Plot
James Bond is a worldwide icon, but is Ian Fleming's creation based on a real character? This documentary profiles the wartime exploits of Dusko Popov, a double-agent who worked for Britain and the U.S. against Germany, and reveals how Fleming used his imagination to weave the adventures of Popov and others into "Casino Royale" and subsequent James Bond stories. Includes clips from Bond films and classified wartime footage, plus interviews with MI6 figures, Popov's son, Hilary Saltzman (daughter of James Bond producer Harry Saltzman), David Giammarco ( actor and author of the best-selling book "For Your Eyes Only: Behind the Scenes of the James Bond Films"), Andrew Lycett (Ian Fleming biographer), and other experts on the clandestine world of Ian Fleming and the James Bond films.

Priscilla S. Asagiri "Priss": You little idiot! If you die, what will Sylvie have died for?
Largo: Dead, eh? Or rather, I imagine it would be more exact to say it has ceased functioning. It IS a machine after all.::Priscilla S. Asagiri "Priss": You bastard!::[fires railgun]::Largo: [catching the spike] Is this all your anger amounts to?
Largo: Human beings... how vulgar. For the crime of injuring me, a god, I demand, as atonement, death!
Lisa Vanette: Do you know about the Knight Sabers?::Sylia Stingray: Uh-huh, I've heard about them.::Lisa Vanette: Why do you suppose they fight boomers? I hear they take their clients for lots of money, but... I wonder... if they're supposed to be the good guys.::Sylia Stingray: What do you think?::Lisa Vanette: I don't know... But fighting boomers means taking on Genom, doesn't it? For a mere four people to take on such a large corporation is just... well... Genom makes a lot of things that make wars possible. But they also make boomers that are useful to society. And if the Knight Sabers actually defeated Genom, the world woudl come to a halt. What I want to know is, just what are the Knight Sabers trying to accomplish?::Sylia Stingray: Well... what do you think would happen if Genom were to take over the world?::Lisa Vanette: I guess the cities would be wall-to-wall boomers.::Sylia Stingray: In which case, there'd be no place for we humans, right? For every good thing Genom does for the world, it also does something bad. I don't think the Knight Sabers could keep fighting if they only did nice, clean jobs. The development of boomers for military applications also led to boomers that were useful to society. I think the world would be thrown into chaos if this balance wasn't carefully mantained. Maybe the Knight Sabers are a part of that balance. To continue such activities would require a great deal of money, too... or so I would imagine.
Priscilla S. Asagiri "Priss": You'd better work out, or you won't be able to fit in your suit.::Nene Romanova: Ha! I contribute to the Knight Sabers with my good looks and amazing brain. I never want to be such an ape woman like you are. Besides, if you really are as hot as you say you are then how come I had to give you a speeding ticket?
Leon McNichol: One of these days, I'll uncover the truth about you.::Brian J. Mason: Be careful what you say, little puppy.::Leon McNichol: Even a little puppy can nibble an sleazebag like you to death!

Bond: [draping arm around nurse] Do I seem healthy to you?::Pat Fearing: Too healthy, by far.
Fiona: Some men just don't like to be driven.::Bond: No, some men don't like to be taken for a ride.
Pat Fearing: What exactly do you do?::James Bond: Oh, I travel... a sort of licensed troubleshooter.
[after making love to the evil Fiona Volpe]::James Bond: My dear girl, don't flatter yourself. What I did this evening was for Queen and country. You don't think it gave me any pleasure, do you?::Fiona: But of course, I forgot your ego, Mr. Bond. [after shooting Vargas with a spear gun]::James Bond: I think he got the point.
[Placing Fiona's body in a chair after she is shot on the dance floor]::James Bond: Do you mind if my friend sits this one out? She's just dead.
[to the shark that almost bit him]::James Bond: You can tell of the one that got away.

