Farrah is a given name that can be either masculine or feminine. It may also refer to:
Farrah Fawcett (February 2, 1947 – June 25, 2009) was an American actress and artist. A multiple Golden Globe and Emmy Award nominee, Fawcett rose to international fame when she first appeared as private investigator Jill Munroe in the first season of the television series Charlie's Angels, in 1976. Fawcett later appeared Off-Broadway to critical approval and in highly rated and critically acclaimed television movies, in roles often challenging (The Burning Bed; Nazi Hunter: The Beate Klarsfeld Story; Poor Little Rich Girl: The Barbara Hutton Story; Margaret Bourke-White) and sometimes unsympathetic (Small Sacrifices). Fawcett was a sex symbol whose iconic poster, released the same year Charlie's Angels premiered, broke sales records, making her an international pop culture icon. Her hairstyle was emulated by young women in the 1970s and 1980s.
Ferrah Leni Fawcett was born in Corpus Christi, Texas, the younger of two daughters. Her mother, Pauline Alice (née Evans; January 30, 1914 – March 4, 2005), was a homemaker, and her father, James William Fawcett (October 14, 1917 – August 23, 2010), was an oil field contractor. Her sister was Diane Fawcett Walls (October 27, 1938 – October 16, 2001), a graphic artist. She was of Irish, French, English, Choctaw Native American, and Lebanese Arab ancestry. Fawcett once said the name "Ferrah" was "made up" by her mother because it went well with their last name; she later changed the spelling.

Howard Allan Stern (born January 12, 1954) is an American radio personality, television host, author, actor and photographer best known for his radio show which was nationally syndicated from 1986 to 2005. He gained wide recognition in the 1990s where he was labeled a "shock jock" for his outspoken and sometimes controversial style. Stern has been exclusive to Sirius XM Radio, a subscription-based satellite radio service, since 2006. The son of a former recording and radio engineer, Stern wished to pursue a career in radio at the age of five. While at Boston University he worked at the campus station WTBU before a brief stint at WNTN in Newton, Massachusetts.
He developed his on-air personality when he landed positions at WRNW in Briarcliff Manor, WCCC in Hartford and WWWW in Detroit. In 1981, he was paired with his current newscaster and co-host Robin Quivers at WWDC in Washington, D.C. Stern then moved to WNBC in New York City in 1982 to host afternoons until his firing in 1985. He re-emerged on WXRK that year, and became one of the most popular radio personalities during his 20-year tenure at the station. Stern's show is the most-fined radio program, after the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) issued fines to station licensees for allegedly indecent material that totaled $2.5 million. Stern has won Billboard's Nationally Syndicated Air Personality of the Year award eight times, and is one of the highest-paid figures in radio.
Mayim Hoya Bialik, Ph.D. (/ˈmaɪəm biˈɑːlɨk/; born December 12, 1975) is an American actress famous for her TV roles as Blossom Russo on NBC's Blossom and as Amy Farrah Fowler on CBS's The Big Bang Theory.
Bialik was born in San Diego, California, the daughter of Barry Bialik and Beverly Winkelman. Her grandparents emigrated from Poland, Czechoslovakia, and Hungary in the late 1930s. Bialik was raised in Reform Judaism. Her given name means "water" in Hebrew.
Bialik started her career as a child actress in the late 1980s. Her early roles included the horror film Pumpkinhead (1988), her first acting job, and guest appearances on The Facts of Life and Beauty and the Beast. She appeared in three episodes of MacGyver as Lisa Woodman. She appeared in Beaches (1988), playing Bette Midler's character as a young girl. She also appeared in the video for the song "Liberian Girl" by Michael Jackson.
In 1990, Bialik was tied to two television pilots, Fox's Molloy and NBC's Blossom. Molloy at first produced six episodes for a tryout run, followed by the shooting of the pilot special for Blossom. The latter actually aired two weeks before Bialik's Fox series and ultimately garnered higher ratings than it. When Molloy folded after its six episodes, Blossom was pursued as a regular series, airing until 1995.
