*Disclaimer this is 'not' a do as I do video and you must have 100% conviction in what you're doing and know exactly how legislative laws grant their power to convict, this video is but a mere insight into the criminal workings of Justice authorized by an unlawful monarch and her government* On the 1st March 2014, I took it upon myself to pass through a train stations ticket barriers without having purchased a ticket, having been aware of the polite notice asking me too please buy a ticket before boarding (accompanied with threats of you may be fined if you do not comply) I kindly declined the offer as the so called private company was asking for a fraudulent government legal tender as payment. This same tender along with legislative laws is what has been used to claim property rights and ownership thus forcing me to use this tender to aid in repaying the loan that they took out. So I have kindly declined to enter into this arrangement with them, so with a Thank You for providing this service before me, I go to board the train, which of course is met by the ticket enforcement employee standing guard for said company to extract this payment from me or else. I'm then man handled back behind the barriers where I begin to contest with this employee's authority to demand such requirements from me. To which the said employee deems it now necessary to call for security back up. The security guard starts waving his license of authority at me to which allows him to remove me from the premises with force. I put him in his place on that so he calls the police. The police turn up to which I ask have I committed a crime? and refuse to accept their requests for me to leave as I go onto further explain why they have no authority, over an hour of this I find myself being arrested and cuffed (I have the video footage from an officer on dvd of the whole encounter with them that day 1hr30mins worth, though said authorities have kindly made it not possible for me to make a file for me to pass around). In this footage it clearly shows how these officers where looking too criminalise me for something. Even when the cuffs was on the officer was only still waiting for 'clarification' of it which was bylaw 13, which became soon after Railway ACT 2005 section 46 (or when the other officer called into enter the custody station refereed to it as 'some railway related offense') which later became charges for the offenses of... Trespass and refuse to quit, section 16 Railway ACT 1840 and the almighty... section 5 (1+6) Public Order ACT 1986 for stating the Queen should be hanged for treason, she's fucked us and a completely out of context 'we can do what the fuck we like', which is being used out of context because the fake stone upon which Elizabeth was crowned on is only symbolic and doesn't matter if its not the real one) so it was actually that officer saying we can do what the fuck we like and me speaking that out for him. So yeah in custody I'm pretty much abused of all my dignity, as i continue to refuse to enter into contract with them and only ever state my name as Scott, and that was to be friendly, (do i feel robbed of that gesture, of course I do), they used this a ticket to obtain my finger prints and DNA forcible from me and detain me for the enitire weekend as my word to turn up to the magistrates on Monday morning wasn't good enough for them, so spent approx 2pm of the 1/3/14 till 9am of the 3/3/14 in solitary confinement of the holding cell. All this because they still refuse to acknowledge the Magna Carta, Declaration of Bill of Rights 1688/9 and continued to hold me against the good will of God. This video upload is my turning up to the hearing for this provocation against me.. Further it should be noted that upon this hearing no man/woman was to be present to convict me (only a supposed witness statement of my interaction with the ticket enforcement employee and a written statement of my recorded interview in custody).. This is what the CPS brought on this day to prosecute me to their legislative laws. However I so have some extremely stern choice words of my own for them against the allegations towards me and of that in what they are doing in these administrative rooms of justice Its has since been made aware to me by a good friend well into his British Constitution that i have been well wronged as "To none shall we deny or delay justice" so this all began on 1st March and is looking to be prolonged till the 1st Aug an astounding 5months.
