The French military has released video showing French fighter jets taking off from the base of Al Dhafra, UAE and carry out attacks against the State Islamic militant group French warplanes attacked against the State Islamic militant group on Friday morning. Two Rafale fighter jets accompanied by support aircraft targeted a logistics warehouse in northern Iraq that had been overrun by the militants. Four laser-guided bombs attacked a military base in Iraq, and reached an ammunition and fuel, according to a French military officer. The attack made France the first foreign country to publicly add muscle to United States military air strikes against the terrorist group, which has drawn criticism worldwide and a unanimous resolution of the Security Council of the UN for its barbarity. French President Francois Hollande said the goal was "totally destroyed". Dozens of extremist fighters were killed in the four attacks, the military spokesman in Iraq.

U.S.aircraft targeted a training camp for ISIS militants in northern Iraq, bombing buildings, troops and vehicles in the first such air strike, military officers said Thursday. "In total, one air strike near an ISIS training camp southeast of Mosul destroyed an ISIL armed vehicle, two ISIS occupied buildings and a large ISIS ground unit," the U.S. Central Command, which oversees American forces in the Middle East, said in a statement. It was the first time U.S. aircraft had targeted a training camp since the air campaign began on August 8, a U.S. military officer, who spoke on condition of anonymity, told the Associated Press. A second air raid damaged an ISIS ammunition depot southeast of Baghdad, Central Command said. The air strikes, which involved both bombers and fighter jets, took place over the past 24 hours and "all aircraft exited the strike areas safely." U.S. warplanes have conducted 176 air strikes against the militants since August 8, mostly in northern Iraq. President Barack Obama has now vowed a relentless campaign against the ISIS group, which has seized a large swath of territory in Syria and Iraq.

Robbers And Military Officer Die In Shootout

A shooting left a military officer and 2 robbers dead on Sunday morning at Feira da Liberdade in São Luís, according to information from the Military Police. The soldier was Clenildo Souza Gomes, a member of the Tactical Mobile Group (GTM) of the 1st Battalion of the PM, and the suspects identified only as Caíque and Acerola. According to the PM, Clenildo was on vacation and was moonlighting as security at the fair. He was working in a butcher shop when the two men came to rob the place. Upon realizing the presence of the police, the suspects started shooting at him, he was hit but managed to shoot back, killing Caíque and Acerola. The suspects died at the scene. Police said they were part of a criminal group of St. Louis. The soldier succumbed to his injuries and died on the way to City Hospital Emergency Department Clementino Moura, the Socorrão II. A third suspect, identified as "Bruno Pretinho", is a fugitive.
