The Eucharist ( /ˈjuːkərɪst/), also called Holy Communion, the Sacrament of the Altar, the Blessed Sacrament, the Lord's Supper, and other names, is a Christian sacrament or ordinance. It is reenacted in accordance with Jesus' instruction at the Last Supper as recorded in several books of the New Testament, that his followers do in remembrance of Him as when he gave his disciples bread, saying, "This is my body", and gave them wine, saying, "This is my blood".
There are different interpretations of the significance of the Eucharist, but according to the Encyclopædia Britannica "there is more of a consensus among Christians about the meaning of the Eucharist than would appear from the confessional debates over the sacramental presence, the effects of the Eucharist, and the proper auspices under which it may be celebrated."
The word Eucharist may refer not only to the rite but also to the consecrated bread (leavened or unleavened) and wine (or unfermented grape juice in some Protestant denominations, water in the LDS Church's sacrament), used in the rite. In this sense, communicants may speak of "receiving the Eucharist", as well as "celebrating the Eucharist".

Oh the spirits cries sweet music set to the beat of a tormented heart complements the pain the soul dies Jesus wept the pain is what I live for it make me know I'm alive sharing in the misery of a thousand tortured minds my soul screams for the suffering of life with all my existence I embrace this twisted emotion passionately call me brother call me friend call me your son in my youth I gazed upon the basilisk I am stone this voiceless torment this suffering there is no greater love all paths chosen leading with twisted deception to the same place and as I go careening down that infinite black chasm hear me bellow amen
I was born in poverty but when I was about nineteen
I wrote a song called 'Kiss Me', and soon it was pay day
A terraced house in that country, I thought that would do for me
It's seemed to be the lilac time, but when the lilac died
I went back to town and cried, I need someone who'll always love me
The day after someone dies, waking little lesser lies
Why do the wicked seem to survive, Eucharistain song
We're little more alone, the moments took that were never known
They'll never see my happy home, you see them everyday
I know you want to say, you won't forget we'll always love you
When you're young and you fall down and cry
When you're old and you fall down and died
I am in between, there will never be
Anywhere or sincere with anyone that I find dear
Checking in around twilight, the hotel where we board the tonight
I run a path and pack some books, which we will embrace
Told me that your father died, when you buried him you cried
You're sorry and you are surprised, he died and you were born
So you don't have to mourn, live your life alone, always love you
My blood flowed into Chalice
When I was sacrificed on the Cross
My body broke apart so
Drink my Blood! Eat my Body!
I’m the Son of the Lord, not the Bastard from
Bethlehem!
I’m the Son who resurrected on the third day!
Bite into my raw Flesh
Dig your teeth into it
Claw the flesh from my bones
Eat the Immortal!
I’m the Son of the Creator, not the Freak of Nazareth!
I’m the Son who beat Death in the gastric of Earth!
Everyone kneels down hearing the Name of my Father!
Where are that people whose Gods are so close
As our God is close to Us, who gave his blood for Us!?
Be my body your life
Be my blood you drink
Drink my blood, eat my body
And I’ll raise you on the Final Day!
I’m the Son of the Lord, not the Bastard from
Bethlehem!
I’m the Son who resurrected on the third day!
In your Hands, gather my blood
And drink All of It!
I’ll heal you with it
My blood is the Lord’s blood!
I’m the Son of the Creator, not the Freak of Nazareth!