Farrah remembers when she was in school
Wasn't the wisest kid but she had a secret tool
She did all her homework riding in a car
When things got tough she just let down her bra
She said take your time
Take a little of mine
'Cos you never know just what you might find
Right down the line
I'm gonna get what's mine
I'm gonna make you spend your last dime
So Farrah got out of school and it felt good
She said now it's time to head for Hollywood
With a talent like hers she just can't be denied
And signed a deal in a waterbed late one night
Take your time
Take a little of mine
'Cos you never know just what you might find
Right down the line
I'm gonna get what's mine
I'm gonna make you spend your last dime
Now that I'm a star it's time to find a man
Someone who appreciates and understands
That life is easy if you travel with the sun
You know, this time I might head for Washington
Take your time
Take a little of mine
'Cos you never know just what you might find
Right down the line
I'm gonna get what's mine
I'm gonna make you spend your last dime
Take your time
Take a little of mine
'Cos you never know just what you might find
Right down the line
I'm gonna get what's mine
I'm gonna make you spend
We've been to a pub now we're in a club, my friend Terry's at the bar.
I've taken a pill, I'm feeling unchilled, it's not going well so far.
The music's too loud, I'm lost in the crowd, I've got demons in my beer.
Terry, I'm having a bad one.
Terry, I'm having a bad one.
Terry.
Terry's OK, he's coming my way.
He's shouting brilliant in my ear.
I can't find the words, they all seem absurd and I start to get the fear.
I try to explain then I lose it again, Terry's hugging everyone.
Terry, I'm having a bad one.
Terry, it's really full on.
Terry, I'm having a bad one.
Terry.
A shoal of people swim towards me
I think I'm lost for all eternity
I drift in psychedelic slow mo, I let my ego go.
Terry, I'm having a big one, oh won't you help me Terry
I was dying, I was crying now I'm flying and I'm lying on the ceiling
What a feeling, I'm still reeling.
Me and Terry are having such a good one.
Terry.
He used to be a major player on the silverscreen.
He made the girls scream.
He was a vision in tan leather.
I bought the songs that showed the measure of his fame, then he took the blame.
Now his image is forever tarnished by allegations in the press, he vanished.
He was a seventies, seventies superstar, drives a fast car.
Seventies superstar.
A seventies seventies superstar.
Jumping sand dunes in his buggy, get the lowdown jive from huggy.
In the bar he played the wah wah.
He was a vision in tan leather.
I bought the songs that showed the measure of his fame, then he took the blame.
It's so strange to meet your childhood hero.
Sometimes you can't believe that they were ever real.
He was a seventies, seventies superstar, propping up the bar
Seventies seventies superstar, drives a fast car.
Seventies superstar, he said we'd go far.
A seventies seventies superstar.
I turned around again, he'd left the bar.
He was running down the backstairs and jumping on his car.
It's so strange to meet your childhood hero.
Sometimes you can't believe that they were ever real.
He was a seventies, seventies superstar, drives a fast car.
Seventies superstar.
Only happy when she's sad
She does everything to please him just to have him put her down.
Only angry coz she's mad, she runs around in circles as he tries to read her mind.
She's been keeping the whole world waiting all her life.
He's not a guy that you'd call understanding
She sees him weekends just to keep her hand in
He's not affectionate and won't be kissed
He never cried when they saw Schindler's List.
He never acted on some great ambition
His hair was ginger but he called it titian
When he admitted that he loved the mission, he had to go.
She's living for the weekend
Going up the west end
Waiting for her two day paradise.
He admitted he'd been scarred in childhood
Born in poppleton and moved to foxwood
The other children thought that he talked funny
He bought their friendship with his pocket money.
He always thought he had a head for business
Coz he bought multipacks of king sized rizzlas.
