for all

To ensure consistent high quality healthcare for all Americans, the Affordable Care Act requires insurance companies to accept everyone who applies for coverage. Beginning in 2014 health insurance will be available to all Americans regardless of pre-existing conditions or financial situation. This ensures that you and your family have coverage in the event of major illness or accident.
