K. S. Rama Rao is a Tollywood producer who established the Creative Commercials banner and has produced a number of popular films, including Mounageetam, Abhilasha, Rakshasudu, Chanti, Matrudevobhava, and Swarna Kamalam.
K.S Rama Rao is from Vijayawada, India, where his father was the owner of a textile business. As a child, Rama Rao would go to the nearby theatres to enjoy the films of the day. Vijayawada was a hub for the film industry, and many of his friends were sons of theatre owners, enabling him to see films for free. On a trip to Madras in 1967, Rama Rao was introduced to director K. Raghavendra Rao. By the end of 1970, Rama Rao had worked on three films with him.
From early in his career, Rama Rao was an ardent fan of Puttanna Kanagal a kannada director. When Rama Rao heard he was making the film Nannu Preminchu entirely with newcomers, Rama Rao went to him and bought the rights with fifty thousand rupees borrowed from a friend and drawn from the recently opened Hong Kong Bank. For publicity, Rama Rao created newspaper and radio ads asking people when they wanted the film released. While this generated substantial curiosity, the film itself was considered a failure. Rama Rao recovered, however, and has gone on to produce a number of Indian films.

There are people in this country who work hard every day
Not for fame or fortune do they strive
But the fruits of their labor are worth more than their pay
And it's time a few of them were recognized
Hello Detroit auto workers let me thank you for your time
You work a forty hour week for a livin' just to send it on down the line
Hello Pittsburgh steel mill workers let me thank you for your time
You work a forty hour week for a livin', just to send it on down the line
This is for the one who swings the hammer, driving home the nail
Or the one behind the counter, ringing up the sale
Or the one who fights the fires, the one who brings the mail
For everyone who works behind the scenes
You can see them every morning in the factories and the fields
In the city streets and the quiet country towns
Working together like spokes inside a wheel
They keep this country turning around
Hello Kansas wheat field farmer, let me thank you for your time
You work a forty hour week for a livin', just to send it on down the line
Hello West Virginia coal miner, let me thank you for your time
You work a forty hour week for a livin', just to send it on down the line
This is for the one who drives the big rig, up and down the road
Or the one out in the warehouse, bringing in the load
Or the waitress, the mechanic, the policeman on patrol
For everyone who works behind the scenes
With a spirit you can't replace with no machine
Riu, riu, chiu
La guarda ribera
Dios guarde el lobo
De nuestra cordera.
El lobo rabioso la quiso morder,
Mas Dios poderoso la supo defender;
Quisole hazer que no pudiesse pecar,
Ni aun original esta Virgen no tuviera.
Riu, riu, chiu, etc.
Cristo patriarca de carne vestido;
Hanos redimido con se hazer chiquito,
Aunqu'era infinito, finito se hizera.
Riu, riu, chiu, etc.
Riu, riu, chiu, etc.
Riu, riu, chiu, etc.
Y viene a reparar de todos la caida;
Es la luz del dia aqueste mocuelo;
Riu, riu, chiu, etc.
Pues que ya tenemos lo que desseamos,
Todos juntos vamos presentes llevemos;
Do you ever get the feeling that you'll never get ahead
Working for a slave wage and your social life is dead
Does it ever cross your mind, does your life feel incomplete
When you're running like a dog in the 40 hour week
[Chorus:]
And you try so hard to, try so hard, but you can't keep up the pace
When the paycheck comes and the bills are due
You're gonna fall right on your face
And you scream (and you scream) and you shout (and you shout)
But you're stuck and you'll never get out
Take me away anywhere but here
Take me away I need to get away
Do you ever wonder why, why your life has passed you by
You're a slave to the code, working 9 to 5
The 40 hour fight for freedom has put you one foot in the grave
You're no american dream, you're the american slave
(Chorus)
From day in to day out, from one weekend to the next
You put that uniform on for the sake of a paycheck, and you
Pack your lunch, head straight for the routine, just to find yourself
Caught up, in a job that demeans you, to them you're nothing,
But a money making cog, built to fuel the corporate greed
Of the corporate fucking slobs, whose pocket books
Are lined with me and you, just a working class song
About the red, white, black, and blue
I had vision from nowhere
I saw the dragon's flight
I was the crying willow when
White magpie was my bride
Now I am sitting on the throne
Incrusted with the flames
There is no doubt I shall re-born
But flesh will stay the same
The crooked fingers draw the line
Inside my inner space
The ancient spirits touch my mind
Through burnt skin of my face
I see immortals by my side
For aeon now I lust
The mystery will be my sign
My past life is a dust
Now I feel my disappearing pain
All I've felt my past life was in vain
Now I know the fire is the main
I know I know my name
Soul is the fire!
I know my soul is the fire!
I am the alien form of life
For those who lived before
There are no birds in skies of mine
I only dare to soar
No one will reach me at the top
Because the stones melt here
The lightning is to be my sword
The clouds shall be my steels
Now I feel my disappearing pain
All I've felt my past life was in vain
Now I know the fire is the main
