Well, thanks to some hints from The Rock himself, we can probably scratch Lantern off the list, but who IS he playing? While promoting his upcoming film Hercules at the annual CinemaCon convention in Las Vegas, Johnson shared some details on that super-secret DC role that sounds like it's as close to a done deal as you can get in Hollywood. Though he wouldn't give specifics on which character he would be playing, Johnson did reveal that he is a big superhero fan and there has been mutual interest between him and DC to take on a role for several years, but he had to ensure it was the right role and the character he took on had to fit three specific qualities. The first being he had to be complex and have a lot going on. Okay, not a big clue, but the next quality had to be that he be a well-known character, but never brought to life before. Now this most likely takes Green Lantern off the table, depending on how you look at it. Ryan Reynolds took on the role in the disappointing 2011 film, but he played "Hal Jordan" and not "John Stewart". Same hero, but different character. The final quality Johnson looked for that he also said was most important, was that he had to be a badass you-know-what. And not just badass, but his power had to be on par with none other than Superman. No small task considering Superman is one of the most powerful superheroes out there. So which character could this be? Back in 2012, Johnson announced he was in talks to play Lobo, a character with Superman level powers, but not necessarily "well-known" outside of comic fans. Johnson has also been rumored to be in the running to play Justice League member "Martian Manhunter", who also has skills on par with Superman, but has been "brought to life" on the small screen in Smallville. The same can be said of fellow Justice League member "Cyborg", who Johnson has also been rumored for. Some have also speculated that he could play the powerful "Darkseid" or "Doomsday", but considering both are villains, we're guessing those are highly unlikely. Beyond who he'll play, the other big question is whether or not we'll see him appear in 2016's Batman vs Superman. Most likely not, but it looks like we could be seeing a major battle playing out between longtime rivals DC and Marvel when the film releases. For details on that, be sure to click right here. As 2013 was coming to an end, wrestler turned movie star Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson took to Twitter to announce that he was teaming up with Warner Bros in 2014 to work on an unnamed DC Comics property tweeting quote, "we will partner up and create the cool bad assery." This tweet was pretty definitive that Johnson will be doing something with DC, but whether or not that would be a movie, television or comic was unclear. Most assumed it would be a role in an upcoming DC movie, and that got many speculating on what role that just might be. Johnson was at one point attached to play Black Adam in a Shazam movie, but thanks to the success of Man of Steel, that project has been shelved. He was also at one point eyed to take on the role of Lobo in a film version set to be helmed by his Journey 2: The Mysterious Island director Brad Peyton, but that film has also apparently has been shelved, now that the studio is focusing on their main Justice League characters. So that leads us to the latest Rock/DC rumor. ThinkMcFlyThink's Peter Georgiou recently tweeted that he's heard that the role that The Rock is taking on is in fact Green Lantern. I know what some of you are thinking - "Hey, I thought Ryan Reynolds was Green Lantern?" Well, you're right and you're not. Ryan Reynolds did play Green Lantern in the 2011 film, but that film was a box office dud taking in only $220 million worldwide on a budget of $200 million. Though there has been talk that Reynolds could reprise his role, there has been even more rumblings that the studio is looking to relaunch the character with a new actor. You're probably also thinking that Ryan Reynolds and Dwayne Johnson don't particularly look much alike and you're right. Instead of Johnson taking on the role of Hal Jordan like Reynolds did, he would instead play that other Green Lantern, John Stewart. No! not that Jon Stewart, this John Stewart. He made his first appearance in 1971 as Hal Jordan's Green Lantern backup and became the full-time Lantern in the 80's. Now, keep in mind that this is just a rumor, but considering that Wonder Woman has already been confirmed for 2015's Man of Steel sequel and there has been talk of The Flash also making an appearance, introducing a new Green Lantern isn't out of the question and The Rock would definitely bring some much needed star power to the film. Also, if the DC partnership Johnson is talking about is happening in 2014 and it is a movie, Batman vs. Superman is where we would most likely see him appear considering it's the only DC film currently announced. Part 2 of a 100% walkthrough for LEGO Batman 2: DC Super Heroes on the Nintendo 3DS. I actually completed this 100% walkthrough last year, but I figured with LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham announced this would be a good time to post the walkthrough. Level 2 is titled "Joker Getaway". This walkthrough will first play through the 14 chapters and then show free play guides to collect the remaining minikits and sound pieces.
