"We have the yerba Mate, it is ground, it''s dry, it''s settled and we are going to start preparing the mate by shaking it. Then we begin to pour lukewarm water, not too hot, so that the yerba begins to take its flavour for drinking the Mate. Now we stick in a straw, normally a metallic one but it could be made of other materials too, and then we pour the hot water. (Drinks some Mate)
