This is a love story set in the steppes of Central Asia of today. Temür a thirty year old Kazakh decides to start life again in his ancestral village in the Kyrghyz Mountains. He discovers soon after his arrival that he is a misfit in this settlement of old conservative Islamic men,some women and children. The only ray of hope for him is Amira a young married woman who waits in frustration for her absentee husband - a Mujahideen. Temur watches sorrowfully as the individual village stories unfold at the same as he tries to help the community out in any way he can. In this way he comes closer to Amira and Taib, her young brother-in-law. In a dead end situation the lovers decide to leave the settlement and travel to a place that would hold out with their dreams.

The small boat in which he crosses the strait of Gibraltar is the first thing that disappoints him, and when he arrives in Barcelona, he realizes that an immigrant's life is not as easy as one may think. Only music and Anna will help him in the struggle against the rejection, the contempt and the difficult work conditions. But a violent encounter with some skinheads drastically changes everything. Saïd is forced to choose between pursuing the struggle to fulfill the dream that led him to emigrate and which, thanks to Anna's support, is now beginning to look possible, or acting according to his conscience and testifying against the skinheads, which would bring to light his illegal status and lead to immediate repatriation. It's time for Saïd to take his choice.

لا تـــحــــزن لأن الحزن يزعجك من الماضي ، ويخوفك من المستقبل ويذهب عليك يومك لا تـــحــــزن لان الحزن يقبض له القلب ، ويعبس له الوجه وتنطفي منه الروح ، ويتلاشى معه الأمل لا تـــحــــزن لان الحزن يسرُّ العدو ، ويغيظ الصديق ويُشمت بك الحاسد ، ويغيِّر عليك الحقائق لا تـــحــــزن لأن الحزن مخاصمة للقضاء ، وخروج على الأنس ونقمة على النعمة لا تـــحــــزن لأن الحزن لا يردُّ مفقوداً ، ولا يبعث ميتاً ، ولا يردُّ قدراً ، ولا يجلب نفعاً لا تـــحــــزن فالحزن من الشيطان ، والحزن يأس جاثم وفقر حاضر ، وقنوط دائم وإحباط محقق وفشل ذريع لا تـــحــــزن إن كنت فقيراً فغيرك محبوس في دَيْن ، وإن كنت لا تملك وسيلة نقل فسواك مبتور القدمين ، وإن كنت تشكو من آلام فالآخرون مرقدون على الأسرة البيضاء ، وإن فقدت ولداً فسواك فقد عدداً من الأولاد في حادث واحد لا تـــحــــزن إن اذنبت فتب ، وإن اسأت فاستغفر ، وإن أخطأت فأصلح ، فالرحمة واسعة ، والباب مفتوح ، والتوبة مقبولة لا تـــحــــزن لانك تُقلق أعصابك ، وتهزُّ كيانك وتتعب قلبك وتُسهر ليلك ولربَّ نازلةٍ يضيقُ بها الفتى *** ذرعاً وعندالله منها المخرَجُ ضاقت فلما استحكمت حلقاتها *** فٌرِجَت وكان يظنُّها لا تُفرجُ لا تـــحــــزن لان القضاء مفروغ منه ، والمقدور واقع والاقلام جفت ، والصحف طويت ، فحزنك لا يقدم في الواقع شيئاً ولا يؤخر لا تـــحــــزن على ما فاتك ، فإنه عندك نعماً كثيره ، فكِّر في نعم الله الجليلة ، وفي أياديه الجزيلة ، وأشكره على هذه النعم ، قال تعالى " وإن تعدوا نعمة الله لا تحصوها " لا تـــحــــزن من كتابة أهل الباطل والعلمانية في الصحف والمجلات والجرائد فذاك غثاء كغثاء السيل ولكن قل " موتوا بغيظكم " لا تـــحــــزن من نقد أهل الباطل والحساد ، فإنك مأجور من نقدهم وحسدهم على صبرك ، ثم إن نقدهم يساوي قيمتك ، ثم إن الناس لا ترفسُ كلباً ميتاً لا تـــحــــزن وأكثر من الاستغفار ، فإن ربك غفّار " فقلت استغفروا ربكم إنه كان غفاراً يرسل السماء عليكم مدراراً ويمددكم بأموال وبنين ويجعل لكم جنات ويجعل لكم أنهاراً " لا تـــحــــزن فإن المرض يزول ، والمصاب يحول ، والذنب يُغفر ، والدَّيْن يُقضى ، والمحبوس يُفك ، والغائب يَقدم ، والعاصي يتوب ، والفقير يَغتني لا تـــحــــزن ولا تراقب تصرفات الناس فإنهم لا يملكون ضراً ولا نفعاً ، ولا موتاً ولا حياةً ولا نشوراً ولا ثواباً ولا عقاباً ،، وقديماً قيل : من راقب الناس مات همَّاً لا تـــحــــزن ما دمت تُحسن إلى الناس ، فإنَّ الإحسان إلى الناس طريق السعادة لا تـــحــــزن فإن الحسنة بعشر أمثالها إلى سبعمائة ضعف إلى أضعاف كثيرة ، والسيئة بمثِلها لا تـــحــــزن فإنت من روَّاد التوحيد ، وحملة الله ، وأهل القبلة ، وعندك أصل حب الله وحب رسوله صلى الله عليه وسلم ، فعندك خير وأنت لا تدري لا تـــحــــزن فأنت على خير في ضرائك وسرائك وغناك وفقرك وشدتك ورخائك " عجباً لأمر المؤمن إن أمره كله له خير وليس ذلك إلا للمؤمن ، إن أصابته سرَّاء فشكر كان خيراً له وإن اصابته ضرَّاء فصبر كان خيراً له "

