Ancient Roman Cooking in LATIN: Olive Marinade | Kingsley Lingua Kitchen 001
In this first episode of Kingsley Lingua Kitchen, we're making a quick & easy olive marinade from Apicius' Ancient Roman cookbook "De Re Rustica" taking a look at the original Latin text.
The result is a brilliant mixture of sweet, salty & tart — they don't even taste like olives (I've converted MULTIPLE people who swear up & down they HATE olives, true story! ;)
