Pop up ads destroy the experience
As a regular Drive reader I enjoyed this app when it was first released. Now they have changed its behavior so that a pop up ad appears every second time you swipe the screen.
Pop up ads are a Neanderthal form of advertising at best, but at this level of frequency they make the app unusable . Not only that, but they help form a negative disposition toward any brand who uses such techniques.
Ruined
My enjoyment of this app has been destroyed by the constant full page pop up add for some awful car. Even if I was in the market for this type of vehicle I would never consider buying because of this advertising.
I have just deleted the app because I am sick of seeing this same add over and over again
Introduction of Ads makes it bad
After a recent update, ads were introduced. That is, every single article you want to read is first hijacked by an ad. I mean EVERY single article. It’s overkill.
Was a good app, now it’s beyond annoying.