Sue Martin: Welcome, stranger! The years haven't changed you a bit.::Bob Crandall: Years?::Sue Martin: Since I saw you last, silly!::Bob Crandall: I guess I asked for it, Sue, but they've been workin' us Rangers to the bone. Rustlers are so thick, they're ridin' two on a horse, so you see, I can't stay long.
Bob Crandall: Look, kid, I'm on your side, but you got me aimin' in the dark.
[Bob Crandall, working undercover, leads the Rangers to the gunrunning gang's wagons]::Largo: We gotta get outta here in a hurry!::Hatfield: What happened?::Largo: We ran right into a trap set by Crandall.::Hatfield: Crandall?::Largo: He decided he'd rather be a Ranger. Smart kid.::Hatfield: That's treachery!
[Largo stumbles over the bag of loot Hatfield planned to steal from his fellow gang members]::Largo: You almost got away with it, Hatfield! [Largo shoots the turncoat] I liked you, you skunk.

This is my own concoction.::[Ordway rushes into the dining room]::Bob Crandall: What happened to you?::Ranger Ordway: Sorry to be late but somebody stole my horse.::[the rangers all look disgustedly at their meat]::Bob Crandall: T-bone!::T-Bone: I-I didn't mean nothin' by it, Mister Bob!::Bob Crandall: Then you did steal it!::T-Bone: Yessir. I mean, no sir. That is, I just kinda borrowed it to get this here meat for the barbeque!::[to Ordway]::T-Bone: Your horse is right in the barn, sir.

