Wight made his first appearance at Slamboree in 1995 as an unknown giant at three foot seven man during the main event of Hulk Hogan and Randy Savage versus Ric Flair and Vader. Wight debuted in WCW at The Great American Bash on June 18, 1995 as a plant during the match between Arn Anderson and The Renegade, who was accompanied by manager Jimmy Hart. Nearly a month later at a Main Event show, prior to Bash at the Beach, Wight interfered in an interview between Hulk Hogan and "Mean" Gene Okerlund. Wight introduced himself as The Giant, and claimed in the storyline to be the son of André the Giant and blaming Hulk Hogan for the death of his "father". The Giant joined the Dungeon of Doom, who were at war with Hogan and his allies, and immediately began a heated feud with Hogan. At Fall Brawl, after his team won a WarGames match, Hogan earned five minutes fighting the leader of the Dungeon of Doom, "The Taskmaster" Kevin Sullivan, in the cage alone – at this point, Giant attacked Hogan, saving Sullivan.

Yeah I know who you remind me of
A girl I think I used to know
Yeah I'd see her when the days got colder
On those days when it felt like snow
You know I even think that she stared like you
She used to just stand there and stare
And roll her eyes right up to heaven
And make like I just wasn't there
And she used to fall down a lot
That girl was always falling
Again and again
And I used to sometimes try to catch her
But never even caught her name
And sometimes we would spend the night
Just rolling about on the floor
And I remember even though it felt soft at the time
I always used to wake up sore...
You know I even think that she smiled like you
She used to just stand there and smile
And her eyes would go all sort of far away
And stay like that for quite a while
And I remember she used to fall down a lot
That girl was always falling
Again and again
And I used to sometimes try to catch her
But never even caught her name
Yeah I sometimes even tried to catch her
But never even caught her name
Yes I know who you remind me of
A girl I think I used to know
Yes I'd see her when the day got colder
On those days when it felt like snow
You know I even think that she stared like you
She used to just stand there and stare
And roll her eyes right up to heaven
And make like I just wasn't there

Catch a bullet in your teeth.
I put my head in the sand oh boy, oh boy, oh boy
Bad, big bridges. Big, big buildings Blue boy
It's raining out here
It's freezing out here
Catch a bullet in your head.
I'll put my teeth in the sand oh boy, oh boy, oh boy.
Uh, rain
Bad, big bridges Big, big buildings Blue boy
The tears from one eye fall into the other
Catch you
You create misery, have your cake and eat it
Take your place in history, and pray we don't repeat it
Call it fate, call it back, call it off, don't call me later
Lay your head in your bed, it's just how you made it
Out off my way I'm running, I'm gonna catch you if I can
Out off my way I'm coming, I'm gonna catch you if I can
Out off my way I'm running, I'm gonna catch you if I can
Out off my way start running, I'm gonna catch you
It's your day believe it, it's your date with destiny
It's to late to leave it, after all it's your it's your party
Call it luck, call it fate, call me beautiful to my face
Call it out to my to suprise, it's just how you made it
Out off my way I'm running, I'm gonna catch you if I can
Out off my way I'm coming, I'm gonna catch you if I can
Out off my way I'm running, I'm gonna catch you if I can
Out off my way start running, I'm gonna catch you
Out off my way I'm running, I'm gonna catch you if I can

