Two Evil Eyes (Italian: Due occhi diabolici) is a 1990 double feature horror film written and directed by the Italian Dario Argento and the American George A. Romero. The two had previously worked together on the immensely popular Dawn of the Dead in 1978.
The film is split into two separate tales ("The Facts in the Case of M. Valdemar" and "The Black Cat") based largely on the works of Edgar Allan Poe.
Romero's "The Facts in the Case of M. Valdemar" stars Adrienne Barbeau and showcases his traditional mix of horror with social commentary, especially capitalism.
Argento's "The Black Cat" stars Harvey Keitel and blends a number of Poe references into an all new narrative.
Both of the tales were filmed, and take place, in contemporary Pittsburgh.
"The Facts in the Case of M. Valdemar"
Jessica Valdemar, an attractive middle-aged woman, rides in a taxi to the downtown Pittsburgh office of Steven Pike, her elderly husband’s lawyer with some paperwork for Mr. Pike approval. Pike sees that Jessica’s elderly husband, who is dying from an unnamed terminal illness, is liquidating a number of his assets for cash and suspects Jessica of having undue influence on him. Jessica denies the allegations that she’s any negative influence over her husband, while Pike makes a phone call to the house to talk with Ernest Valdemar, who speaks over the phone in a weak but coherent voice explaining about his decision to let Jessica take control of his money and assets from his personal signature on the written documents that she has. Pike reluctantly agrees to let Jessica have access to the money, but warns her that if anything were to happen to Mr. Valdemar within the next three weeks before the transfer of his estate over to Jessica is finalized, she will be investigated by the authorities.
Evil Eyes is a 2004 direct-to-DVD horror film produced by The Asylum, directed by Mark Atkins, and starring Adam Baldwin.
The film centres on Jeff Stenn (Adam Baldwin), a successful writer who is happily married to his wife, Tree (Jennifer Gates). Jeff, due to a shortage of money, accepts a job to write a screenplay about a real-life homicide that happened 35 years earlier. A seemingly psychotic director (Udo Kier) who believed that creativity had unleashed dark forces, killed his pregnant wife and in-laws for no apparent reason before committing suicide.
As Jeff continues to work on the screenplay, several accidents occur around him that directly mirror events in his script. Jeff begins to think that his writing has the power to affect reality, and must question whether finishing the script will bring about the death of his own family.
Giuseppe "Pino" Donaggio (born 24 October 1941) is an Italian composer.
Born in Burano (an island of Venice), into a family of musicians, Donaggio began studying violin at the age of ten, first at the Benedetto Marcello conservatory in Venice, followed by the Giuseppe Verdi Conservatory in Milan. At the age of 14, he made his solo debut in a Vivaldi concert for Italian radio, then went on to play for both the I Solisti Veneti and the Solisti di Milano. The discovery of rock and roll during the summer of 1959 ended Donaggio's classical career when he made his singing debut with Paul Anka. He then began to write his own songs and established himself as one of Italy's prominent singer-songwriters. He took part in the Sanremo Festival with "Come sinfonia" (1961) and had a string of successes including "Il cane di stoffa".
However, his greatest hit was the 1963 hit "Io che non vivo", which sold 80 million records worldwide and was performed most popularly in English as "You Don't Have to Say You Love Me" by Dusty Springfield and Elvis Presley.
Dario Argento (Italian pronunciation: [ˈdarjo arˈdʒɛnto]; born 7 September 1940) is an Italian film director, producer and screenwriter. He is best known for his work in the horror film genre, particularly in the subgenre known as giallo, and for his influence on modern horror and slasher movies.
Argento was born in Rome, the son of film producer/executive Salvatore Argento and Brazilian-born photographer Elda Luxardo. He began his career in film as a critic, writing for various magazines while still attending high school.
Argento did not attend college, electing rather to take a job as a columnist at the newspaper Paese Sera. While working at the newspaper, Argento also began working as a screenwriter. His most notable work was for Sergio Leone; he and Bernardo Bertolucci collaborated on the story for the spaghetti western classic Once Upon a Time in the West. Soon after that film's 1969 release, Argento began working on his directorial debut, The Bird with the Crystal Plumage, which was released in 1970 and was a major hit in Italy.
