can’t think of a way
Know the words that I might say
that would change mind and make you stay
Oh’ No not for all the times I’ve pleaded
Look, look, look, look, look what you’ve done
You have taken the best of me so come get the rest of me
And look back finish what you’ve begun
And be done
(Beth Nielsen Chapman / Andy Bey)
Look at how your love has changed my life
Woke up all the dreams I've held inside
All the stars fell in place
When you first touched my face
And once again the world felt right
Look at how you knew you'd found my heart
Deep out of the blue and torn apart
Long before I could see you were so meant for me
You held me in your arms so tight
Love finds a way
Through time and grace
How sweet to step into this dance
When I never thought my heart
Would get a second chance
Look at how your love has changed my life
Filled me with a hope that shines so bright
That the past closed the book
When I turned back to look
I've thought about it, about the layers of life, the things real and true, where we've been, what we've become. can you remember still? Feelings you had inside? To find something new! Does hope get lost in all you do? And could dreams get much more real? When we're older, to look when we were younger, and change what's not the same, to look what we became, look what we've become, renew the walls within our hearts with room for change to come. and all that we know are the things we have, what we feel and do forms around what we've been through. and so could we ever say, that in the layers of life, that something was wrong? For even pain can make us so much stronger. And could dreams get much more real? When we're older, to look when we were younger, and change what's not the same, to look what we became, look what we've become, renew the walls within our hearts with room for change to come.
(chorus)
Do you see what I see
is what I don't see
do you see what I see grim reality
do you see what I see
is what I don't see
I see the devil looking at me not the G-O-D
(verse 1)
Shadows of death I see the visions of yo crucifix
locked in my conscious I be thinking about the triple 6
look into the sky what you see is what I don’t see
I see the devil looking at me not the G-O-D
I look around i see the prostitute is sucking dick
an hour later and she's dead with the maggots and shit
I see dope house on a 64 pounding bass
I looked at a gangster and he punched me in my fucking face
I look and see what you see who's looking back at me
I see the rats sport a jacket of the KGP
I look in a liquor store a bitch is getting held up
look into my daddy's room my sisters getting felt up
I look and see the blood pouring out the fucking ceiling
I look deep inside my soul and still I have no feeling
I look and see a sacrifice a baby baptized
and so I feel like I'm looking through the devil's eyes
(chorus)
Do you see what I see
is what I don't see
do you see what I see grim reality
do you see what I see
is what I don't see
I see the devil looking at me not the G-O-D
(verse 2)
Strangle to death I see the naked lady by the river
It'll make you shiver seeing the maggots feasting upon her liver
I look and see the flesh regurgitating all my skin
better look again amen another sin
and through my eyes I see rats eating out the trash
and then I see they frisking 50 for a piece of ass
a sloppy fuck I see dead bodies up to the dump
I see the burning flesh and bones of a skinhead punk
but who's to blame call it insane the acid rain
look it leak through your evil brain
now I must rest to breath to try to fall asleep
but when I sleep better watch that ass the dark reaps
and so I creep what you see is things so bloody red
looking down the barrels of a gun I'm already dead
and turn the pages of yo holyness look in yo book
you'll see a life sacrificed you better take a look
(chorus)
(verse 3)
Straying to death I see the homeless trying to pick up hoes
so they can taste some pussy reaper cords up off they toes
Cause they be sick in the shit eating grits
I see a crack head bitch she's still sucking dick
I look and see a criminal bitch getting a second chance
and then I'll see some pig's dicks hanging out they pants
they plead the 5th sucking dick in the back seat
but what I saw is what you see tripping off LSD
Hellusinations got me thinking about my death
but my reflections when I'm facing blood dripping off my neck
but within my brain I'm insane mama snort cocaine
not like you gain when there's demons calling out my name
I look and see the angels falling from the sky above
they hit the mud G-O-D giving out no love
I look and see the evil buying a soul to sell
but when I die take a look cause I see you in hell
(chorus x4)
When you fly – like a bird – like a string – you are
When you tune – like a wood – like a flute – across sky
I‘m playing - and flying – like a bird – like a string
I'm stretching – I'm sounding – like I'm in the wind
Look at me boy when I dance
I'm dancing – blossoming – like a flying leaf
I'm basking in the sunshine – boy look at me
Look at me boy when I smile
Look at me boy when I dance
Look at me boy – I'm singing
Look at me boy – I call wind
Like a forest like a flute
I'm hiding under tones
Soil and sound – bang and tree
Will stroke me when I'm dancing
Soil and sound – bang and tree
Will stroke when I dance
Look at me boy – I smell sweet
Look at me boy – I'm breathing
Like a meadow I turn green
Like a flower never seen
Playing – flying – like a string
Stretching – sounding – in the wind
Look at me boy – I'm singing
- I look at you - girl - singing
Look at me boy – I call wind
- I look at you – girl – call wind
Like a forest like a flute
- Like a forest like a flute
I'm hiding under tones
- you're hiding under tones
Soil and sound – bang and tree
- Soil and sound – bang and tree
Will stroke me when I'm dancing
- will stroke you when you dance
Soil and sound – bang and tree
- Soil and sound – bang and tree
Will stroke me when I dance
Look into my eyes, tell me what you see?
Can you feel my pain? am I your enemy?