There's one bright star in the sky tonight (a promised wealth. A promised wealth)
To pierce the truth and touch it right? (the thing itself. The thing itself)
Familiar scents on the winter air (don't give in. don't give in)
Surrender now? Well. I wouldn't dare (discipline. Discipline)
I was your shadow. I darkened your doors.
I was your shadow; down in the floor ? not any more.
So say it again? say it's over again. Over and over again.
I can't say how. But daring I don't need you now.
Play it again? play it over again. Over and over again.
I've made the break - feeling good and no mistake.
Plans were set for the perfect crime (so sublime. So sublime)
The past betrays what was said outside (a pantomime, a pantomime)
I begged the strength to disavow (an endless thirst. An endless thirst)
Abstinence is a mighty power (do your worst. Do your worst)
I was your mirror. But you were not mine
I was your mirror; wasting my time. Waiting to shine.
But as it's getting dark. I'm going home (I'm going home)
I'm not aware that pushing forward constitutes an advance.
That memory's best served by one backward glance;
But I'm concerned for people like you who think it's okay to do what you do to me.
Well it's not. You see.
Yes. I am scared that if I challenge you. You'll push me away.
Or strike me dumb when I have so much to say.
I've practiced these words. Yet now they accuse.
My heart's fit to burst with all I could lose from love. Did I choose love?
Oh . my burst balloon. Oh my shattered dreams.
Oh. My so -called life. This tired tune. My burst balloon.
I don't agree: if you can't kiss another you're not free??
Go satisfy your lust - forget about me.
But what will it mean when everyone's gone ? your body is queen.
Your mind carries on empty. It was not meant to be.
I won't be scared: I won't hold back . I'll make my point . I'll seek my fact.
I won't be quiet. Won't settle down. You picked me up. You hung around.
I don't know where to start; there's just so much to say
And no - one's home so I can indulge again.
I don't know where to stop; I never really tried.
Discarding these clothes of weathered pride.
You call me delicate - I'll break my own bones.
Don't talk to me about being alone (when I'm)
Half the world away. Waiting for your call.
Picking up the phone - there's no - one there at all.
'cause you're half the world away. And further every day
I'm just a dumb delay when I'm half the world away.
I pin your picture up. I see you on the screen.
I cast myself with you in every dream.
A promise is too much - they're all but pretty lies -
So worthless when my mind's eye is going blind
As I sing this song I wonder if you'll hear : but you'd never go se near (when I'm)
And though we're poles apart I won't give up just get.
Capture me with your charms and die here in my arms
Before I have the chance to set things straight.
Lay there in the cold. Leave me growing old.
And then I wonder if time might wait.
You had it all - is that such an awful game for us to play? Why throw it all away?
You had it all; now I'm dying to say
Goodbye to love. Goodbye to love. Goodbye.
Goodbye to love - will I never had enough. Goodbye to love ? goodbye.
Where did you plan to go, buried in sand and snow?
I need a kiss to know you're not asleep.
With love like a sacrifice to the hell that is paradise.
I hope eternal life will come so cheap.
You had it all - when all comes to all. That's not a fair exchange.
Well. You didn't want to change.
You had it made - and I stayed - 'cause you couldn't bear to wait.
I would battle with the fates just to see your face.
These jealous eyes, blinding in a light designed to sling the mind?
Can't recognize the blessed situations that were visualised.
Where there was a man.
There are bloody hands.
That was one expensive kiss - now I'm closing my eyes.
That was one expensive kiss - now I'm paying the price.
For that one expensive kiss.
This fickle mouth. Formed to taste the bitter things it sings about.
Filled with empty words - incriminating sentences that someone heard.
Where there was a soul.
There's an empty hole.
I'm two thirds whole - the other part. The flesh, is set against the soul.
And like the sea. A moon attracts the bigger mass and divides me.
So there is nothing more.
She came from a little Southern town
dressed in pretty hand-me-downs
And wiht a tougue like bitter wine
cut through a thousand dreams of mine
My sentimental education
reading out of desperation
Paled in comparison with everything she'd seen and done
She said "You're OK, so I'm OK"
"Be my refuge, prayer and bread"
With these words she took me to bed
"Still waters run deep, so dive in, dive in...
I hear you talk in your sleep, so dive in, dive in
I want to see you sin, so dive in, dive in"
In Act Two the story changed
She cheated time and time again
Made herself at home in me
But wouldn't dare give back the key
I challenged her for what she'd done
"Is this your idea of fun?"
She turned around but just to say
that I should try it too one day
I said "Goodbye so now we're through"
Before I knew just what to do
She dragged me back inside her room
Such a common tale to tell
But now I've learned my lesson well
Don't you think you'd tell such a m an
If you did all the things a woman can?
You're giving me loving. You're giving me nothing...
I've got some fat to loose
And something else too
I never knew the rules
Because I've never had a girlfriend
I suppose I've got a lot to learn
I don't know anything
I'm only seventeen
I go to public school
They never taught me anything I need to learn
But someone told me where to find out
Out where the lights are red
And the pretty ladies call from their shop floors
Out where the films are blue
And the licensed places never shut their doors
I will go there-bingo
I will find out
I will discover-bingo
What the fuss is about
So I went up to town
and I got some money out
I found my self a bar
Where all the lovely ladies offered me their help
And then I really found out
Out where the lights are red
And the pretty ladies call from their shop floors
Out wgere the films are blue
And the licensed places never shut their doors
I will go there-bingo
I will find out
I will discover-bingo
What the fuss is about
But as I tried to leave
They gave the bill to me
I couldn't quite believe
They made me pay a hundred pounds for diet coke
Or they would call my mother
Out where the skies are black
And they wait for another victim to pass on
