More than five decades after an Irish 'home' for unmarried women and their illegitimate children was closed and destroyed, the bodies of 800 of those children have been found in a massive septic tank sitting in the back of the structure and forgotten, with neither gravestones nor coffins. http://ow.ly/xAUMl

State budget: More than $1 billion will be spent on child protection, homelessness and disability services in NSW in 2014/15 as the state government seeks to deliver on its “obligation to help those in need” in its last budget before next year’s election.

Western Sydney has also emerged as a potential big winner with infrastructure promises including $400 million for the first stage of a new Parramatta light rail network. http://ow.ly/y7hgb

“I don’t pretend to know what the basis of his thinking is, but Mother Nature has a louder voice.''

Former US vice-president Al Gore says “history will not be kind” to politicians who stand it the way of climate action, and he expected President Barack Obama would raise the issue with Tony Abbott when the two leaders met on Wednesday at the White House. http://ow.ly/xUgRO

Tony Abbott is seeking a conservative alliance among 'like-minded' countries, aiming to dismantle global moves to introduce carbon pricing, and undermine a push by US President Barack Obama to seek action through forums such as the G20. http://ow.ly/xOLqo

Trouble is Turnball has never really given up on being pm.
Trouble is the don't really support his bid for office and does not have the support of the people.
People who do support his bid are nearly all rusted in labor voters.
I cannot see them voting for a liberal government.
The same voters are too much in live with there government funded lifestyle.

"Ask not what your country can do for you. Ask what you can do for your country". I don't come from the ALP perswasion and it woulnt matter which party! At all.

17,122 people voted for Ricky and elected him to represent their views. He is putting himself first, before his voters. Factories could shut or open because of his decisions...

Any Lazy politician deserves ridicule. Labor, liberal, independant. Don't matter.

But I guess poor Ricky deserves a pat on the back for kinda "giving it a go".

oh and wakey wakey. the Liberal budget nightmare may not pass the senate because Ricky is busy in the sawmill!
