Lukas Isaac Paul Jutkiewicz (born 28 March 1989) is an English professional footballer who plays as a striker for Burnley. He has previously played for the likes of Swindon Town, Everton, Plymouth Argyle, Huddersfield Town, Motherwell, Coventry City and Middlesbrough.
Jutkiewicz was born in Southampton and joined the Saints Academy as a ten-year-old after playing Tyro League football with Eastleigh Earls and Winsor. He attended Highfield Primary School and also attended The Mountbatten School in Romsey. After three years at the academy, he left but continued to play Tyro League football with Brendon Youth, before signing for Swindon Town.
Jutkiewicz made his Swindon Town debut at the age of 17, as a substitute in a 2–1 defeat at Swansea's Liberty Stadium in April 2006. A week later, he had his first start in a 2–1 win at Scunthorpe United. Jutkiewicz signed a three year contract in July 2006. He was patient for his introduction to the first team in 2006–07, but finally made his first league start of the season in Swindon's 2–0 defeat to Mansfield Town. The next game, against top of the table Walsall, saw Jutkiewicz score his first senior goal, helping Swindon to a 2–0 victory. He went on to score four more goals during the 2006–07 season to help the club gain promotion to League One.
Birmingham City Football Club (/ˈbɜːrmɪŋəm ˈsɪti/, locally /ˈbɜːrmɪŋɡəm/) is a professional association football club based in the city of Birmingham, England. Formed in 1875 as Small Heath Alliance, they became Small Heath in 1888, then Birmingham in 1905, finally becoming Birmingham City in 1943. They compete in the Football League Championship, the second tier of league football in England.
As Small Heath, they played in the Football Alliance before becoming founder members and first ever champions of the Football League Second Division. The most successful period in their history was in the 1950s and early 1960s. They achieved their highest finishing position of sixth in the First Division in the 1955–56 season and reached the 1956 FA Cup Final, progressed to the final of the Inter-Cities Fairs Cup in 1960 and 1961, and won their first major trophy, the League Cup, in 1963, beating Aston Villa 3–1 on aggregate. They won the latter competition for the second time in 2011. They have played in the top tier of English football for the majority of their history. Their longest period spent outside the top division, between 1986 and 2002, included two brief spells in the third tier of the English League, during which time they twice won the Football League Trophy.
Sheffield Wednesday Football Club is a football club in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, England, that plays in the Championship, the second tier of the English leagues. Sheffield Wednesday are one of the oldest professional clubs in the world and the third oldest in the English league.
The Wednesday, as they were known until 1929, were founding members of The Football Alliance in 1889 and its first champions. They joined The Football League three years later and were also one of the founding members of the Premier League in 1992. Since joining the Football League in 1892, the club has spent most of its history in the top flight of English football but have not played at this level since being relegated in 2000. The Owls have historically been one of England's more successful clubs, and have won four League titles, three FA Cups and one League Cup. Wednesday have also competed at European level on four occasions, most recently in the UEFA Cup in 1992–93 and UEFA Intertoto Cup in 1995.
Huddersfield Town Association Football Club is an English association football club that is based in the West Yorkshire town of Huddersfield and currently play in the Football League Championship (2015–16).
In 1926, Huddersfield became the first English club to win three successive league titles, a feat which only three other clubs have matched, and none has bettered. They also won the FA Cup in 1922.
Nicknamed The Terriers, the club plays in blue and white vertically striped shirts and white shorts. They have played home games at the John Smith's Stadium since 1994. The stadium replaced Leeds Road, Huddersfield Town's home since 1908.
In 1910, just three years after being founded, Huddersfield entered the Football League for the first time. In November 1919 a fund-raising campaign was needed to avoid a move to Leeds. Citizens of Huddersfield were asked to buy shares in the club for £1 each, and the club staved off the proposed merger. The team went on to reach the 1920 FA Cup Final and win promotion to Division One.

Three goals in 15 second half minutes saw Birmingham edge out the Owls 2-1 in the live TV clash on Saturday evening. Substitute Gary Hooper opened the scoring for the visitors, who barely had time to enjoy the lead before the Blues hit back with a Clayton Donaldson penalty. Then right at the end, Blues substitute Lukas Jutkiewicz claimed all three points, heading the winner with almost his first touch from the bench.

Burnley & Pendle is one of the UK’s most deprived areas - achievement at Key Stage 2 is 10% below national average. Financial Affairs is a Burnley business in a position to help, with Aviva’s support. We propose to use Aviva's Community Fund to roll out Premier League Reading Stars in 50 Burnley & Pendle primary schools. A reading intervention scheme drawing on football’s motivational powers, Reading Stars inspires young people to read more. It’s a partnership between the National Literacy Trust & Premier League. Football clubs’ trained employees and coaches deliver the programme in schools. https://community-fund.aviva.co.uk/voting/project/view/2855/
