Thomas Jefferson to James Madison: ”1785” ME 19:18, Papers 8:682 In 1795 Justice William Patterson, who was a member of the constitutional convention, described eminent domain as the "despotic power," element of government. VanHorne's Lessee v. There’s already a unique strategy and unique plan set in place, it's quite simple and rather powerful, just follow. "Pre-established Connecticut land title law": 1793 thru 2014 As a former CT real estate agent, I do understand a bit about real estate, I believe and know, the eminent domain statutes of taking property from American citizens is immoral, illegal, unjust, it’s outside the framework of the founding fathers intent, found within the charters of freedom, it’s un-American and just plain wrong. Here is the breakdown: CT. Land Title Law Section 47-1 dates back to October “1793” to this day says, "Sec. 47-1. “Fee simple an absolute property”. Colonial grants valid. (Yes, once the King of England lost the war he granted the Colonists Legal Title to their land). “Each proprietor in fee simple of lands has absolute and direct dominion and property in the same." [Which means the deed holder of the property owns it 100% - the owner has absolute and direct dominion, it doesn’t say except when eminent domain applies. It doesn’t say except, if the Town of Bloomfield wants to steal your land. It doesn't say except when, the city of New London and Pfizer Pharmaceutical conspire to destroy, 78 of our homes, than leaves the state and a barren waste land, by way of eminent domain statutes, for their private gain/profit] (Black's Law 6th Edition pg. 615) - Fee Simple - The Words Fee Simple create an absolute estate - Absolute - A Fee Simple Absolute is an estate [your land] limited to a person [you] and his or her heirs and assigns forever without limitation or condition. Period..! (Except isn't found anywhere) It says each proprietor.! This means you the owner, “the deed holder” each proprietor has (absolute and direct dominion) of his or her property - which means you and only you can choose what happens, with your property. To sell or not to sell, is your choice. The State/Government Can’t Tell You What To Do with Your Private Property - Period!!! (Black's Law 6th Edition Page 1219) – Proprietary: A proprietor or owner; one who has the exclusive title to a thing; one who possesses or holds the title to a thing in his own right; one who possesses the dominion or ownership of a thing in his own right. If you choose to sell your land, “You Decide, not the State/Government, and You Choose the Value, not the State/Government!” All eminent domain statutes, are in direct violation of “Land Title Laws”, especially on the East Coast wherein the King of England granted each proprietor/colonists/land owners of the 13 colonies legal title to their land(s) “Therefore, eminent domain statutes are un-constitutional, Period”! Support this very important fight, to protect our private property ownership rights!
