Scott is a lunar impact crater near the south pole of the Moon. Its location close to the lunar limb hinders observation, both from the foreshortening of the crater as seen from Earth and from the limited sunlight that enters the basin. In fact the northern end of this crater is in near perpetual darkness, and has not been mapped in detail. Scott lies between the similar-sized crater Amundsen to the southeast and Schomberger to the northwest. Just to the northeast is the crater Demonax.
The rim of this crater has been heavily eroded and the features are worn and irregular, although the crater basin remains roughly circular. There are several crater formations attached to the west and northwest outer rim, the most well-formed of which is the satellite crater Scott E. There is also small crater along the southeast inner wall, and several tiny craterlets across the inner floor. The interior surface is rougher at the southern end, and grows smoother and flatter toward the shadow-cloaked north end. There is no central peak at the crater midpoint.
This is a list of fictional characters in the television series Heroes, the Heroes graphic novels, and the Heroes webisodes.
Characters are listed in title credit order (alphabetically), and then by duration.
In its inaugural season, Heroes featured an ensemble cast of fourteen main characters. During the first season, the NBC Heroes cast page listed ten characters among the cast; Leonard Roberts arrived later, and Jack Coleman was promoted to series regular as of the eleventh episode.
For the second season of the show, Santiago Cabrera, Tawny Cypress, and Leonard Roberts left the main cast. Zachary Quinto and James Kyson Lee, who were recurring characters in the first season, were added to the main cast, and were joined by new cast members David Anders, Kristen Bell, Dana Davis and Dania Ramirez. Anders was originally meant to be a recurring character, but was promoted to a series regular prior to the start of the season. He is credited as a guest star for the first four episodes of season two.
Scott Tracy is a fictional character in Gerry Anderson's 1960s Supermarionation television series Thunderbirds, the subsequent films Thunderbirds Are Go and Thunderbird 6 and the TV remake Thunderbirds Are Go!. He is the pilot of the primary vehicle of the Thunderbird fleet, Thunderbird 1. His specialist training is as a First Responder and Team Leader.
The eldest son of Jeff Tracy (founder and financier of International Rescue), Scott is named after American astronaut Scott Carpenter. Sources vary in the canon of the Thunderbirds series as to Scott's age and birth date. One written source suggests that Scott was born on 4 April 2039, making him 26 years old.
Educated at Yale and Oxford Universities, Scott was decorated for valour during his service with the United States Air Force before taking up his duties with International Rescue. As pilot of the quick response craft Thunderbird 1, he is usually first at the danger zone and typically serves as field commander on all rescue operations. He also takes on secondary duties as co-pilot of the spacecraft Thunderbird 3, is an occasional relief occupant of the Thunderbird 5 space station, and leads the organisation from Tracy Island when his father is absent.
Dragonheart: A New Beginning is a 2000 fantasy film directed by Doug Lefler. It stars Robby Benson, Christopher Masterson, Harry Van Gorkum and Rona Figueroa. The film is a direct-to-video sequel of the 1996 film Dragonheart.
One year before his death, Sir Bowen visits the cave-home of his long-dead friend Draco, and there he discovered a dragon egg. He takes the egg to a monastery where his friend Brother Gilbert, a monk, lives. The friars at the monastery pledge to hide the dragon away, with Friar Peter (John Woodnutt) protecting him and teaching him for 20 years. The task of taking care of the dragon is passed to a young and gullible friar named Mansel (Matt Hickey).
An orphaned stable boy named Geoff (Christopher Masterson), who dreams of one day becoming a knight like Bowen, lives at the monastery, doing menial chores; he tricks Mansel into manual labor and discovers the hidden Drake, the dragon (voiced by Robby Benson). At first Geoff is afraid, but realizes Drake is more afraid of him. They soon form a friendship.
Dracula is a fictional supervillain appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. He is based on the vampire Count Dracula from the novel of the same name by author Bram Stoker.
