Amir is a young Afghani from a well-to-do Kabul family; his best friend Hassan is the son of a family servant. Together the two boys form a bond of friendship that breaks tragically on one fateful day, when Amir fails to save his friend from brutal neighborhood bullies. Amir and Hassan become separated, and as first the Soviets and then the Taliban seize control of Afghanistan, Amir and his father escape to the United States to pursue a new life. Years later, Amir -- now an accomplished author living in San Francisco -- is called back to Kabul to right the wrongs he and his father committed years ago.

Amir is a young Afghani from a well-to-do Kabul family; his best friend Hassan is the son of a family servant. Together the two boys form a bond of friendship that breaks tragically on one fateful day, when Amir fails to save his friend from brutal neighborhood bullies. Amir and Hassan become separated, and as first the Soviets and then the Taliban seize control of Afghanistan, Amir and his father escape to the United States to pursue a new life. Years later, Amir -- now an accomplished author living in San Francisco -- is called back to Kabul to right the wrongs he and his father committed years ago. -

We're often our own worst enemy. Therefore, it is important to not let our mental block hinder us from chasing after our vision. In here, the ups and downs of being a rhythmic gymnast has written over a girl's life. Living in a single parent family, can she survive through the hardships? How about handwork over talent? Why 'The Kite'? It's basically a metaphor of the parents and their child. The children are the kite itself, the lesser the restriction, the higher they fly. Hence, the brighter they'll shine. Amir is a young Afghani from a well-to-do Kabul family; his best friend Hassan is the son of a family servant. Together the two boys form a bond of friendship that breaks tragically on one fateful day, when Amir fails to save his friend from brutal neighborhood bullies. Amir and Hassan become separated, and as first the Soviets and then the Taliban seize control of Afghanistan, Amir and his father escape to the United States to pursue a new life. Years later, Amir -- now an accomplished author living in San Francisco -- is called back to Kabul to right the wrongs he and his father committed years ago.

We're often our own worst enemy. Therefore, it is important to not let our mental block hinder us from chasing after our vision.
In here, the ups and downs of being a rhythmic gymnast has written over a girl's life. Living in a single parent family, can she survive through the hardships? How about handwork over talent?
Why 'The Kite'? It's basically a metaphor of the parents and their child. The children are the kite itself, the lesser the restriction, the higher they fly. Hence, the brighter they'll shine.
This is a documentary short film where I produced during my final year of studies majoring in Graphic Design & Multimedia. Thanks to a bunch of great casts and crews for making this happen! Hopefully this film can relate to you in one way or another. :)

We're often our own worst enemy. Therefore, it is important to not let our mental block hinder us from chasing after our vision.
In here, the ups and downs of being a rhythmic gymnast has written over a girl's life. Living in a single parent family, can she survive through the hardships? How about handwork over talent?
Why 'The Kite'? It's basically a metaphor of the parents and their child. The children are the kite itself, the lesser the restriction, the higher they fly. Hence, the brighter they'll shine.
This is a documentary short film where I produced during my final year of studies majoring in Graphic Design & Multimedia. Thanks to a bunch of great casts and crews for making this happen! Hopefully this film can relate to you in one way or another. :)

Finding Neverland director Marc Forster adapts author Khaled Hosseini's critically acclaimed novel about two childhood best friends forever torn apart as their country is ravaged by endless war and bitter strife. As children, Amir (Khalid Abdalla) and Hassan were inseparable; their long days under azure Kabul skies often spent getting into innocent mischief or preparing for the highly anticipated kite-fighting tournament. When the day of the tournament arrives, however, a glorious victory is quickly offset by a timorous act of betrayal that ultimately serves as the catalyst for catastrophe. Not long after that fateful day, Amir moves away to America, leaving his old friend behind just as the ominous specter of war turns tragically tangible. Two decades later, Amir returns to Afghanistan to find his beloved homeland has now fallen under the iron-fisted rule of the Taliban. Still, all hope for redemption hasn't been lost just yet, because now that Amir stands face to face with the irrepressible secrets that he struggled so vigilantly to bury, he will receive one last chance to make peace with the past, and lay the groundwork for a brighter future.

Filming for 2 months in the alps over winter with some of the best conditions and super kite days you could ever dream of. This was a trip of a life time, it always is when I go to the Lautaret pass in the French alps, but this trip was really special. I saw many old and new friends and shared many amazing moments together. Many things happened on this 2 months trip, from the highs to the lows. I had my appendix taken out 5 days after I arrived in France. It was the biggest load of bull shit I ever experienced on a kite trip and I never have any bad luck. Although the husband is drinking, they do not smoke their problems away, while everyone else in the apartment is. So, how did that old man know the woman a good person? Isn't the family poor?
Plus, the pedestrian crossing part struck me so hard. It's gloomy. Gory. Now, she has no one else to turn to, except influential drug and alcohol practices.
Games like these strangely motivate me to move away from problems.