You couldn't blame a girl for feeling listless, he's got to go.
She's living for the weekend going up the west end
Waiting for her two day paradise
She's going up the west end, Friday night is when she comes alive.
She's living for the weekend, going up the west end, waiting for her two day paradise.
She's living for the weekend
You're living for the weekend, living for the weekend
She was barely out of school, when she first caught my eye
We passed out in my room, too drunk to say goodnight.
Sofie so fair, una una, oppe oppe, sofie so fair una oppe shoppe kloppe
Sofie so fair, una una, oppe oppe, come on sofie, spend some time with me.
I woke up feeling down, cos I knew I had to go
We dragged each other round then she showed me the sofie toast.
Sofie so fair, una una, oppe oppe, sofie so fair una oppe shoppe kloppe
Come on sofie, spend some time with me.
I never even kissed her until we said goodbye
And every day I missed her
But I know her drinking song and I know my right from wrong.
Sofie so fair, una una, oppe oppe, sofie so fair una oppe shoppe kloppe
She's really cool, mercurial
I feel week when she speaks, invisible
She's so beautiful
I'm such a fool for you.
She's dynamite, kryptonite, while she sleeps
The world it keeps 'til morning light
She's so beautiful, I'd save the world for you.
If you'll be my Lois Lane, I'll be your superman
If you'd only call my name, I'd be your superman.
If you'll be my Lois Lane, I'll be your superman.
She doesn't see the other me, with x-ray eyes
I fantasize of what could be
She's so beautiful, I'd stop the world for you.
If you'll be my Lois Lane, I'll be your superman
If you'd only call my name, I'd be your superman.
If you'll be my Lois Lane, I'll be your superman.
If you'd only call my name, I'd be your superman.
Fly away into the blue, there's nothing that we couldn't do
We could be the fantastic two.
If you'll be my Lois Lane, I'll be your superman
If you'd only call my name, I'd be your superman.
If you'd be my Lois Lane, I'd be your superman.
I'm always trying to put you together again just to watch you falling apart
I call you on the phone and lay you on my couch
So sad to hear you cry, don't let them get you down.
You tell me you've been pacing your room when all you want to do is sleep
Your beautiful skin is wearing thin, so sad to hear you cry.
Don't let them get you down
Don't let them get you down, let them get you down
Don't let them get you
Don't let them get you down
Don't let them get you down.
I see you standing there, you got your back against the wall, you got to rise above them all.
I won't be there to put you together again and I won't be there when you're falling apart
But I'll call on the phone and lay you on my couch, so sad to hear you cry.
Don't let them get you down, let them get you down
Don't let them let you down, let them get you down
Don't let them get you
Don't let them get you down
Don't let them get you down.
I see you standing there with your back against the wall
You've got to rise above it all
Don't let them get you down
Don't let them get you down, get you down
Now it's time to go.
We hope you liked the show.
This was far away the best gig we've ever played.
So sing along to fade.
Goodnight, god bless.
Sleep well, it's time to rest.
Sweet dreams, goodnight.
I hope the bugs don't bite.
Think of times to come.
When all's been said and done.
Remembering the finest hour we've had so far.
Lets have a sing along. Goodnight, god bless.
Sleep well, it's time to rest.
Sweet dreams, goodnight.
I hope the bugs don't bite.
We've really got to run and chase the setting sun, far away the best gig we've ever played.
So sing along to fade.
Goodnight, God bless. Sleep well, it's time to rest.
Sweet dreams, goodnight.
I hope the bugs don't bite.
Sing along to fade.
Sing along to fade.
Sing along to fade.
I'm in the doghouse again but I still don't know why
I wanna be friend's but all you want to do is cry
It's always the same
You're telling me we can't get by.
I'm tired of apologising everytime things go wrong
I'm tired of always trying everytime things go wrong, things go wrong, things go wrong.
