The "Milling" Family agencies have been operating in Central Western New South Wales continuously for almost 100 years, encompassing five generations of the family. The founder, the late O L Milling, set down specific standards and guidelines for the business and these same parameters exist today. The firm offers, under the guidance of Peter Milling, management of rural properties and is retained as an advisor and consultant in rural land management matters, while Dani Milling overseas the running of a very busy International Travel Agency. The Peter Milling Agency Group operate from modern offices in the main CBD area of Dubbo City and Wellington Township and overall employ 20 locally-based people.