Antonín Leopold Dvořák (/ˈdvɔrʒɑːk/ DVOR-zhahk or /dɨˈvɔrʒæk/ di-VOR-zhak; Czech: [ˈantoɲiːn ˈlɛopolt ˈdvor̝aːk] ( listen); September 8, 1841 – May 1, 1904) was a Czech composer of late Romantic music, who employed the idioms of the folk music of Moravia and his native Bohemia. Dvořák’s own style is sometimes called "romantic-classicist synthesis". His works include symphonic, choral and chamber music, concerti, operas and many of other orchestral and vocal-instrumental pieces.
His best-known works include his New World Symphony, the Slavonic Dances, the Symphonic Variations, "American" String Quartet, Piano Quintet No 2, the opera Rusalka, Cello Concerto in B minor and choral works Stabat Mater, Requiem and Te Deum. Today, he is considered to be one of the most important composers of the Romantic era.
Dvořák was born on September 8, 1841, in the Bohemian village of Nelahozeves, near Prague (then part of Bohemia in the Austrian Empire, now Czech Republic), where he spent most of his life. He was baptized as a Roman Catholic in the church of St. Andrew in the village. Dvořák's years in Nelahozeves nurtured the strong Christian faith and love for his Bohemian heritage that so strongly influenced his music. His father, František Dvořák (1814–1894), was an innkeeper, professional player of the zither, and a butcher. Although his father wanted him to be a butcher as well, Dvořák pursued a career in music. He received his earliest musical education at the village school, which he entered in 1847, aged six. From 1857 to 1859 he studied music in Prague's only organ school, and gradually developed into an accomplished player of the violin and the viola. He wrote his first string quartet when he was 20 years old, two years after graduating.
Andreas Scholl (born 10 November 1967) is a German countertenor, a male classical singer in the alto vocal range. He is noted as a specialist in Baroque music.
Scholl was born on 10 November 1967 in Eltville, Germany, and grew up in neighboring Kiedrich. All of his family members were singers. He was enrolled at the age of seven into the Kiedricher Chorbuben (Kiedrich Choir-Boys) — which was first documented in 1333 as "a schola of men assisting the priests on all Sundays, singing the Gregorian chant." At age 13, Andreas Scholl sang the second boy (his sister Elisabeth sang the first boy) in Mozart's Die Zauberflöte at the Hessisches Staatstheater Wiesbaden. That same year, he was one of 20,000 choristers from all over the world gathered in Rome for a festival where Scholl was chosen to sing solo at Mass on 4 January 1981 and met Pope John Paul II. Along with his fellow choristers, Andreas Scholl was an extra in the film The Name of the Rose, playing a young monk standing alongside Sean Connery in scenes shot at Eberbach Abbey, near Kiedrich.
Humphrey DeForest Bogart (December 25, 1899 – January 14, 1957) was an American actor. He is widely regarded as a cultural icon. The American Film Institute ranked Bogart as the greatest male star in the history of American cinema.
After trying various jobs, Bogart began acting in 1921 and became a regular in Broadway productions in the 1920s and 1930s. When the stock market crash of 1929 reduced the demand for plays, Bogart turned to film. His first great success was as Duke Mantee in The Petrified Forest (1936), and this led to a period of typecasting as a gangster with films such as Angels with Dirty Faces (1938) and B-movies like The Return of Doctor X (1939).
Bogart's breakthrough as a leading man came in 1941, with High Sierra and The Maltese Falcon. The next year, his performance in Casablanca raised him to the peak of his profession and, at the same time, cemented his trademark film persona, that of the hard-boiled cynic who ultimately shows his noble side. Other successes followed, including To Have and Have Not (1944); The Big Sleep (1946); Dark Passage (1947) and Key Largo (1948), with his wife Lauren Bacall; The Treasure of the Sierra Madre (1948); In a Lonely Place (1950); The African Queen (1951), for which he won his only Academy Award; Sabrina (1954); and The Caine Mutiny (1954). His last movie was The Harder They Fall (1956). During a film career of almost thirty years, he appeared in 75 feature films.
Lauren Bacall ( /ˌlɔrən bəˈkɔːl/; born Betty Joan Perske, September 16, 1924) is an American film and stage actress and model, known for her distinctive husky voice and sultry looks.
She first emerged as leading lady in the Humphrey Bogart film To Have And Have Not (1944) and continued on in the film noir genre, with appearances in Bogart movies The Big Sleep (1946) and Dark Passage (1947), as well as a comedienne in How to Marry a Millionaire (1953) with Marilyn Monroe and Designing Woman (1957) with Gregory Peck. Bacall has also worked on Broadway in musicals, gaining Tony Awards for Applause in 1970 and Woman of the Year in 1981. Her performance in the movie The Mirror Has Two Faces (1996) earned her a Golden Globe Award and an Academy Award nomination.
In 1999, Bacall was ranked #20 of the 25 actresses on the AFI's 100 Years... 100 Stars list by the American Film Institute. In 2009, she was selected by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences to receive an Academy Honorary Award "in recognition of her central place in the Golden Age of motion pictures."
I was recently rid of a man again,
So I caught me a cab to see Flanagan.
I told the cabbie 'To the alley in back'
I told myself coming would keep me intact
Flanny shouts from the second floor
as I crossed the lot to the kitchen door
I see Guillermo and give him some lip
and I cross to the bar, Ellen pours me a nip
and I look to the stage it's the rock of rage, as Jon is on.
and how could I listen without wanting to be with them,
and how could I have thought that I was ever alone?
I feel like singing and drinking and stuff
and I don't wanna care if I stumble or cry
Handle me like family and that'll be enough,
to keep me from dying when I want to die.
When over the rainbow's too far
go to Lar-go to Lar-go to Largo
When over the rainbow's too far
go to Lar-go to Lar-go to Largo
I'm hopping scotches with Loretta and Bob,
but, but barely containing my rapturous song
Jon's calling names here like Santas reindeer
on Palmer on Leisz on Sarah on Sean.
I love watching the Watkins when there rocking with Garza
I want to be part of the band though
and when Mr. Tench is on the bench I want to be the piano.
I feel like singing and drinking and stuff
and I don't wanna care if I stumble or cry
Handle me like family and that'll be enough,
to keep me from dying when I want to die.
When over the rainbow's too far
go to Lar-go to Lar-go to Largo
When over the rainbow's too far
