Paz or PAZ may refer to:

Andrea Pazienza (May 23, 1956 - June 16, 1988), was an Italian comics artist and painter.

Pazienza was born in San Benedetto del Tronto, province of Ascoli Piceno (Marche), in 1956.

Growing up in his father's town of San Severo, in Apulia, he enrolled in 1973 at the DAMS (Dipartimento di Arte, Musica e Spettacolo; Department of Arts, Music and Entertainment) of the University in Bologna.

He made his debut in the spring of 1977 in the magazine Alteralter with his first comic story, "Le straordinarie avventure di Pentothal" (Pentothal's extraordinary adventures), the surrealistic and psychedelic story of an alter ego named from a sedative (Penthothal). He later participated to such editorial experiences as Cannibale, Il Male and Frigidaire, where he created hundreds of comics with his unique and unmatched style, grown out of American underground comics (as represented by visionaries like Rick Griffin and Victor Moscoso), Italian Renaissance art and Walt Disney comics. He was especially fond of the character of Goofy, which he appropriated for a humorous spoof on Italian hippiedom of the 1970s entitled Perché Pippo sembra uno sballato ("Why Goofy Looks Like A Pothead"), and a later, unfinished story entitled La leggenda di Italianino Liberatore ("The Legend Of Italianino Liberatore", referring to his old friend Tanino Liberatore); he also said in an interview that Carl Barks, the creator of Uncle Scrooge, Magica De Spell and other characters of the "duck's family", was a model for his art.

Vincenzo Luvineri (born August 19, 1978), better known as Vinnie Paz (formerly known as Ikon the Verbal Hologram), is an Italian-American rapper and the lyricist behind the Philadelphia underground hip hop group Jedi Mind Tricks. He is also the frontman of the hip hop supergroup Army of the Pharaohs.

Originally taking the pseudonym of Ikon the Verbal Hologram, he later changed his name to Vinnie Paz, after the Rhode Island boxer Vinny Pazienza. Paz originally started rapping with fellow Jedi Mind Tricks member Stoupe in his basement. Paz is known for his raw and gritty lyrical delivery. He is also known for his extensive use of studio punch-ins, seldom recording a verse in one take. His lyrics frequently contain references to religion, war, politics, mythology, conspiracy theories, and the paranormal. His more recent albums such as Servants in Heaven Kings in Hell show a more obvious approach to politics and world issues. This gritty style of Paz became apparent with the release of Violent by Design, and has become progressively more defined since its release. Vinnie Paz has a number of aliases, including Louie Doggs, Vinnie P, The Pazmanian Devil, Pazienza, Frank Vinatra, Vin Jong Ill, Rumplestiltsvin, Muhammad Al Vinejahd, and Vin Laden. Raised Catholic, Vinnie Paz is now a Muslim, which plays a major role in much of his lyrics. Vinnie is also a heavy metal fan, and occasionally uses song titles and band names in JMT tracks and lyrics.

Isidro Chávez Espinoza (Angostura, Sinaloa, Mexico, October 29, 1981) better known as Espinoza Paz, is a Mexican musician and composer of Mexican Regional music.

Espinoza Paz was born on October 29, in La Angostura, a small colorful town just north of Sinaloa, Mexico. He was only 11 years old when he wrote his first song which was dedicated to a girl on whom he had a crush. By the time he was 13, he had already written 20 songs; however, it wasn’t until his father sent him money from the United States that he decided to buy his first guitar and teach himself to play it. In 1996, he emigrated to Sacramento, California, where his love for music grew while he earned a living washing tomatoes and picking oranges, olives and grapes. Months later, he decided to return to Mexico where he suffered the hardest experience of his life: the passing of his Mother, Mrs. Maria de la Paz Espinoza. This was a loss from which he would never recover. From that point on, Paz embarked on what seemed a never-ending journey to find his destiny. He returned to the United States (this time to Oregon) and worked as a gardener for about a year. Tired of traveling, he then decided to concentrate on his career as a songwriter, and being convinced of his calling, he returned to Mexico once again. His "muse" was a friend from California, Blanca Estrella. Their platonic relationship inspired many of his songs. For the next eight years he knocked on doors and sang in regional bands, always looking for "the opportunity" as he poured his feelings and experiences into his songs.

Martina Stoessel is an Argentine actress and singer. She currently has the lead role in the Disney Channel Original Series, Violetta.

Martina Stoessel was born in Argentina, she is the daughter of the director of the Baila Conmigo Paraguay program, Alejandro Stoessel. She has a brother Fran Stoessel. Martina began her artistic training at a young age, performing studied singing, piano, musical comedy, theater and dance.

In 2011, Stoessel was responsible for voicing the Spanish version of the song «The Glow», «Tu Resplandor», which performs the original versión the singer Shannon Saunders. Song is part of the album Disney Princess: Fairy Tale Songs, in which successes are collected from different Disney animated films, as well as the unreleased track.

On March 2, 2012, Walt Disney Records and Disney Channel released the soundtrack of Celebratón, "Celebratón in Concert", a compilation that includes all the hit songs that sounded in the special year-end, which was issued by the screen Disney Channel on December 31, 2011, where Martina performs «Tu Resplandor».
