Both parties had been part of Levi Eshkol's coalition government, as they were associated with the Alignment, and the new party assumed their place as a coalition member.
However, on 1 January 1967, the party split into the original factions. Later during the Knesset session both parties split again, as Muadi broke away from Cooperation and Brotherhood to form the Druze Party, whilst Nakhleh broke away from Progress and Development to form the Jewish-Arab Brotherhood. However, by the 1969 elections, Muadi had joined Progress and Development, whilst Nakhleh had become a member of Cooperation and Brotherhood, the two effectively swapping parties.

Sophie Beaumont - Including People with Disabilities in Development Cooperation
Thailand (/ˈtaɪlænd/ ty-land or /ˈtaɪlənd/ ty-lənd; Thai: ประเทศไทย, rtgs: Prathet Thai), officially the Kingdom of Thailand(Thai: ราชอาณาจักรไทย, rtgs: Ratcha Anachak Thai; IPA: [râːt.tɕʰā ʔāːnāːtɕàk tʰāj] ( listen)), formerly known as Siam (Thai: สยาม;rtgs: Sayam), is a country at the centre of the Indochina peninsula in Southeast Asia. It is bordered to the north by Burma andLaos, to the east by Laos and Cambodia, to the south by the Gulf of Thailand and Malaysia, and to the west by the Andaman Seaand the southern extremity of Burma. Its maritime boundaries include Vietnam in the Gulf of Thailand to the southeast, andIndonesia and India on the Andaman Sea to the southwest.
Thailand is a monarchy headed by King Bhumibol Adulyadej, Rama IX, and governed by a military junta that took power in May 2014. The king is the ninth of the House of Chakri, and has reigned since 1946 as the world's longest-serving current head of state and the country's longest-reigning monarch. The King of Thailand's titles include Head of State, Head of the Armed Forces, Adherent of Buddhism, and Upholder of religions.
With a total area of approximately 513,000 km2 (198,000 sq mi), Thailand is the world's 51st-largest country. It is the 20th-most-populous country in the world, with around 66 million people. The capital and largest city is Bangkok, which is Thailand's political, commercial, industrial, and cultural hub. About 75–95% of the population is ethnically Tai, which includes four major regional groups: central Thai, northeastern Thai (Khon [Lao] Isan), northern Thai (Khon Mueang); and southern Thai. Thai Chinese, those of significant Chinese heritage, are 14% of the population, while Thais with partial Chinese ancestry comprise up to 40% of the population. Thai Malays represent 3% of the population, with the remainder consisting of Mons, Khmers and various "hill tribes". The country's official language is Thai and the primary religion is Buddhism, which is practised by around 95% of the population.
Thailand experienced rapid economic growth between 1985 and 1996, becoming a newly industrialised country and a major exporter. Manufacturing, agriculture, and tourism are leading sectors of the economy. Among the ten ASEAN countries, Thailand ranks second in quality of life and the country's HDI is rated as "high". Its large population and growing economic influence have made it a middle power in the region and around the world.
Thailand is divided into 76 provinces (จังหวัด, changwat), which are gathered into 5 groups of provinces by location. There are also 2 specially-governed districts: the capitalBangkok (Krung Thep Maha Nakhon) and Pattaya. Bangkok is at provincial level and thus often counted as a province.
Each province is divided into districts and the districts are further divided into sub-districts (tambons). As of 2006 there were 877 districts (อำเภอ, amphoe) and the 50 districts of Bangkok (เขต, khet). Some parts of the provinces bordering Bangkok are also referred to as Greater Bangkok (ปริมณฑล, pari monthon). These provinces include Nonthaburi,Pathum Thani, Samut Prakan, Nakhon Pathom and Samut Sakhon. The name of each province's capital city (เมือง, mueang) is the same as that of the province. For example, the capital of Chiang Mai Province (Changwat Chiang Mai) is Mueang Chiang Mai or Chiang Mai.
Thailand (/ˈtaɪlænd/ ty-land or /ˈtaɪlənd/ ty-lənd; Thai: ประเทศไทย, rtgs: Prathet Thai), officially the Kingdom of Thailand(Thai: ราชอาณาจักรไทย, rtgs: Ratcha Anachak Thai; IPA: [râːt.tɕʰā ʔāːnāːtɕàk tʰāj] ( listen)), formerly known as Siam (Thai: สยาม;rtgs: Sayam), is a country at the centre of the Indochina peninsula in Southeast Asia.