WELCOME... to ''SUPER SNOW KITE DAY The Movie'' 7 month editing project that started in February 2014. Filming for 2 months in the alps over winter with some of the best conditions and super kite days you could ever dream of. This was a trip of a life time, it always is when I go to the Lautaret pass in the French alps, but this trip was really special. I saw many old and new friends and shared many amazing moments together. Many things happened on this 2 months trip, from the highs to the lows. I had my appendix taken out 5 days after I arrived in France. It was the biggest load of bull shit I ever experienced on a kite trip and I never have any bad luck. But this completely stopped me from entering the snowkitemasters competition. It was very sad but I was with cool people and my recovery was very fast, in fact I was riding almost 2 weeks after my opp. I took it easy at first but then I did the biggest flying of my life (I was using a climbing harness and my waist harness so it was ok). It has been a dream of mine to become a snowkitemaster and finally all my years of training paid off and I learned how to fly. I have been editing this project since that trip and I had to make it good. I was so lucky to get all the footage I did even during the SKM when I could barely walk up hill (thanks for the snow mobile lift guys). Well I think I did it, I pulled of a Super Snow Kite Day video that I am happy with. I really hope you enjoyed watching this video as much as I did making it. This video follows me and my SKD bros at the kitecamp we held over the winter. Everyone had a epic trip. It was so much fun to see new people coming to ride with us and they hear of us from our Youtube channel. Im so happy to ride with actual subscribers of my channel. I only hope to keep entertaining you all with epic new SKD videos.
My dear friend lolo, we went though a lot together on that trip. This guy is a real hero and a true brother of mine. We share the same passion for kiteboarding and we always have SKD's every time we hook up. We had so many epic riding days together and he really helped me progress my riding and he also helped me a lot during the trip. Thanks so much for your help lolo. It was so epic bro.
The last section of the video shows the highlights of another epic powpow day when the snow was just so amazingly soft and you could just glide like it was water. So much happened on this trip and its no suppise that we just want ot keep going back. So if you want to try snowkite next year come join us at the new kitecamp.

WELCOME... to ''SUPER SNOW KITE DAY The Movie'' 7 month editing project that started in February 2014. Filming for 2 months in the alps over winter with some of the best conditions and super kite days you could ever dream of. This was a trip of a life time, it always is when I go to the Lautaret pass in the French alps, but this trip was really special. I saw many old and new friends and shared many amazing moments together. Many things happened on this 2 months trip, from the highs to the lows. I had my appendix taken out 5 days after I arrived in France. It was the biggest load of bull shit I ever experienced on a kite trip and I never have any bad luck. But this completely stopped me from entering the snowkitemasters competition. It was very sad but I was with cool people and my recovery was very fast, in fact I was riding almost 2 weeks after my opp. I took it easy at first but then I did the biggest flying of my life (I was using a climbing harness and my waist harness so it was ok). It has been a dream of mine to become a snowkitemaster and finally all my years of training paid off and I learned how to fly. I have been editing this project since that trip and I had to make it good. I was so lucky to get all the footage I did even during the SKM when I could barely walk up hill (thanks for the snow mobile lift guys). Well I think I did it, I pulled of a Super Snow Kite Day video that I am happy with. I really hope you enjoyed watching this video as much as I did making it. This video follows me and my SKD bros at the kitecamp we held over the winter. Everyone had a epic trip. It was so much fun to see new people coming to ride with us and they hear of us from our Youtube channel. Im so happy to ride with actual subscribers of my channel. I only hope to keep entertaining you all with epic new SKD videos.
My dear friend lolo, we went though a lot together on that trip. This guy is a real hero and a true brother of mine. We share the same passion for kiteboarding and we always have SKD's every time we hook up. We had so many epic riding days together and he really helped me progress my riding and he also helped me a lot during the trip. Thanks so much for your help lolo. It was so epic bro.
The last section of the video shows the highlights of another epic powpow day when the snow was just so amazingly soft and you could just glide like it was water. So much happened on this trip and its no suppise that we just want ot keep going back. So if you want to try snowkite next year come join us at the new kitecamp.

The film which is about the rise in the use of drugs (pushed from across the border) in the youths of Punjab ... However the films has been more in the news for featuring Shahid Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor, even though they haven't shot for a single scene together ... It was more interesting that the films I had been listening to so I picked up this role ... Shahid gave me the film to just read ... I read it and fell in love with the film....