A version of Dracula first appears in the Atlas Comics publication, Suspense #7 (Mar. 1951).
The modern Marvel version of Dracula was created by Gerry Conway and Gene Colan in Tomb of Dracula No. 1 (1972). The character starred in the comic, which ended with issue #70 in 1979. This version of Dracula also starred in Dracula Lives!, a black-and-white horror comic magazine series published by Marvel from 1973–1975. Running concurrently with Tomb of Dracula, the continuities of the two titles occasionally overlapped, with storylines weaving between the two.
Although Dracula (and all other vampires) were eventually destroyed by the mystical "Montesi Formula" in the pages of Doctor Strange, the vampire lord was revived. Marvel published a four-issue Tomb of Dracula miniseries, reuniting Wolfman and Colan, under its Epic Comics imprint in 1991, and revived Dracula and his foes in the short-lived Nightstalkers and Blade series in the 1990s. Most recently, Dracula took the title role in the miniseries Dracula: Lord of the Undead.
Several ships have been named Drake:
Yo yo yo yo yo
Man fuck that, man...
[Verse 1:]
Check it
Ay yo I got a little something just to get off my chest
About this hoe I used to know and always tried to impress
Her name was Elizabeth, better known as Liz
You know, back when we was rough she was a grown ass kid
Tried to get her attention it was striving and rough
Going out with them niggas that was driving and stuff
She played "Ms. Innocent" and she played that nice
Only in the fifth grade cause she stayed back twice
I was in the seventh grade always lacking respect
Walking through them hallways getting smacked in the neck
And like a coward to them girl not a brotha to step
She had a prostitute gap but I loved her to death
I tried to talk to her but, [cough] I thought she would choke
I got jumped on my street when I wrote her a note
I got knots, bruises, scraped and scratched
Now I'm alone in my room and I'm just thinking back
But see, nights get colder and days get hotter
Seeing Liz walk the streets like the crack man got her
But I had to write a rhyme now, never the less
About that hoe I used to know and always tried to impress
But uh...
[Chorus:]
To reminisce is such natural bliss, it is (Heeeey)
To reminisce is such natural bliss, (Yeaaah) [x6]
To reminisce is such...
[Verse 2:]
I used to fuck with this chick, she wasn't like your typical bitch
She used to get me lift, buy me shit, and suck my dick
All the time, It eased all the pain in my mind
Always knew where she was at and never second-guessed mine
Now women like this is really hard to find
I used to beat her behind, that was the bottom fuckin' line
I'll thoughts on the record grill, cause some day
Something in my heart told me "Chill Lark"
I kept beating her, look how I was treating her
Knowing I was needing her, all her girlfriends said I'm bleeding her
So I had to reflect and show her respect
And then she told her friends that she had me in check
I almost broke the hoe neck
That's what the fuck the hoe get
Yo I'm crazy sometimes...
[Chorus:]
To reminisce is such natural bliss, it is (Heeeey)
To reminisce is such natural bliss (Yeaaah) [x6]
To reminisce is such...
[Verse 3:]
I take my gin straight, save the juice for Snoop
I smoke a whole pack of Newp's, watching Bruce get loose
Now it's time to do some dirt kung-fu then it's over
Had to get the gut so I stole a Chevy Nova
What do ya know? Five-O's on the case
And when they turned on the sirens I led them on a chase
You know I took? a bus driver sitting down Eisenhower?
Jumped out the ride and head out for like an hour
Took the tracks to La Place park
And when I got there heads was like "Yo what's up Lark! "
"Yo what's up y'all, long time no see yo
I gotta name real low, I've been running from 'po"
Flav G. saved me, we walked down to his 'dress
And he pulled out the sess, released my stress
Much to his surprise I pulled out a L too
Old stories got started and blunts got blew
Thinking back to them good old times
Yo, he used to break and ain't think about knots
I miss the days of way back then
But this is 1995, Scott Lark livin'