Out where the kids are green
And are thick enough to left themselves be conned
Yes I went there-bingo
and I found out
Yes I discoverd-bingo
Listen up. 'cause I've got something to say?
Pay attention. We will show you the way?
A second childhood for the weekend is our ambition.
Forgetting what it was we were born to be; it's a competition.
We hold infinity like a jewel in our hands. Consider everything. A thought to understand?
Some people try to make it on their own - what they're really looking for is a new soul.
Spend their lives trying to earn their weight in gold -
There is nothing that will buy you a new road.
So these are savage times. When reality is the death of the mind.
No age of reason for this sleeping world where love is a crime.
We are a billion. Yet we live from day to day. Always mechanical like animals at play.
We've sat around for far too long. Setting the world to rights (and wrongs)
Getting complicated. Watching while the answer faded.
Give money - your money - more money. Give us money.
I'm not one to take things slow. But faster come. Then faster go.
Later on. Then I might know performances from cameos.
Patience now is all I ask . stopping short to make it last.
Holding on. But sticking fast. Page by page. Task by task
Maybe tonight I will say what I have to say.
Turn out the light; I'm not giving anything away.
Maybe tonight. Maybe tonight.
This is now - that was then. Take a stake. Make amends.
Love and hale begin to blend. A brand new start. A brand new end.
I just need another hour. This little room is our estate.
I will promise you the power. Anything if you can wait.
Just you wait until I get you home.
The alarm is set for nine; he hopes the morning will be fine.
Slips a pill onto his tongue and tries to empty out his mind.
Of all the devils that live there.
He awakes at ten to twelve. Feels a little bit unwell.
He dreamt that life is just a dream we awaken from ourselves.
So he draws back the custom.
Pity the man who eats alone at tables set for two.
Pity the man out on his own - for that man could be you.
Pity the man who sleeps alone - for that man could be you.
Sun is scattered through the room. Dust settles pretty soon
As his keys and money hide. Hi struggles hard to find
The time he's losing
So he runs and slams the door. His possessions on the floor.
This sacrifice he makes - his freedom for a dole
It's like the rules were never made
all the fools will not be save
So we pack bags and run into the rain
Down electric streets we'll burn.
every look a chance to learn
so don't await some great return;
eclipse the sun...and it is gone
(**)
Don't wait up-we're on the run.Don't wait up-we're having fun
Don't wait up-we're going to stay so late up.just don't wait up
Don't wait up-we're on the run.Don't wait up-we're having fun.
Don't wait up..
(**)
There is nothing in the world that can ever quite compare.
To a beating heart that echoes through the air
If we need something to own.then love is ours and ours alone.
so don't look down-this bird has flown-just lock the door.
hang up the phone
(**)
We're making history
Doesn't it look easy..
I can se it in the way she smiles. It's in the way she laughs (of you)
No time for those denials; I know that she's in love with you
She didn't mean you harm when she tried to break your arm
The storm before the calm again
When she called you a disgrace and slapped you the face
She longed for you embrace. My friend.
This could be the start of something? could be the start of something good.
You know it could. Don't go ending something?
Don't go thinking that you should. I never would
But why the dented pride? (just see the other side). So she tried to kill you once or twice?.
Just let your heart decide (and take her love inside). She's going to rake you by surprise.
When you walk into a room. She leaves it just as soon. To fall into a swoon. Oh yeah.
Though she kicked you in the head and says that you're inbred. She dreams of you in bed.
I bet.
If I were you I'd know not to let a good thing go when the bruises hardly show?
This could be the start of something? much Ado about something good.
You know it could. Don't go ending something?
Sunny days are sad
Second chance is past
Even hearts they breaking
Cut inside like shattered glass
Can't predict the future
But you know it's true
That I'll carry all the weight
When it's too much for you
Keep stumbling forward
Stumbling on toward
We're reaching solid ground
I'll never let you down
Whenever it's pouring
Together we're soaring
I'll never set you down
Waves crash sooner or later
When they try to break ya
And you l'ccl like you're drowning inside
That's when I'll catch you
Summer falls into winter
And the road's getting slicker
And you feel like you're slipping away
That's when I'll catch you
(Ooo, catch you)
That's when I'll catch you
(Ooo, catch you)
That's when I'll catch you
You're spending life
Trying to race with time
But once you've made it to the end
You'll find you can't rewind
I'll slow tlic pace
So anything you face
Will stay together
Even if you fall from grace
Keep stumbling forward
Stumbling on toward
We're reaching solid ground
I'll never let you down
Whenever it's pouring
Together we're soaring
I will never let you down
Waves crash sooner or later
When they try to break ya

That's when I'll catch you

That's when I'll catch you
(Ooo, catch you)
That's when I'll catch
I've been in your shoes before
I've kicked down a thousand doors
1 promise when you fight tins war
You're not alone
It's not about how or why
Just know that we'll be fine, fine, fine
Waves crash sooner or later
When they try to break ya
And you l'ccl like you're drowning inside
That's when I'll catch you
Summer falls into winter
And the road's getting slicker
And you feel like you're slipping away

Two ways to save yourself:
The words you use, the things you do
How you move, these wandering shoes
Around the things you'd like to do
But wait, wait until we know
Wait but there it goes
We can catch it, but time is speeding up
Turn, turn your head around
Turn your waist and try
Make it work cause time is speeding up
So you think you have it all
A time to hesitate and fall
All the things you might have found
Are bound to crush you in the ground
[But wait, wait until we know
Wait but there it goes
We can catch it, time is speeding up
Turn, turn your head around
Turn your waist and try
Make it work cause time is speeding up] x3
