Receita de cookies com chocolate e chocolate quente - O Chef e a Chata
Episódio 10: Cookies com chocolate e chocolate quente Cookies: 160 g (3/4 xícara) de manteiga sem sal em temperatura ambiente 80 g (1/2 xícara) de açúcar cristal 100 g (1/2 xícara) de açúcar mascavo 2 ovos 240g (2 xícaras) de farinha de trigo 1 colher (chá) de sal 200g de chocolate em gotas (ou picado!) Bata a manteiga com os dois açúcares até misturar bem. Adicione os ovos, a farinha de trigo, o sal e misture só o suficiente pra ficar homogêneo, não é necessário e nem é bom amassar demais, pra não criar elasticidade na massa. Por último misture o chocolate e com ajuda de 2 colheres de sopa, coloque colheradas sobre assadeiras cobertas com papel manteiga. Coloque pedaços mesmo, quase bolinhas, pois elas esparramam no forno virando cookies. Leve para assar a 180ºC por 12 minutos. Não espere os cookies ficarem muito duros, o ideal é retirá-los ainda ligeiramente moles para que fiquem crocantes ao esfriar. Retire com ajuda de uma espátula assim que retirar do forno, colocando sobre uma grade (se não tiver, pode até ser um escorredor de louças, por exemplo) para que esfriem sem criar umidade no fundo deles. Rende cerca de 25 cookies. Chocolate quente: ½ caneca de leite ½ caneca de creme de leite pasteurizado ½ barra de chocolate (mais ou menos uns 80g) Meça o leite e o creme de leite na própria caneca que for servir. Coloque em uma leiteira ou panelinha e leve para ferver. Assim que ferver desligue e coloque o chocolate picado. Misture bem e se quiser pode colocar uma pitadinha de canela em pó. Prefiro usar o creme de leite pasteurizado (aquele que chamam de fresco), mas dá certo com o de caixinha também; não recomendo muito ferver o de lata, ele pode talhar. Sirva a seguir, enquanto está bem quente! Subscribe to Colin’s channel: https://www.youtube.com/user/knecht105 Supplies: • 1/2" PVC pipe cut into 2", 8", 10" 16" sections • "T" connector • 45 degree connector • PVC pipe cap • Zip ties • Coloured duct tape • Cardboard template of gun stock • Wood, 1" thickness • Drill with 1/4" drill bit • Hack saw (to cut PVC pipe to size) • mini marshmallows Instructions: 1. Trace template onto section of wood. 2. Cut the gun stock out using a scroll saw. 3. Arrange PVC pipe to form marshmallow shooting section. Starting with the 10" piece, connect it to the "T" connector, and on the other side of the "T" connector, attach the 6" piece, and place the cap on the end of the 6" piece. To the top of the "T" connector, attach the 2" PVC piece, then the 45 degree connector, and finally the 8" piece. 4. Tightly wrap the PVC section in duct tape covering the entire piece. Make sure to cover the joints completely to ensure that they are sealed and air is not able to escape. 5. To attach the shooter to the wood stock, drill three holes along the top of the stock with the drill press. 6. Thread the zip ties through the drilled holes and wrap tightly around the shooter. 7. To use the marshmallow shooter, squeeze two mini marshmallows together, insert into the top of the shooter, take a deep breath and BLOW! Giant Ice Cream Sandwich from Cookies Cupcakes and Cardio
Learn how make an ice cream sandwich in giant form in this video tutorial. Out homemade ice cream video here: http://youtu.be/lKhVjgker9E Chocolate Cake Ingredients • 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour (270 g) • 1/2 cup cocoa powder (60 g) • 1 cup sugar (200 g) • 1/2 cup brown sugar (90 g) • 1 tsp baking soda (4.7 g) • 1/2 tsp salt (2.5 g) • 1 cup water (240 mL) • 9 tbsp vegetable oil (133 mL) • 1 tsp vanilla extract (5 mL) • 1 tbsp vinegar (15 mL) Preheat oven to 350F 1. In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, combine all the dry ingredients (flour, sugars, cocoa, salt, baking soda) and mix until the colour is uniform and ingredients are mixed thoroughly. 2. With the mixer on low speed, slowly add each of the wet ingredients (water, oil, vanilla, vinegar), and continue to mix until the batter is equally moist. 