Audrey Louise Raines is a fictional character played by actress Kim Raver on the television show 24.

Audrey (born Audrey Louise Heller) was born in either Albany, New York or Providence, Rhode Island (her file states Providence, however in Day 6, Jack Bauer states that she was born in Albany). Her mother died when she was nine. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from Yale University, and a Master of Arts in Public Policy from Brown University. She was employed as an Inter-Agency Liaison for the United States Department of Defense, where she was last assigned to the Los Angeles CTU division. Her skill set and expertise involved coordinating between government agencies. Audrey previously served at the Defense Department as a Senior Policy Analyst for her father Secretary of Defense James Heller.

Raines had also worked as a consultant for government contracts for Anderson Aerospace Corporation and a government liaison for Ballard Technology, as well as a registered lobbyist. Her first job in government was a legislative assistant (possibly for her father) dealing with the House Armed Services Committee.

Jack Bauer is the protagonist of the American television series 24. His character has worked in various capacities on the show, often as a member of the fictional Counter Terrorist Unit (CTU) based in Los Angeles, and working with the FBI in Washington, D.C. during season 7. Within the 24 storyline, Bauer is a key member of CTU and is often portrayed as their most capable agent. Bauer's job usually involves helping prevent major terrorist attacks on the United States, saving both civilian lives and government administrations. On many occasions Jack does so at great personal expense, as those he thwarts subsequently target him and his loved ones. Kimberly Jayne "Kim" Raver (born March 15, 1969) is an American actress.

She is best known for her numerous roles on TV: as Kim Zambrano on Third Watch, Audrey Raines on 24, Nico Reilly on Lipstick Jungle, and, most recently, Teddy Altman on Grey's Anatomy.

Raver was raised in New York City by her mother, Tina Raver, and her stepfather, Chris Meltesen. She has a sister, Cybele Raver, as well as three half sisters, Nadja Raver, Grace Raver, Aimée Raver, and two half brothers, Jacob Raver, and William Raver. A fine arts graduate of Boston University, Raver continues to study theater in New York with teacher and mentor Wynn Handman. She is fluent in French and German, a language that she learned as a child from her German-born mother.

Together with her husband Manuel Boyer she has two sons, Luke West Boyer (b. 2002) and Leo Boyer (b. 2007). Leo Kipling Boyer was born on October 9, 2007, in New York City where Raver was performing in Lipstick Jungle. Raver returned to work on the show only a few weeks after giving birth.

Sean Astin (born February 25, 1971) is an American film actor, director, voice artist, and producer best known for his film roles as Mikey Walsh in The Goonies, the title character of Rudy, and Samwise Gamgee in the Lord of the Rings trilogy. In television, he appeared as Lynn McGill in the fifth season of 24. Most recently, he provided the voice for the title character in Disney's Special Agent Oso. Astin also served as campaign manager for his friend, Democratic entertainment industry businessman Dan Adler in California's 36th congressional district special election, 2011.
