Basalt cone crusher
Basalt cone crusher
Basalt Sand Production Main ingredients of basalt are silica, oxidation aluminum, iron oxide, calcium oxide and magnesium oxide (with a small amount of potassium oxide and sodium oxide). Silicon dioxide alone occupies a dominating percentage of 45-50% of the total content. There are black, brown, or dark green basalt. Due to dense texture, its specific gravity is generally bigger than that of granite, limestone, sandstone and shale. As indispensable material for high speed railway and expressway construction, basalt has the advantages of high compression strength and strong corrosion resistance. Equipment for basalt production includes: Basalt impact crusher: Input size: 250-500mm Capacity: 15-350T/h It can deal with material with side length of not more than 500 mm, compression strength not more than 350MPa. It is researched and upgraded by combining overseas advanced technology and domestic concrete conditions. Basalt sand maker: Sand maker completes the last crushing process with jaw crusher and cone crusher completing the former. The finished product is well up to the granularity requirements. Basalt cone crusher: Due to its large crushing ratio, high efficiency, high capacity, low cost, convenient adjustment and economy, it is widely applied in metallurgy, construction materials, road construction, chemical industry and silicate industry.