3. Divide batter equally between two greased 8" pans and bake at 350F for 25-30 minutes. 4. Remove from pans, and allow to cool completely. Assembly: • 8" chocolate cakes (2) • Vanilla Ice Cream • Rainbow sprinkles 1. Pour slightly softened ice cream into an 8" springform pan lined with parchment paper. Freeze until solid. 2. Place one half of the chocolate cake onto a cake board or plate. 3. Remove ice cream from springform pan, and place ice cream slab on top of chocolate cake. 4. Apply sprinkles to the sides of the cake by pressing into the ice cream portion. 5. Place second chocolate cake slab on top of the ice cream slab. 6. Return cake to freezer to solidify again before slicing and serving. 7. Once solid, serve as desired. Milk and Cookie Shots with Rainbow Chocolate Chips from Cookies Cupcakes and Cardio

Ingredients: • 2 cups all purpose flour • 1 cup butter • 1/2 cup brown sugar • 1/3 cup granulated sugar • 1 egg yolk • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract • 1/2 teaspoon salt • 1 cup mini rainbow chocolate chips • white chocolate melting wafers • milk • rainbow sprinkles Procedure: In a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment cream the butter until smooth. Add sugars and cream until light and fluffy. On medium speed add egg yolk, salt and vanilla and continue to mix until combined. Add flour and mix until dough is crumbly. Finally, add in chocolate chips. Spray 4 ounce sized tumblers (small glasses) with non stick cooking spray, and line with parchment paper. Using small amounts of flattened dough, line the bottom and inside of the tumbler with cookie dough. Press against the glass to ensure that there are no air pockets. Place glasses into the fridge for 20-30 minutes to chill. Preheat oven to 350F. Remove chilled glasses from the fridge and place a roll of tin foil in the centre of each. This will help the dough to bake evenly, while also ensuring the dough doesn't fill in the middle. Place chilled glasses onto a baking tray and bake for 40-45 minutes. Remove from oven and place onto a cooling rack and allow to cool completely. Melt the white chocolate. Place a teaspoon or two of the melted white chocolate into the centre of the cookie shot. Using a paint brush or similar tool, coat the inside of the cookie shot to seal it. This will ensure that the milk will stay inside the shot. Repeat with a second layer if necessary. Dip the rim of the cookie shot into the white chocolate, and immediately dip into the rainbow sprinkles. Allow to harden before filling with milk. When ready to serve, fill cookie shot with milk. Reece's Peanut Butter Cup Stuffed Triple Peanut Butter Cookies from Cookies Cupcakes and Cardio
In this video tutorial we show you how to make chewy peanut butter cookies with Reese's peanut butter cups and Reese's pieces. Peanut butter cookie recipe: • 2 cups all purpose flour • 1 teaspoon baking soda • 1 teaspoon salt • 1 cup brown sugar • 1/2 cup granulated sugar • 3/4 cup butter • 1/2 cup chunky peanut butter • 2 eggs • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract • 300 grams peanut butter chips • 230 grams Reece's Pieces • 15-18 Reece's Peanut Butter cups Procedure: 1. In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with paddle attachment, cream the butter and peanut butter together until combined. 2. Add sugars, and mix until smooth. 3. Mix in eggs and vanilla extract. 4. Add flour, baking soda, and salt and mix on low until the batter is moist. 5. Finally, add Reece's Pieces and peanut butter chips and mix on low briefly. 6. Scoop out batter in 1-2 tablespoon sized balls, and place onto a parchment lined baking tray. Place into the fridge to chill for 15-20 minutes. 7. Once dough is chilled, flatten one dough ball and place a Reece's cup in the centre. Place a second dough ball on top of the Reece's cup, and wrap around the cup to join the two batter portions so that the cup is completely wrapped. 8. Repeat, placing cookies 3-4 inches apart. 9. Bake in a preheated oven at 350F for 18-22, or until golden brown is reached. 10.
