    In the field, I typically don't see the sclerotia. That's why its always good to take a sample. T. incarnata sclerotia can be at the soil line.

    How many of you see these types of symptoms at snow melt? A lawn of pink snow mold with these areas of heavily matted bleached foliage. T. incarnata 150X sclerotia under the dissecting microscope.

    Wet slushy❄️is expected Monday morning which could lead to a more winter like commute. The passes could see a few inches of snow. Temps in the valleys will be around the freezing mark, which means wet roads for some, and slushy/potentially slippery roads for others.

    U.S. Monitor 3-18-21: Drought coverage across the U.S. and Puerto Rico decreased by nearly 2.2 percentage points, to 36.9% of the area. Widespread, heavy precipitation across much of the Rockies and Plains led to drought removal and condition improvements there.

    Light wet snow is possible this morning across some portions of the Palouse and ID Panhandle. Accumulations will be on grassy surfaces and sidewalks. No accumulation is expected on the roads.
