NEW YORK, July 11 /PRNewswire/ -- As the world slowly begins to recover from the barbaric terrorist attack last week on London's transit system, a possible new terrorist cell calling itself the Secret Organization of Al Qaeda in Europe has emerged claiming responsibility for the bombings.