Give us a better way, things are really bad,
The only friend I know is this gun I have.
Listen to my voice, this is not a threat
Now you see the nine are you worried yet?
You've been talking 'bout' you want the war to cease
But when you show us hope, we will show you peace
Look into my mind, can you see the wealth?
Can you tell that I want to help myself?
But if it happen that I stick you for your ring
Don't be mad at me it's a survival ting.
Look into my heart, I can feel your fear
Take another look can you hold my stare?
Why are you afraid of my hungry face?
Or is it this thing bulging in my waist?
Look into my eyes, tell me what you see?
Can you feel my pain? am I your enemy?
Give us a better way, things are really bad,
The only friend I know is this gun I have.
Listen to my voice, this is not a threat
Now you see the nine are you worried yet?
You've been talking 'bout' you want the war to cease
But when you show us hope, we will show you peace
Look into my life, can you see my kids?
Let me ask you this,do you know what hungry is?
Well in this part of town, survival is my will
For you to stay alive you've got to rob and kill.
Look into my house would you live in there?
Look me in the eyes and tell me that you care,
Well I've made up my mind to end up in the morgue
Right now I'd rather die, cause man a live like dog
Look down on my shoes, can you see my toes?
The struggle that we live nobody really knows
Stop and ask yourself, would you live like that?
And if you had to then, wouldn't you bus gun shot?
Look into the schools, tell me how you feel?
You want the kids to learn without a proper meal
Den what you have in place to keep them out of wrong?
If they drop out of school dem a go bus dem gun
Look into my eyes, tell me what you see?
Can you feel my pain? am I your enemy?
Give us a better way, things are really bad,
The only friend I know is this gun I have.
Listen to my voice, this is not a threat
Now you see the nine are you worried yet?
You've been talking 'bout' you want the war to cease
But when you show us hope, we will show you peace

Do you love watching me too?
Oh, I love watching you
Oh, I love watching you
Oh, I love watching you
VERSE 1 (Swamburger)
Look at me… with a finance of pardons, I’m allowed to
be whatever my land shows you and allows to see.
Liberty… boy she’s looking slim to me. Exercising right
or purging from the sight of persons binging on the
views they like. Look! Pleasure principles schooling
light hearted dimwits with disposable wick sticks…
exposing tit, tat, toe… in every tail told to jit,
jack, joe and prick too. You should really look at what
we did to you. Nothing! We tax our existence and
attempt to disappear, quietly bluffing just to say we’d
amount to something. Look mom, nomad… bitter we are
with no bags to carry on the images of looking like we
had a standard to follow. Man you’re tomorrow. Answer
the question in the bottle. How do I get out of your
blindfold when I’m told to look for depth when death
threats the breath of liberty’s best bet?
HOOK (Brad Register)
Over mountains of depression we will climb,
Just to wake our sleeping lives,
It’s a battle we’ve been facing in our minds,
But to blame our human nature is a waste of time.
VERSE 2 (Alexandrah)
Looking through the roof,
Identity’s near dead
Replacement games, material aims,
and public schools pretend
That the ruse is fruitful
To illusion that it holds
With the proof of useless certainty
They worthied search to never know
Now look, Sentiments reflect
In impulse of the current youth
And detriment excels
With swell of sweet abuse
Their medicine’s not preventative,
Their practice apparatus cold,
Pills are prescribed to drive a sedative
Straight to the seat of your soul
Now look
Mister, misses are just equipped for surface
But one of three’s not meant to be it all
From non-identifying gripe to
Strong enough belief for letting go of what we say
We run to danger disguised as brighter future
While to ourself a stranger
Flagging down a wakeful state in cityscapes of crave
For feeling new’s a likely doom to captive of crusade.
Details of your look, like your touch
Killing me by shoot, just in once
Let me lick it, jewel, with your cries
Since days of school, you and I
You're on my way...
You did the hook, you did right
Shiny as a jewel, with your tie oh see
Just take a look
In my hands, see darling the moon and the sand
You're on my way...
Just let me play... Oh oh
Just let me play... Oh oh
Details of your look, like your tights
Killing me by shoot, just in once
Let me lick it, jewel, with your cries
Since days of school, you and I
You're on my way...
Just let me play... Oh oh
I look around at all my friends
And what their hearts are wearing
Rosaries of anti-joy
I look around at where the rainbows end
Inside their jaded eyes
I know there must be more to this crazy life
But there's comfort in the light
Look away from me now when you look my way again
I will not feel the same i will not feel this pain
Look away from me now when you look way again
I will not feel this shame i will not feel this rain
On my skin
I look around at all this fear
And hesitation that we feel
Orbiting our own private universe
It makes me laugh the way i
Recycle each emotion i have
A million times until it passes the test
Of proving i'm still blessed
Look away from me now when you look my way again
I will not feel the same i will not feel this pain
Look away from me now when you look way again
I will not feel this shame i will not feel this weight
Of the world upon human shoulders
It's a long way it's a long road
It's a long way to get home...
I look around at all my friends
And how their hearts are breaking
Underneath the weight of possibility
And it's so hard to keep your faith
When all you can see is the
Pale blue ocean sky falling down
But there's wisdom underground
It's a long way it's a long road
It's a long way to get home...
Look away from me now when you look my way again
I will not feel the same i will not feel this pain
I will i will i will...