I don't understand the things inside your head
One minute you're mad, the next you wanna go to bed.
I'm tired of apologising everytime things go wrong
I'm tired of always trying everytime things go wrong, things go wrong, things go wrong
I know that things aren't easy
I never meant to stress you
I've walked on eggshells lately
Do you have to blame me?
I'm tired of apologising everytime things go wrong
I'm tired of always trying everytime things go wrong.
We used to talk about the way we feel
Now I don't feel as though we're really talking.
I used to trust in you my one ideal, now there's no subject to the conversation.
We're walking, sleep talking, feelings trapped inside.
Our defence in silence.
How can I get through to you?
I don't wanna talk about nothing.
I'm seeing red and you're feeling blue, and I don't wanna talk about nothing.
Do you really wanna talk about something?
I don't like fighting cos you always win, I'm always trying to avoid the issue.
You always shut me out and then you let me in, sometime we click and other times I miss you.
We hang out with our friends, it's easier that way.
When we're left on our own, we've got nothing left to say.
How can I get through to you?
I don't wanna talk about nothing.
I'm seeing red and you're feeling blue, and I don't wanna talk about nothing.
How can I get through to you?
I don't wanna talk about nothing.
Do you remember you used to tell me everything, now I don't know what you're thinking.
Talk to me please.
Talk to me please.
How can I get through to you?
I don't wanna talk about nothing.
I'm seeing red and you're feeling blue, and I don't wanna talk about nothing.
How can I get through to you?
I don't wanna talk about nothing, I don't wanna talk about nothing.
Love’s a drag
Look at you
So downhearted and sad...
Yesterday
You held the world in your hands
And somehow you dropped the ball
It’s not so bad
Then again it couldn’t be any worse
Feel like a loser
Well you won’t be the first
Climbing the waterfall
Sometimes you land on your feet
(sometimes you land on your feet boy)
And sometimes you fall to your knees
And there’s no rhyme or reason
Here comes the sun
(did you think it was over)
The clouds are gone
(beautiful blue skies)
A day will come
Believe it
Life is always swings and roundabouts
Now it hurts
(now it hurts)
Before you’re better it might get a lot worse
(get much worse)
You’ll come up roses that’s the way that it works
tomorrow’s a brand new day
Sometimes you’re out for the count
(out for the count)
And then you win the next round
cos there’s no rhyme or reason
Chorus
sometimes it rains stones
You’re not on your own
Every one of us believes it,
that we stand out from the crowd.
But we want to be accepted,
don't want to be the odd one out.
When I look around, it seems so crazy
Everybody leaves it, it's so lazy (line needs revision
There's no reason why
We're going to try to work it out
'cause you won't work it out
There's no reason why
Why can't you wear me down
It's just the way it is sometimes
He's in the day room
Sits by the window
Trying to picture how she smiles
He's going over
the ways he loved her
She made everything worthwhile
And there's no explanation
No one left to blame
He ? ? ? and questions
but the answer's still the same
There's no reason why
We're going to try to work it out
'cause you won't work it out
There's no reason why
Why can't you wear me down
It's just the way it is sometimes
He talks about her
And drinks without her
Holding onto what is gone
He can't understand it
The way it ended
He can't go back and he can't move on
And there's no explanation
No one left to blame
He ? ? ? and questions
but the answer's still the same
There's no reason why
We're going to try to work it out
'cause you won't work it out
There's no reason why
Why can't you wear me down
It's just the way it is sometimes
Nobody knows
You can't explain
Give it away
There's no reason why
We're going to try to work it out
'cause you won't work it out
There's no reason why
Why can't you wear me down
There's a girl I know who keeps me waiting, saying one thing, doing something else.
When I see her now it's so confusing, one day I'm winning the next I'm losing.
It's a hopeless situation when life's too short to waste my time on you, my girl, to waste my time on you.
When I see her now as friends not lovers, neither knowing what we're throwing away.