China vows to enhance cooperation with India, Chinese President Xi Jinping said on Wednesday in the southwestern Russian city of Ufa.
Xi made the remarks during a meeting with his Indian counterpart Narendra Modi ahead of BRICS and Shanghai Cooperation Organization summits.
China and India reached an important consensus in China's Xi'an City in May that the two countries will enrich the connotation of China-India strategic partnership and build a closer partnership, Xi pointed out.
Through the joint efforts by both sides, the consensus has been implemented, and cooperation on the two legislative bodies, railways, industrial parks, smart city and other areas has been carried out steadily, Xi said.
At present, Xi stressed, the two sides should work together to maintain the good development momentum of China-India relationship, and create a new situation of mutual benefit and cooperation.
The two sides should maintain high-level contacts, strengthen the strategic communication at all levels; they should also set China-India cooperation flagship projects and make researches on the feasibility of major cooperation projects according to plans; the two countries should carry out cultural exchange programs and cooperate on think tank, media and local cooperation; China and India should also properly control differences, and make joint efforts to maintain peace in the border areas; the two countries should also join hands to promote the development of Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB), BRICS Development Bank as well as the Bangladesh-China-India-Myanmar Economic Corridor, and to explore an effective docking between China's "One Belt One Road" Initiative and India's related proposals, thus to achieve mutually-beneficial cooperation and common development, Xi stressed.
As staunch supporters and builders of the BRICS countries, China and India should work together to build a closer, more comprehensive and solid partnership among BRICS countries, Xi added.
Modi said that the current China-India relationship has developed well and the mutual trust has also been enhanced.
Bilateral economic and trade cooperation has been further expanded and cooperation projects in technology, space and infrastructure have been advanced in recent years, according to Modi.
India welcomes more Chinese enterprises to invest in India; India is ready to strengthen strategic communication and coordination with China and properly handle the differences between the two countries like border issues, he added.
India is also willing to strengthen cooperation with China within the framework of the BRICS countries; the establishment of BRICS Development Bank and the AIIB has provided more opportunities for the two countries to deepen their cooperation, and India is willing to actively participate in the construction and cooperation projects of the mentioned banks, Modi said.
It is the fourth bilateral meeting between the two leaders since their first in Fortaleza, Brazil, last July. Respectively in September 2014 and May 2015, Xi and Modi visited each other's country, including each other's hometown.

STORYLINE
Chinese Foreign Minister Yang Jiechi met with Cuban counterpart Bruno Rodriguez in Havana on Saturady to sign economic, technical and business cooperation agreements.
After the signing of the agreement Yang said in brief remarks to the press that his visit was aimed at strengthening bilateral economic cooperation and trade.
Yang, who arrived late on Friday, said China will continue offering aid to Cuba for its economic and social development.
Yang said he talked with Rodriguez for almost an hour, discussing "regional and international issues of great importance in order to better defend together the common interests of developing countries."
China is Cuba's second largest trading partner after Venezuela, a country with which the island has a strategic alliance of regional integration.
Trade between Cuba and China was worth 1.8 (m) million US dollars in 2009, down from 2.3 (m) million US dollars the previous year, according to official data from the National Office Statistics Cuba.
In 2009, international trade on the island dropped 34 percent.
China's main exports to Cuba are for the electrical, communications, agriculture, and transportation industries.
Cuba has also partnered with China for the production of medicines in Asia with Cuban technology and the building of ophthalmology clinics.
China is also looking to develop tourism and oil exploration with Cuba.

France - OECD Cooperation Pact Signed
France - OECD Cooperation Pact Signed
Russia signed a cooperation pact with the OECD on Wednesday (8/6),
marking what officials called the "formal end" of the Cold War.
The agreement gives Russia access to the Organisation for Economic
Co-operation and Development's technical expertise in its efforts
to switch from communism to the free market and opens the door to
Russia taking part in OECD discussions. It is also a significant
step forward in Moscow's drive to win a full seat at the great
powers' economic negotiating table. Foreign Minister Andrei
Kozyrev called the deal "a real step forward in integration of
Russia in the world economy". He said it was a qualitative leap in
transforming the G-7 group of nations into the G-8 group.

China, Thailand to Advance Cooperation in Railway, Tourism Development

China Vows to Enhance Cooperation with India
China Vows to Enhance Cooperation with India
