Namibia,has a population of 2.4 million.It is situated in the Southwest portion of Africa.It was occupied by the Germany Empire, as Deutsch Suedwest Afrika. During this colonization time the German security foces were involved in killing of more than 10,000 Nama ,and over 100,000 Herero.
On the otherside of Middle East, lies the country of Armenia,with a population of slightly above 3 million.It was occupied by the Turkish Ottoman Emipire, whose policy of forced resettlement resulted in the killing of between 800,000 to 1 million Christian Armenians.The country has occupied the predominantly Armenian- Nagornu-Karabakh territory of its neighboring nation, Azerbajian. This has created a tension between its neighbors including Turkey.
The recent resolution by German Parliament to define as Genocide,the killings of Christian Armenians by the Turkish Ottoman Empire, angered Turkey. Immediately,Turkey protested to the wording of the resolution arguing that the UN defination of genocide was created in 1948.These killings predate that.Furthermore they argued that the Germany Empire as an ally of Ottoman Empire was also involved in the supply of weapons and other ways,that resulted into these killings.
This debate caused the consideration of the killings in Namibia also being seen as genocide.The Germans seem to be willing to settle this ,probably by building an institution of keeping memory of these events.But the Namibia side has not yet come with concrete plans of what can be done, in terms of compensation,or who should, be the recipient.after 100 years have passed.
The most important thing in all this ,is that we still,remember these crimes against our humanity,hopeful we will not repeat them again.

Complicity (or Retribution in some markets) is a 2000 film based on the novel Complicity by Iain Banks. The screenplay was written by Bryan Elsley. It was directed by Gavin Millar. These two had previously adapted Banks' The Crow Road into a successful TV serial.
Scenes were filmed in Edinburgh and the Firth of Forth (particularly Inverkeithing, South Queensferry, and Inchmickery), and in Dunning, Glenturret, Kippen, Lochgoilhead, Lochailort, Glen Coe, and on Rannoch Moor. One scene from the film was set in the Snaffle Bit bar in Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow, where actual bar staff and customers were used.
It was released first in Scotland and then in the U.S., but was not a commercial or critical success.

This is not just about the vote rigging that has sabotaged the Bernie Sanders campaign. Voting should be free, fair and transparent regarding any candidate. That has not been happening for a long time now.