Just like children dressed in grown ups clothing, one day I'm winning, the next I'm losing.
It's a hopeless situation, why is she always so demanding.
Life's too short to waste my time on you, my girl, to waste my time on
Life's too short to waste my time on you.
And she keeps me waiting, always hesitating, endlessly debating then she turns around and tell me...
Life's too short to waste my time on you, my boy, to waste my time on you.
Life's too short to waste my time on you, my girl, to waste my time on
Sitting here so close together
So far we're just friends
But I'm wondering whether I
Am I just imagining you
Have you really got a thing for me like I think you do
When I see you smile and that smile's for me.
I wanna tell you... hey you
I wanna be your boyfriend, trying to say I wanna be your number one.
Hey you, I wanna be your boyfriend, gonna make you love me before I'm done.
Late at night when I, when I can't sleep, picture in my mind, I see you and me.
I tell you what I want to be
You say your in love with me and oh it's so good in dream it's just got to be.
I wanna tell you... hey you
I wanna be your boyfriend, trying to say I wanna be your number one.
Hey you, I wanna be your boyfriend, gonna make you love me before I'm done.
I'm gonna make you love me, yes I'm gonna make you love me
I'm gonna make you love me before I'm done.
I want to tell you... hey you, I wanna be your boyfriend, trying to say I wanna be your number one.
He's standing on the stage
A robot in the lights
The crowd is on a string
And now he pulls it tight
He's got one killer riff
He plays it all night long
He wants to be a poet
But this is pretty dumb
Dumb ditty ditty
Dumb dumb ditty ditty
He sings this dumb dumb ditty ditty dumb
He sings this dumb dumb ditty ditty dumb
So sing along dumb ditty ditty dumb
Dumb ditty ditty dumb
Dumb ditty ditty
He's hangin' out backstage
With
Who says, "I love the record
Ya gonna be a star."
"We're gonna push the single
until it tops the charts
in every city."
He sings this dumb dumb ditty ditty dumb
He sings this dumb dumb ditty ditty dumb
So sing along dumb ditty ditty dumb
Dumb ditty ditty dumb
What the hell is wrong with you tonight?
I can't seem to say or do the right thing.
Wanted to be sure you're feeling right.
Wanted to be sure we want the same thing.
She said, I can't believe it.
You can't possibly mean it.
Don't we all want the same thing.
Don't we?
Well who said anything about love.
No not love she said.
Don't you know that it's different for girls.
Don't give me love.
No not love she said.
Don't you know that it's different for girls.
You're all the same.
Mama always told me, save yourself.
Take a little time and find the right girl.
Then again don't end up on the shelf Logical advice gets you in a whirl.
I know a lot of things that.
You don't, you wanna hear some.
She said - just give me something.
Anything.
Well give me all you got but not love.
No not love she said.
Don't you know that it's different for girls.
You're all the same.
I just woke up in a strange bed
Pulses runnin' through my head
There's a strange girl lying next to me
Oh, did we or didn't we?
It's a hazy recollection
of a drunken conversation
then a late night invitation
Oh, I don't want to know.
It's an awkward situation, you and I
An awkward situation
wondering if we crossed that line
'cause if I could I'd close my eyes
and travel back in time
It's an awkward situation
I creep into the bathroom
She's sleeping in the bedroom
and I'm talking to the mirror
Tryin' to get myself together
There's a certain obligation
in avoiding confrontation
Should I call her from the station?
should I stay or go?
It's an awkward situation, you and I
An awkward situation
wondering if we crossed that line
'cause if I could I'd close my eyes
and travel back in time
It's an awkward situation
Then she wakes up in her make-up
and nothing's said for so long
It's an awkward situation (3x)
awkward situation (3x)
It's an awkward situation, you and I
An awkward situation
wondering if we crossed that line
'cause if I could I'd close my eyes
and travel back in time
It's an awkward situation
