Jet Airways flight experience, onboard the Airbus A330-300 aircraft, from Bangkok to Mumbai as flight 9W69.
The flight takes 4 hours and 23 minutes, in which a drinks service and a meal service were conducted. For the drinks service, a packet of indian snack, murukku, was served with a choice of drink. For the meal service, there was a choice of chicken or vegetarian.
The cabin crew service were mixed. There were two male cabin crew who provided a most excellent service but others who were less than enthusiastic.

Q How can you afford to travel so much?
A I saved for 3 years while working full time and now travel vlogging is my job. I work together with tourism agencies but also do some freelance work on the side.

I experienced decent service on this 50 minute flight from Goa to Mumbai in business class on Jet Airways, one of India's first private airlines that has been around for almost 3 decades.
I used the Sony A6000 with the SELP18105G lens for this video.
A decade ago, a hot or cold towel along with a welcome drink and tamarind sweets was the signature welcome aboard Jet Airways on economy!!! But after cost cutting measures to survive in the aviation industry, these services are no longer available on economy.

It is a very short 1-1/2 flight (give or take a few minutes) from Bangalore to Mumbai. TIP: Jet Airways is not the only domestic carrier flying around India. AirAsia, Indigo and Spice Jet get good reviews and I'm going to give them a try next time. But even though the meal resembled dog food, it was very tasty.

Jet Airways is an Indian airline based in Mumbai. It is the second largest airline in India, both in terms of market share and passengers carried, after IndiGo. It operates over 300 flights daily to 74 destinations worldwide from its main hub at Mumbai and secondary hubs at Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, Kolkata and Pune.
History
1992-2009: Inception and growth
Jet Airways was incorporated as an air taxi operator on 1 April 1992. It started commercial operations on 5 May 1993 with a fleet of four leased Boeing 737-300 aircraft from Malaysia Airlines. In January 1994 a change in the law enabled Jet Airways to apply for scheduled airline status, which was granted on 4 January 1995. Naresh Goyal – who already owned Jetair (Private) Limited, which provided sales and marketing for foreign airlines in India – set up Jet Airways as a full-service scheduled airline to compete against state-owned Indian Airlines. Indian Airlines had enjoyed a monopoly in the domestic market between 1953, when all major Indian air transport providers were nationalized under the Air Corporations Act (1953), and January 1994, when the Air Corporations Act was repealed, following which Jet Airways received scheduled airline status.

Jet Airways flight experience, onboard the Airbus A330-300 aircraft, from Bangkok to Mumbai as flight 9W69. The flight takes 4 hours and 23 minutes, in which a drinks service and a meal service were conducted. For the drinks service, a packet of indian snack, murukku, was served with a choice of drink. For the meal service, there was a choice of chicken or vegetarian. The cabin crew service were mixed. Jet Airways Business 737-800, Goa-Mumbai May 2015
I experienced decent service on this 50 minute flight from Goa to Mumbai in business class on Jet Airways, one of India's first private airlines that has been around for almost 3 decades. I used the Sony A6000 with the SELP18105G lens for this video. A decade ago, a hot or cold towel along with a welcome drink and tamarind sweets was the signature welcome aboard Jet Airways on economy!!! But after cost cutting measures to survive in the aviation industry, these services are no longer available on economy. Flight on Jet Airways B737 Economy Bangalore-Mumbai
http://www.TravelsWithSheila.com It is a very short 1-1/2 flight (give or take a few minutes) from Bangalore to Mumbai. TIP: Jet Airways is not the only domestic carrier flying around India. AirAsia, Indigo and Spice Jet get good reviews and I'm going to give them a try next time. But even though the meal resembled dog food, it was very tasty.

I experienced decent service on this 50 minute flight from Goa to Mumbai in business class on Jet Airways, one of India's first private airlines that has been around for almost 3 decades.
I used the Sony A6000 with the SELP18105G lens for this video.
A decade ago, a hot or cold towel along with a welcome drink and tamarind sweets was the signature welcome aboard Jet Airways on economy!!! But after cost cutting measures to survive in the aviation industry, these services are no longer available on economy.

AirAsia, Indigo and Spice Jet get good reviews and I'm going to give them a try next time. But even though the meal resembled dog food, it was very tasty.

Jet Airways Full Flight Experience: 9W69 Bangkok to Mumbai
Jet Airways flight experience, onboard the Airbus A330-300 aircraft, from Bangkok to Mumbai as flight 9W69. The flight takes 4 hours and 23 minutes, in which a drinks service and a meal service were conducted. For the drinks service, a packet of indian snack, murukku, was served with a choice of drink. For the meal service, there was a choice of chicken or vegetarian. The cabin crew service were mixed. There were two male cabin crew who provided a most excellent service but others who were less than enthusiastic. Overall, it was a pleasant and interesting journey with Jet Airways. I experienced decent service on this 50 minute flight from Goa to Mumbai in business class on Jet Airways, one of India's first private airlines that has been around for almost 3 decades.
I used the Sony A6000 with the SELP18105G lens for this video.

This flight report contains limited in-flight footage as I was quite tired by the time I boarded the aircraft. It may feel like a photo slideshow. I am more of a photographer and my gut instinct is to take a photo. Taking a video is usually not my priority. There wasn't much too record anyway, and being a night flight, there was insufficient light for obtaining decent footage. I haven't got around to starting my blog, so I thought I might as well upload a video.
