Flybe Embraer E175 G-FBJG - Edinburgh to Cardiff *Full Flight*

*Watch in 1080p!* Today's video is of my flight from Edinburgh to Cardiff on a Flybe Embraer ERJ175. Reg: G-FBJG c/n;344. This flight was originally to be operated by a Flybe Dash 8-Q400 but, we were upgraded to an E175 moments before departure. In the video, you will see us depart off Runway 24 at Edinburgh and head out on the Deans Cross SID. We then turn south over Liverpool and Chester before commencing our descent into Cardiff. We landed a few minutes ahead of schedule on Cardiff's runway 12, although we departed about half an hour late. There is a slight problem with the configuration of the seats onboard Embraer aircraft because you have to bend forward to look out of the window, I banged my head on the seat in front of me when we landed in Cardiff (it didn't help that it was quite firm!). The flight was at about 99% capacity, while the only seat not taken was the one next to me, how lucky? I hope you enjoyed and thanks for watching! On-board BE1846 from Birmingham Airport to Florence, Italy on Friday, 18th April 2014. PLEASE READ: Back in February 2014, Flybe announced a major expansion for the summer season at Birmingham Airport. As my time is limited, I was keen to get away during the Easter bank holiday weekend. Flights to Florence were only £85 return, without even thinking I snapped up the offer! What a bargain! It was a lovely flight on Flybe - very quiet, relaxed, comfortable seats & fantastic service from the cabin crew. Also loved the Embraer E175, a much more interesting option than Ryanair/Easyjet! It was a smooth flight over Europe, leaving Birmingham on-schedule before heading South towards Italy. Once leaving the UK, we climbed to 36,000 feet, passing France, Switzerland & Northern Italy before descending and landing in Florence on schedule. A lovely wing view - would highly recommend seat 16A! What a beautiful way to end my travels of 2013. A beautiful sunset approach & landing. On-board BE964 from Belfast City to London Gatwick, UK on Sunday 1st December 2013. We was keen to try out Flybe before they leave Gatwick in March 2014, and also try out the Embraer aircraft. We was once again on G-FBEM, delivered in September 2008. Once airborne we climbed to a cruising altitude of 38,000 feet, leaving Northern Ireland behind & headed South. We passed Liverpool, Manchester, Birmingham before descending and landing at a sunset London Gatwick on schedule. It was a very smooth flight - well done pilots! This flight was my second on a Q400 the other one was back in 2011 also from Manchester to Glasgow but I sadly couldn't film that flight as the camera I used at the time was terrible for being charged over long periods of time. Flybe BE1847 Florence (FLR) - Birmingham (BHX) Embraer E175 G-FBJD *FULL FLIGHT* 21/4/14 [1080p HD]

On-board the return flight, BE1846 from Florence Airport to Birmingham, UK on Monday, 21st April 2014. PLEASE READ: After a lovely bank-holiday weekend in Pisa & Florence, it was time to head back home to Birmingham International Airport. After a wing view on the outbound flight, I close 7D for the return sector, hoping for a good engine view. However this was not the case! The mis-aligned windows on the E175 meant my seat window was severally restricted - I had to lean very far forward - still managed a full flight video though! It was a smooth flight over Europe, leaving Florence slightly behind schedule due to fog at BHX. Once airborne from runway 23, we climbed to 34,000 feet, made a right turn towards the Alps (over Northern Italy - beautiful as always) before crossing over into Switzerland & France & finally landing at a hazy Birmingham Airport 20 minutes behind schedule, ending another weekend trip! Fantastic Flybe - never had any problems with them (so far!) Flybe Announce Major Expansion with Five Year Deal at London City Airport • Flybe re-enters the London market with five year deal • Daily flights to Edinburgh, Dublin, Belfast, Inverness and Exeter • Expects additional 500,000 passengers per year • Follows £150 million successful fundraising Flybe today announced that it has signed a five-year agreement with London City Airport (LCY) to commence domestic and international operations. Using five aircraft based at three of its regional bases, Flybe expects to fly up to 500,000 passengers annually between LCY and Edinburgh, Dublin, Belfast, Inverness and Exeter It is a major expansion that will see the airline significantly boost connectivity between the UK regions and Ireland to and from London providing direct links for customers in the regions to the heart of London's financial district. Flybe, Europe's largest regional airline, expects the new routes will appeal to a significant number of City and Canary Wharf-based passengers who need to access the UK regions and neighbouring European destinations quickly and efficiently. The agreement with London City follows on from Flybe's successful launch of eight new routes from Birmingham and a further four new routes launched from London Southend with franchise partner, Stobart Air. It is also a major step forward in meeting the Group's stated strategic objective to expand its branded scheduled commercial operation by developing new routes and bases within the UK following its successful fund raise of £150 million last month. Flybe's Chief Executive Officer, Saad Hammad said the announcement is a significant landmark in the re-birth of Flybe. London City Airport (LCY) is poised for significant growth in the next ten years -- growth that will see it achieve 120,000 flight movements per annum, with an associated 6 million passengers by 2023. Flybe's announcement will bring an immediate uplift of up to half a million new passengers to the airport. In addition, Flybe's selection of routes serves to cement further LCY's status as the business traveller's airport of choice. The new schedules will see four times daily services from/to Edinburgh and Dublin, three times daily services from/to Belfast and Exeter and twice daily from/to Inverness starting on 27 October 2014

Aberdeen to Sumburgh Flybe Saab 340 G-LGNK full flight

My flight onboard Flybe saab 340 G-LGNK from Aberdeen to Sumburgh, flight was delayed an hour due to fog at LSI, G-LGNO can be seen pulling in near the start of the video, my parents were on this on the outbound ABZ-LSI, but the flight did a go around and diverted to Scatsta. My flight was around 50 mins, we cruised at 15 000ft and i was sat in seat 11A.