من أكبر الأسباب التي تنال بها رحمة الله لا يخفى على المؤمن أن الرحمة والتراحم فيما بيننا من أكبر الأسباب لنيل رحمة الله سبحانه , وقد حث الله سبحانه من خلال كتابه العزيز عليها , كما حث نبينا صلى الله عليه وسلم على الرحمة بل كان لنا قدوة في تجسيد أكمل أنواع الرحمة في قلوب البشر , ومن خلال هذه المساهمة حاولت أن ألقي الضوء على معنى الرحمة وآثارها وما ورد في الكتاب والسنة , أرجوا أن تكون نافعة وأسأل الله لي ولكم أن يهبنا قلوبا رحيمة إنه ولي ذلك والقادر عليه . معنى الرَّحْمَة لغةً: قال ابن فارس رحمه الله : الرَّحْمَة: الرِّقة والعطف والتعطف ومنها الرَّحِم: وهي عَلاقة القرابة، ثم سمِّيت رَحِمُ الأنثى رَحِمًا من هذا، لأنَّ منها ما يكون ما يُرْحَمُ وَيُرَقُّ له مِن ولد .(معجم مقاييس اللغة 2/498) وقال ابن منظور: والرَّحْمَة في بني آدم عند العرب، رِقَّةُ القلب وعطفه . وقد تطلق الرَّحْمَة، ويراد بها ما تقع به الرَّحْمَة ،كإطلاق الرَّحْمَة على الرِّزق والغيث . ( لسان العرب 12/230) معنى الرَّحْمَة اصطلاحًا: وقد بيّن الراغب الأصفهاني معنى الرحمة وكيفية استعمالها فقال : " والرحمة رِقّةٌ تقتضي الإحسان إلى المرحوم ، وقد تُستَعمل تارة في الرِّقة المجرَّدة وتارة في الإحسان المجرَّد عن الرقة ، نحو رَحِم اللهُ فلاناً ، وإذا وُصِف به البارئ فليس يُراد به إلا الإحسان المُجرَّد دون الرِّقة ، وعلى هذا رُوي أنّ الرحمة من الله إنعام وإفضال ، ومن الآدميين رِقة وتعطف .(مفردات القرآن للراغب 1/347) وقيل: (هي رِقَّة في النفس، تبعث على سوق الخير لمن تتعدى إليه) (التحرير والتنوير لابن عاشور 26/21) وتتجلى أهمِّية الرحمة في أنَّ الله عزَّ وجلَّ تسمَّى واتصف بها, فمرة باسم الرَّحمن ومرة باسم الرَّحيم فهو رحمن الدنيا والآخرة ورحيمهما. حيث ذكر الله هذه الصفة العظيمة في غير آية من كتابه الكريم, إمَّا في معرض تسميه واتصافه بها, أو في معرض الامتنان على العباد بما يسبغه عليهم من آثارها, أو تذكيرهم بسعتها, أو من باب المدح والثناء للمتصفين بها المتحلِّين بمعانيها, أو غير ذلك من السياقات.
