This Judge who refused me all witnesses and motions and gave my son away to protect Dr. ZoAnn E. Dreyer. Gillbert and Dr. Dreyer both Baylor grads and are trading favors for protection and power. These people are what is wrong with our country now! Baylor College of Medicine faces a multi million dollor lawsuit and the worst publicity to ever hit this great hospital and now the fraud runs all the way to the top as it spreads to the Texas Medical Board and Gov. Rick Perry who is in charge.This Dr. would be sued for millions as well as Baylor and Texas Children's Hospital if this Judge would have been honest! This is the face of corruption in America, bought and sold by the State of Texas, who steals children with cancer from their fathers to protect lies for money. Even telling me while doing so he was post ponning my case and my life with my son so he could be with his son for Spring Break. As dishonest and cold blooded as any man I have ever met. A coward by nature this Judge has to be stopped at all cost. The evidence is over whelming but so is the cover up going on at this time. The Medical Center brings in millions and millions to the State of Texas and the evidence I have would cost the State of Texas most of it if others knew the truth as the repretation of te hospitals would be servearly damaged, so they are willing to steal my son and give him to my ex who in not a U.S. citizen, does not have a green card and lost her memory after having a brain tumor removed. There is nothing craizer than what people will do for money. They use the Court system to steal money and properties from hard working people. Use their own friends who are Realtors to sale it off cheap and fast, depriving my son of his future, a poor kid with cancer. His mother so brain dead she can no longer drive a car. Where does this mans corruption end. He is no Christain, he is the worst scum a child with cancer nightmare. STOP THIS CORRUPTION AND SAVE DALTON GEOFFREY PETERS

Sept. 26 (Bloomberg Law) -- Two federal district judges tied for Judge of the Week on the video with Bloomberg Law's Lee Pacchia and Bloomberg News bankruptcy columnist Bill Rochelle. District Judge Lynn N. Hughes in Houston took a case entirely away from the bankruptcy judge rather than hear an appeal, while District Judge Jed Rakoff wrote an opinion sitting on the appeals court in a case involving Bernard Madoff's fraud where in substance he told himself how to rule in another Madoff case he's hearing as a district judge. Former chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission Richard C. Breeden, appointed to distribute $2.2 billion forfeited to the U.S. government, hinted he might give money to some victims of the Madoff Ponzi scheme who were denied claims by the trustee under the Securities Investor Protection Act. Investors in stock and bonds issued by bankrupt Overseas Shipholding Group Inc. received a surprise when the company published disappointing projections. They were more surprised when the securities dropped precipitously in value.
