The beach town of Robe is described as the quintessential seaside town -- a favourite getaway for generations of South Australians. This film, Escape to the Coast, follows a car full of friends as they set out on a road trip from Adelaide to Robe via the Limestone Coast, the South Australian leg of the Great Ocean Road. Along the way they stop in at the world heritage listed Naracoorte Caves, as well as the world renowned Coonawarra wine region, before settling to the relaxed pace of life in Robe.
