Mines not a luxury edition but that was the only option the site gave me! Lots of car for your dollar. Good second hand examples had for less than $20k with 3 years warranty remaining (pick up one with the extended warranty). Dual zone air con, gear shift paddles, 10 speaker audio, chilled glove box etc etc

Fantastic 2.4l four is smooth, quiet and punchy with a few revs on board. Lacks a bit of low down torque but it loves to rev so it doesn't really matter. Auto transmission is a bit of a weak link, it's tuned to exploit the high revving engine rather than maximum efficiency so isn't very comfortable being driven slowly, luckily changes are a paddle shift away. Extra tall top gear gives fantastic highway efficiency 6.5 L/100km but the big gap up from fourth gear doesn't help around town, though regular 9 L/100km isn't too bad.
How it drives
Rating: 3.5 out of 5 stars
Smooth, quiet and willing. Suspension a good compromise between comfort and handling, electric steering is direct but lacks feel compared to previous model, though you wouldn't know in isolation. Biggest criticism is the weight, much bigger body and an extra 200kg over previous model blunts performance a bit and you can feel the weight shift around in the corners. Still, plenty of fun for a family car.
Comfort and practicality
Rating: 4.5 out of 5 stars
Fantastic front sports seats hug you in the corner but don't cramp you. Back seat is comfortable and wide, not abundant in leg room but enough for me to sit behind myself at 5'10". Rare air vents are a nice addition. Big boot is an odd shape, especially with the full sized spare under the floor, but does help stop the milk rolling onto the eggs. Big door pockets, big chilled centre console are good, small glove box (also chilled) less so.
Servicing and running costs
Rating: 2.5 out of 5 stars
Highway fuel consumption is outstanding at 6 - 6.5 L/100km. Average day to day use with a mix of heavy traffic and suburban driving gives steady 9's which isn't bad, but a shame it needs premium fuel. 6 monthly servicing is a bit 1990's, though every second one is cheaper. Dealer services so far are either $230 or $450, so averaging nearly $700 a year, not great. A replacement set of tyres at 45000kms (Kuhmo) was about $800 for 17" (mines not a luxury, but was the only option on this page).
Aesthetics & styling

The model has been around for nearly 6 years and in my eyes still looks fantastic.
Safety and security
Rating: 4.5 out of 5 stars
6 airbags, brake assist, 5 star safety rating all make me feel pretty safe, not to mention good handling and strong brakes to keep you on the straight and narrow.
Quality and reliability
Rating: 3.5 out of 5 stars
Generally good, bullet proof (so far) mechanically. Had 2 blown front speakers, some loose trim around the windscreen and a bubble appear on the dash, all fixed under warranty. A bit disappointing but not the end of the world.
Overall verdict
Rating: 4.0 out of 5 stars
Pretty damn good. Some minor quality issues and not the cheapest to run offset by the comfort and driving satisfaction, overall so far so good!
