Plot
This video follows the conversations between three characters longing for home: a Pakistani, an American, and an artist caught somewhere in between. The video oscillates between two worlds, one belonging to a homesick Pakistani immigrant living in Albany, NY, and the other to a patriotic American soldier based in Boston MA. The third character (the artist) swings between these two worlds allowing the viewer to step into the piece and to experience the longing for different 'homes'. Issues of authenticity and belonging are raised as the piece reveals the artist's own subjectivity about not belonging in either Pakistan or the United States.
Plot
Haunted by bizarre dreams about goth rocker Trey Sylvania (Drew Seeley), with a growing lust for blood, Dylan (Lucas Grabeel) is not your average teenager-he's transforming into a vampire! It all started when he was bitten by a voracious fanged exchange student, and it's a process he is desperate to stop-but how? His demented dentist can't do anything about Dylan's aching teeth and emerging fangs, and the anti-bloodsucking pills he gets from his para-psychologist just give him a rash. Dylan is terrified and he doesn't know what to do-especially about his beautiful girlfriend Sara (Adrian Slade). Every time Dylan gets close to Sara his fangs pop out and he gets an overwhelming urge to bite her. He isn't sure how much longer he can stop himself, so he's been avoiding her and she has no idea why. Confused and hurt, Sara sings about her frustration. Dylan knows he's got to explain himself, and vocalizes his torment.

Dance is a type of art that generally refers to movement of the body, usually rhythmic and to music, performed in many different cultures and used as a form of expression, social interaction or presented in a spiritual or performance setting.
Dance may also be regarded as a form of nonverbal communication between humans, and is also performed by other animals (bee dance, patterns of behaviour such as a mating dance). Gymnastics, figure skating and synchronized swimming are sports that incorporate dance, while martial arts kata are often compared to dances. Motion in ordinarily inanimate objects may also be described as dances (the leaves danced in the wind).
Definitions of what constitutes dance are dependent on social, cultural, aesthetic, artistic and moral constraints and range from functional movement (such as folk dance) to virtuoso techniques such as ballet. Dance can be participatory, social or performed for an audience. It can also be ceremonial, competitive or erotic. Dance movements may be without significance in themselves, such as in ballet or European folk dance, or have a gestural vocabulary/symbolic system as in many Asian dances. Dance can embody or express ideas, emotions or tell a story.

I'm not invited to the party
Been sitting here all night
I'm all alone here at the party
I don't feel all right
Ain't got no black coat
Ain't got no tie
I gotta shape up now
You gotta know why
Dancer, Dancer
I can't live with it I'm gonna die without it
Dancer, Dancer
Ain't no doubt about it
Dancer, Dancer
Why don't you kick off your dancing shoes
And come along with me
You're the life and soul of the funk-tion
It took me all night
To get hold of the right introduction
Blew me out of sight
I taste your lipstick
I look in your eyes
You feel fantastic
My body cries
Dancer, Dancer
I can't live with it I'm gonna die without it
Dancer, Dancer
Ain't no doubt about it
Dancer, Dancer
Why don't you kick off your dancing shoes
And come along with me
(Hot Space)
Dancer, Dancer
I can't believe your dancing
Can't take you home, can't take your dancing
Dancer, Dancer
I love the way she dance
I love the way she smile
I love the way she hold me
I love the way she cry.
I love the things she say
I love the things she do
She says she will be mine
But that she won't be true.
If she would understand
I wanna be her man
I'd always love her so
I'd always let her go.
I love the way she dance
I love the way she smile
I love the way she hold me
I love the way she cry.
INSTRUMENTAL
If she would understand
I wanna be her man
I'd always love her so
I'd always let her go.
I love the way she dance
I love the way she smile
I love the way she hold me
Dancer to a dangerous rhythm
You know you're never gonna be forgiven
Chancer so many near misses
I'm still tripping on your absinthe kisses
Intoxicating and exotic
Dancer you're my sweet narcotic
You're burning in my primitive heart
Dancer
You're burning in my primitive heart
Dancing to the rhythm of my falling tears
Dancing to the beating of my broken heart
So sweet the pain and pleasure
Move for move measure for measure
Dark horse so surreal satanic
Dancer dreamer you're a free spirit
You're burning in my primitive heart
Dancer
You're burning in my primitive heart
Dancer you gave me a wicked path to follow
Dark thrills but bitter pills to swallow
Strange one I don't know what to believe
Are you a nail in my coffin
Or a card up my sleeve
You're burning in my primitive heart
Dancer
You're burning in my primitive heart
So dancer lights camera action
You're gonna be my main attraction
You've gotta keep me coming back for more
Dancer just another encore
Dancer
(burning in my primitive heart)
You're a dancer
(burning in my primitive heart)
You're a chancer
(burning in my primitive heart)
You're a dancer
(burning in my primitive heart)
You're gonna burn burn burn burn burn
Burn burn burn burn burn
(burning in my primitive heart)
You're a dancer
(burning in my primitive heart)
Romancer
(Burn burn burn burn burn)
A dancer
(burning in my primitive heart)
Dancer
Burning in my primitive heart