Thomas Vincent "Tom" Savini (born November 3, 1946) is an American actor, stuntman, director, award-winning special effects and makeup artist. He is known for his work on the Living Dead films directed by George A. Romero, as well as Creepshow, The Burning, Friday the 13th, The Prowler, and Maniac. He directed the 1990 remake of Night of the Living Dead. Though officially retired from special effects, he has continued to direct, produce and star in several movies. Savini has been known to refer movie make-up effects projects to graduates of his school. He has appeared in films such as Dawn of the Dead (and its remake), From Dusk till Dawn, Grindhouse, and Machete.
Savini was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He was raised in the Catholic religion and graduated from Central Catholic High School, later attending Carnegie-Mellon University. Savini served in Vietnam as a combat photographer. Savini continued to practice with makeup in Vietnam, often frightening indigenous peasants by appearing to suddenly transform into a "monster".

"Evil eyes
stole my heart on a dark December night
souls of flame
loving her has made me half insane
the way she cast me
in her spell
secrets I couldn't tell
were for me
and for you
once I knew
the joys of loving were for me and you
but now she's here
and with her secrets I know I'll have to bear
to let her take me
from your side
rob me of all my pride
and my love
oh sweet love
evil eyes
she's got those
evil eyes
though I'm only her friend
I know I'll love her till the end
of my life
oh sweet life
evil eyes
she's got those
evil eyes
though I'm only her friend
I know I'll love her till the end

===============
Hide in the midnight
Turn out the lights you see them anyway
Sail into never
They follow wherever you can go
And take you to the places you don't know
No, no
It's the call of the city
The way the blacks pretty to the purest heart
Is places of pleasure
They promise the treasure if you fly
And then there goes the soul of you and I
Oh do you ever think about the way
I caught the rainbow
I'll be there when fire makes you dance
I'm gonna give you the look
That opens up the skies
I've got evil eyes
Evil eyes
Evil eyes
Evil eyes
Yes evil eyes
Ooh those eyes
Look high in the night time
Turn out the lights they see you anyway
Sail into never
They follow wherever you can go
Evil eyes
Evil eyes
Evil eyes
Evil eyes
Evil eyes
Evil eyes
Take your lies
Evil eyes
You've been in the skies
For what you are
Evil eyes
Sail into never
They'll follow you forever
'Cos they're evil eyes
I watch you walk alone, it makes me feel alright, oh, yeah
You won't see me coming, and all is yours to show.
Bitches tell a thousand words and girl, I got a few,
Right outside your window is a perfect point of view.
I watch you walk alone, it makes me feel alright, oh yeah
You won't see me coming, and all is yours to show.
The eyes that see you are the eyes that lead you
Watching you always it makes me alive.
The eyes that need you are the eyes that need you,
I'm watching you closely with the evil eyes tonight.
So when I come to look for you, you know I'm laying low,
You always play the part so well, my camera takes your soul,
I watch you walk alone, it makes me feel alright, oh yeah,
You won't see me coming, and all is yours to show.
The eyes that see you are the eyes that lead you
Watching you always it makes me alive.
The eyes that need you are the eyes that need you,
I'm watching you closely with evil eyes.
So tell me where I go to face the sorrow,
See me.
You are my obsession, you are my fantasy.
Well, well, well, look at what we have here
This is that type of girl, I gotta get down and dirty.
I watch you walk alone, it makes me feel alright,
You won't see me coming and all it goes to show.
The eyes that see you are the eyes that lead you
Watching you always it makes me alive.
The eyes that need you are the eyes that need you,
I'm watching you closely with evil eyes.
Everywhere I go, your face is all I see.
HUMBLE What do you see when you're looking at
SCRIBE at me,
Do you see beyond my gaze, into an all
familiar haze,
ALL SEER Visions of the future, domination of the
mind...
Tell me now, will all you see arise, evil
eyes,
HUMBLE Show me how,to burn all I despise, evil
SCRIBE eyes,
Will I learn,or will in turn I'll burn...
Oh! You damn all you see but you can't
see me at all...
'Cos I'm wise to your eyes!
DEMON Devastating,calculating,contemplating
DOCTOR all,
Degradation,the culmination,will human
nation fall,
SCRIBE Maybe you don't know,maybe it's just
your Thought provoking stare,
DEMON Blood transfusion,dark illusion,just
DOCTOR confusion all,
No escaping, your soul he is scraping,
you can't Resist his call,
SCRIBE Maybe you don't know, maybe the
eyes just go nowhere,
Do they go nowhere ? Don't you turn
with the evil eyes,
What do you see when they're
staring at me,
SCRIBE Do you see there's no suprise,
waiting for Your evil eyes,
