Bixel Boy’s new track “Empire” seems to be appropriately titled since that’s what these two have created this past year. With a packed tour schedule and a slew of solid releases, the boys have skyrocketed to popularity and show no signs of slowing down anytime soon.

Their second release on Sweat It Out! and their first original track of 2014, “Empire” is a triumphant bass driven electro house tune that blurs the lines between big-room and underground. The end result is a complex yet accessible track perfect for the mainstage and the 4am dance floor all at once. Keep an eye out for the full release of the Empire EP on June 27th.

“I made All Under “One Roof Raving” whilst on the tail end of another year on the road with The xx. I was missing life in London and trawling through any music and videos that reminded me of home. One in particular I found very inspiring, Mark Leckey’s ‘Fiorucci Made Me Hardcore.’

I made this track in order to play out back home as I knew the year to come would be spent largely in the UK, DJing and making my own album. It serves as a reminder, not to take any time for granted at home or away.”

Australian house producer extraordinaire Beni teams up with up and coming UK based soulful vocal duo Antony & Cleopatra for his new sunshine filled, throwback to the 90′s house smash single “Protect” (will be released on Modular July 11th). The single comes backed with remixes from Melbourne upstarts Indian Summer and Discobelle alumni in L.A/Montreal/London duo Prince Club.