A dancer who got high in a field found a moment
Took a breath on his way home
He saw trees that rotted north
He felt envy for the little kinds of heavens
He hoped his girl would have flowers in her hair
And the dancer who got hired 'cause his feet had good rhythm
Found himself away for weeks
That passed slower than a sloth
On the grill he cooked his heart in orange embers
He hoped his girl still had flowers in her hair
He said, "Sometimes I guess I'll have to miss my wife"
Am I the little dancer who is missing you while you're gone
And am I the funny dancer who is singing this funny song
Does the dancer look at me and does he recognize all that's wrong
Do I write about myself because I won't be this way very long
To hold you in time
And the dancer who came home from his field felt kinda awkward
He felt happy, he couldn't wait
He burst open that good lock
He felt ecstasy and little pins of heat
She walks on the moonlit snow
She´s winterhearted, so you say
But you don´t see
She´s a dancer on the glass
That´s broken like her past
She would never flee
Fascination is her name
She is dancing in the wind
Almost dancing everything
Every moment of her life
She is taking me with her
With the music in her heart
She is breaking every ice
She is talking with the world
A far-traveled bird
Her soul´s her home
See how light are all her moves
Just follows her own rules
But she is not alone
Fascination is her name
She is dancing in the wind
Almost dancing everything
Every moment of her life
She is taking me with her
With the music in her heart
She is breaking every ice
She looks out of the window
Wants to stand in the crowd she looks out
Of the window
She looks out of the window
Wants to wave whirl and shout she looks out
Of the window
She looks out of the window
Wants to ride with the wind she looks out
Of the window
And now she takes control
I'm the dancer, move so fine
I'm the dancer
I'm the dancer, moving right
She looks out of the window
Wants to stand in the light she looks out
Of the window
She looks out of the window
Wants to win at first sight she looks out
Of the window
She looks out of the window
Wants to fly like a bird she looks out
Of the window
And now she takes control
I'm the dancer, move so fine
I'm the dancer
I'm the dancer, moving right
She looks out of the window
Wants to stand in the crowd she looks out
Of the window
She looks out of the window
Wants to reach for the stars she looks out of the window out
Out of the window
Wants to play every role out she looks
Now she takes control
I`m the dancer move so fine
I`m the dancer come on watch me now
I`m the dance I wanna move alright

Dance Dance My Girl

Forbidden Pleasure Maker, Oh Yeah My Woman
Is She Real Or Phantom, Or Only Trick Of You'r Mind
I?Ll Give You The Secret Word And You'll See Love And Grind
When your sun goes down, honey, call me
When you lose your doubt, honey, call me
If you're in the mood, honey, call me
Oh, I never needed anything but I need you
You want attitude, honey, call me
When you're all messed up, honey, call me
When the world seems new, honey, call me
Oh, I never needed anything but I need you
Oh, I never needed anything but I need you
If you want me I'll be your dancer
Call on me and I will answer, yes, I will answer
Need a place to start, honey, call me
Got a skinny heart, honey, call me
When it falls apart, honey, call me
Oh, I never needed anything but I need you
If I let you go, honey, call me
Let me take you back, honey, call me
I'm a one mind track, honey, call me
Oh, I never needed anything but I need you
Oh, I never needed anything but I need you
If you want me I'll be your dancer
Call on me and I will answer, yes, I will answer
Oh, I never needed anything but I need you
Oh, I never needed anything but I need you
If you want me I'll be your dancer
She was a dancershe had the fleetest feet
She couldn't help it
Her feet were all to fleet
And she was getting somewhere
and she was going fast
And she was telling someone
that she knew it couldn't last
And she'd tell you something once
and not again
You were her only friend
You were her next of kin
And when she spoke up
she'd say the strangest things
She saw the future
and what tomorrow brings
And things keep moving forward
and things are going fast
And she is dancing somewhere
and she keeps spinning toward the past
And she told you something once
and not again
You were her only friend
You were her next of kin
She went and gave up the rest of her life
for one good waltz and a walk toward the light.
And when you looked up
with your beleaguered face
you couldn't know that
she always wins the race
And she is moving forward
and she is going fast
And she is getting nowhere
as she keeps spinning toward the past
And she'll tell you something once
and not again
You were her only friend
You were her next of kin
I will remember the rest of my life
I was her daughter and
time was her wife
She was a dancer
she had the fleetest feet
She couldn't help it
Going deep unknown, all the information leads me to
believe there's much more
I never knew that you danced, until you danced your way
right into my head that day
Coffee dates and slow jams, talking wave lengths no one
gets but you cause you tune in
I’ve never played the lead role, but I feel a change now
that you dance in my head
Now that you dance in my head x2
Every move you make, puts us center floor waltzing to a
song of better ends
I know you fancy another man, but I bet my love could out
do his cause I’m in your head
Site in site for another dance, holding tight cause all
these new thoughts can bring us down quick
When this ends don’t stop, we’ll make are own song
dancing round, round in your head
Now that we dance in your head x2
Link your thoughts with my thoughts x4
Now are thoughts are on point, how about we both go out
She works at it hard and she keeps herself to herself
But she can take what she gets anyway
She talks of the things and places she wants to go
But she knows that she wants all the things she wants
She's a great dancer
Not ideally built for ballet
She's got her calling card to live this way
The young teenage boys
Would climb on cars just to take a look
They watch her move, schoolboy dreamers fantasy
She's a dancer, not ideally built for ballet
Embracing everyone to see the play
Everyone's eyes are looking on as she takes the stage
Seeing themselves as she plays out their lives for them
She's a great dancer
Not ideally built for ballet
She's got her calling card to live this way
The young teenage boys
Would climb on cars just to take a look
They watch her move, schoolboy dreamers fantasy
She works everyday, does anyone care?
Playing the fool is anyone there?
She's a great dancer
Not ideally built for ballet
She's got her calling card to live this way
The young teenage boys
Would climb on cars just to take a look
They watch her move, schoolboy dreamers fantasy
She still looks quite young and the world has a space for her
Something there in her face good to photograph
The reason she said, for being able to take success
Living this life, cause she only has this chance
She's a great dancer
Not ideally built for ballet
She's got her calling card to live this way
The young teenage boys
Would climb on cars just to take a look
They watch her move, schoolboy dreamers fantasy
Everybody knows, she knows, she knows
She's got a good voice
She's keen and got some visual sense
She's keen and has to take a chance
Which she knows in her streetwise way
