Having started out in Technology recruitment for a global market leader, Daniel focused in Enterprise Software within the TMT and Financial Services markets in the first iteration of the dot com boom. In this role Daniel managed several teams of permanent recruiters covering the South of England & Wales. He has worked with Start-ups, Consultancies and Enterprise Technology firms with a particular interest in Business Intelligence, CRM and Information Security. He has taken this experience with solutions and service offerings from big brands and boutique search businesses into DGJ Search, focusing now on middle to senior management tier candidates in Mobile, Video, Display, Ad Tech, Data & eCommerce .

He has worked with companies including Microsoft, IBM, Sun Microsystems, Oracle and Samsung as well as smaller hi-tech fast growth companies. He is successful in creating and implementing business strategies and developing client relationships at the executive level. He sees huge growth and opportunities in developing mobile marketing strategies for brands big and small. Previous roles include Executive VP for Advanced Alchemy and Marketing Manager for the Granada Group.
