Since 2006 Helenius has been fighting in Germany in the Box-Bundesliga (Premier League) for Hertha BSC. The Honourable Usain St. Leo Bolt, OJ, C.D. ( /ˈjuːseɪn/; born 21 August 1986), is a Jamaican sprinter and a five-time World and three-time Olympic gold medalist. He is the world record and Olympic record holder in the 100 metres, the 200 metres and (along with his teammates) the 4×100 metres relay. He is the reigning Olympic champion in these three events, and is one of only seven athletes (along with Valerie Adams, Veronica Campbell-Brown, Jacques Freitag, Yelena Isinbayeva, Jana Pittman, Dani Samuels) to win world championships at the youth, junior, and senior level of an athletic event.
Bolt won a 200 m gold medal at the 2002 World Junior Championships, making him the competition's youngest-ever gold medalist at the time (since surpassed by Jacko Gill). In 2004, at the CARIFTA Games, he became the first junior sprinter to run the 200 m in less than 20 seconds with a time of 19.93 s, breaking the previous world junior record held by Roy Martin by two-tenths of a second. He turned professional in 2004, and although he competed at the 2004 Summer Olympics, he missed most of the next two seasons due to injuries. In 2007, he broke Don Quarrie's 200 m Jamaican record with a run of 19.75 s.
Kathleen Genevieve Ledecky (born March 17, 1997) is an American swimmer who specializes in freestyle events. She is a member of the 2012 United States Olympic team and will compete in the 800-meter freestyle event at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London.
Ledecky was born in 1997, the daughter of David and Mary Gen Ledecky. Ledecky's mother swam collegiately for the University of New Mexico. Ledecky currently resides in Bethesda, Maryland, where she currently attends Stone Ridge School of the Sacred Heart and is a rising sophomore. She trains with the Curl Burke Swim Club under coach Yuri Suguiyama. During the summers, she swims for Palisades Swim Team in Bethesda.
At the 2012 United States Olympic Trials in Omaha, Nebraska, the first major competition for her, Ledecky made the Olympic team for the first time by placing first in the 800-meter freestyle with a time of 8:19.78, which was over two seconds ahead of second-place finisher Kate Ziegler. In Omaha, Ledecky also placed third in the 400-meter freestyle (4:05.00) and ninth in the 200-meter freestyle (1:58.66). Her third-place finish in the 400-meter freestyle is the fastest time ever swum by a 15 to 16-year-old American, breaking the national age group record previously held by Janet Evans. At 15 years old, she is the youngest member of the 2012 U.S. Olympic Team, including athletes from all sports.
(no records in my bag)
you always taking my records
you always taking my records
no respect for my records
no respect for my soul
when i close my door you gonna have to knock
you sneak into my place and i tell you that sucks
you never say anything
when you taking my things
you never say anything
don’t wanna go lookin for my records all
if you love my music
so why do you have to steal it
don’t wanna go lookin for my records all
when i get a good feeling you go down and kill it
don’t wanna go lookin for my records all night
you never ever care if i tell you yes or no
you are always comin when i want you to go
you never say anything
All of your letters in me
My feet are swollen
From the trouble here
The trouble lately
We'll make it by the boatshed
We'll make it by the stream
And i hang my name
Just for the record
All over me
But it's all been arranged
But it's all been arranged
Pretty head down on my pillow
And i won't be this happy again
All of my sickness in you
I heard you stumbled
By the stranger here
The stranger lately
I met him at the main house
I met him on the street
And he hurled my name
With many fingers
All aimed at me
But it's all been arranged
But it's all been arranged
Pretty head down on my pillow
