Lisa Gade reviews the Lenovo ThinkPad T440s business Ultrabook with a full HD 14" touch screen and Intel Haswell 4th generation Core i5 and i7 CPUs. The 3.6 lb. laptop is 0.8" thick and it features the usual ThinkPad rugged build and excellent keyboard with trackpad and nav stick. It has a single RAM slot plus 4 gigs of RAM soldered on board and is available with HDDs and SSDs. It has a standard 2.5" SATA drive bay, an M.2 slot for WAN or caching SSDs, Intel single or dual band WiFi 802.11n or ac, Bluetooth 4.0 and a healthy selection of ports. It starts at ~ $1,140 US. The Ultrabook has an internal 3 cell battery and removable 3 and 6 cell battery options that use Lenovo's Bridge Battery design.
