The Uyghurs
The Uyghur people are a Turkic ethnic group living in Central Asia for the most part. The vast majority of the Uyghurs live in what is today called 'Xinjiang', part of the People's Republic of China. Considerable Uyghur communities also live in Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, and Kazakhstan. This video was made in China's Xinjiang province (some Uyghurs prefer the term 'East Turkestan'), and gives an impression of the traditions and remaining culture I encountered while traveling through the region. There are images of Kashgar, Hotan and smaller villages in the area. I used a traditional Uyghur song to accompany the images. History of Uyghurs (Lemurians: c.10,500 BC - 2012 AD)
History of Uyghurs (Lemurians: c.10,500 BC - 2012 AD)
part from the book 'Lost continent of MU', 'Children of MU' by James Churchward: The Uyghur Empire was possibly the first, and unquestionably the largest, most important, and most powerful of all the colonial empires belonging to Mu. Colonization commenced just north of Burma more than 70,000 years ago. The Uyghur Empire stretched its powerful arms from the Pacific Ocean across Central Asia and into Eastren Europe from the Caspian Sea on. This was before the British Isles became separated from the continent of Europe. The southern boundary of the Uyghur Empire was along the northern boundaries of Cochin China, Burma, India, and Persia, and this was before the Himalayas and the other Asiatic mountains were raised. Their northern boundary extended into Siberia, but how far there is no record to tell. Remains of their cities have been found in the southern parts of Siberia. Legendary history states that the Uyghurs extended themselves all through the central parts of Europe. The Book of Manu, an ancient Hindu book, says: " The Uyghurs had a settlement on the northern and eastern shores of the Caspian sea." They settled in northern Spain, northern France, and far down into the Balkan region. The late archeological discoveries in Moravia are Uyghur remains, and the evidences in which ethnologists have based their theories that man originated in Asia have been marks left by the advancing Uyghurs in Europe. Chinese legend tells that the Uyghurs were at the height of their civilization about 17,000 years ago. This date agrees with geological phenomenon. An ancient record in a monastery states: "The capital City of the Uyghurs with all its people was destroyed by a flood which extended throughout the eastern part of the Empire, destroying all and everything." This ancient record is absolutely corroborated by geological phenomena. At the time the Uyghur Empire was at its peak, the mountain had not been raised and what is now the Gobi Desert (Teklimakan)was a rich well-watered plain. Here the capital city of the Uyghurs was situated, almost due south from Lake Baikal. In 1896 a party of explorers, upon information received in Tibet, visited the site of the ancient city of Khara Khota. They had been told that the Uyghur capital city lay under the ruins of Khara Khota. They dug through these ruins and then through a stratum of boulders, gravel and sand fifty feet in thickness, and finally came upon the ruins of the capital city. The history of the Uyghurs is the history of the Aryan races, for all of the true Aryan races descended from Uyghur forefathers. The Uyghurs formed chains of settlements across the central parts of Europe back in Tertiary Times. After the Empire was destroyed by the great magnetic cataclysm and mountain rising, the surviving remnants of humanity or their descendants again formed settlements in Europe. This was during the Pleistocene Time. The slaves, Tautens, Celts, Irish,Bretons and Basques are all descended from Uyghur stock. The Bretons,Basques, and genuine Irish are the descendants of those who survived the magnetic cataclysm and mountain raising. Some Chinese records, bearing a date of 500 B.C. Describe the Uyghurs as having been "light-haired, blue-eyed people." " The Uyghurs were all of a light complexion, milk-white skin, with varying color of eyes and hair. In the north blue eye and light hair predominated. In the south were found those with dark hair and dark eyes." The Uyghurs had reached a high state of civilization and culture. They knew astrology, mining, the textile industries, architecture, mathematics, agriculture, writing, reading, medicine, ect. They were experts in decorative art or silk, metals, and wood, and they made statues of gold, silver, bronze, and clay and this was before the history of Egypt commenced. The history of Central Asia is the history of the Uyghurs. The Uyghur people are a distinct, vibrant cultural element of Central Asia. Whether you examine the role of Uyghur scholars in Genghis Khan's court as administrators, peruse the artistic wonders of their architectural accomplishments involving the Buddhist, Christian or Islamic periods, or read translations of the numerous written works on medicine, history or just their humor, one cannot but realize the unique and vital contributions of the Uyghur people to history.[Jack Churchward] Currently, the majority of the Uyghur people live under the rule of the Chinese government. I would be remiss were I not to mention that this centuries' old culture is under attack. Uyghur language text books are banned from classrooms and book burnings have consumed thousands of books, just for being correct about history. [Jack Churchward]- published: 18 Jan 2010

China Seeks Outside Help Against Uyghur People
China is calling for the international community to help fight what it calls a homegrown terrorist problem in mostly Muslim Xinjiang ( East Turkistan). The Chinese government accuses the region's Uyghur minority population of seeking independence through violence, while the Uyghurs blame Beijing for suppressing their culture and religion. China is already carrying-out counterterrorism-style drills with forces from neighboring countries in Xinjiang ( East Turkistan).- published: 17 May 2011

Race segregation? Uyghur people across China are forced back to Xinjiang
Follow us on TWITTER: http://twitter.com/cnforbiddennews Like us on FACEBOOK: http://www.facebook.com/chinaforbiddennews The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) are forcing a large number of Uyghur people across China back to their hometowns in Xinjiang. After the Bloodshed Event at Kunming Railway Station on March 1 in Yunnan Province, an enhanced alert against Uyghur people in Shadian Town of Honghe Region of Yunnan Province, where 8 suspected Uyghur people once lived and have since been implemented. After 5 days of the Event, several buses loaded to the brim with Uyghur people, left Shadian Town escorted by police vehicles. Shadian Town is a gathering place of Gejiu City of the Honghe Region,it has the largest numbers of Muslim people there. After Kunming Bloodshed Event, a total of 900 Uyghur's in Shadian Town were sent back to Xinjiang. A local resident told Radio Free Asia (RFA), there is no one of the Uyghur race in Shadian Town now. Shadian local government paid law enforcement officials 1000 RMB(renminbi) to send them back Xinjiang. In addition, all Uyghur people in the Honghe Region are being sent back to Xinjiang. According to RFA, one Uyghur person had lived in Beijing for 30 years without any criminal record, yet after the Kunming Event, he has been forced to move away by the landlord. Now his living conditions are in a desperate state. Another distraught Uyghur appealer in Beijing told NTD, after his wife and he were forced to leave their homes, they were sent back to Xinjiang, their lives are now in a desperate state. Uyghur appealer Nanmubalati: "We are from Xinjiang. My wife and I were forced back to Xinjiang from Beijing. Now we have no money. My wife is in desperate state." American-based Uyghur Association Vice Chairman Rafael Ilshat told RFA: "Yunnan is one of the gathering places for Uyghur people, with around several thousand. of them there In addition to Yunan, Beijing, Henan Province and Shaanxi Province, all are being forced back, all Uyghur people are being forced back to Xinjiang. This is the first time CCP Authorities have publicly sent Uyghur people back to Xinjiang." World Uyghur Congress spokesman Alim Seytoff told NTD, "From 1949 to the present day, the CCP have always executed a high pressure policy on Uyghur people. However, the more the Uyghur people are oppressed, the more they resist the CCP's tyranny." Alim Seytoff: "Since 1949, we have seen the CCP employ all means of suppression, with deceiving tactics towards Uyghurs, Tibetans and other ethnic minority groups. So under such circumstances, the CCP are keen to blacken Uyghur people, they alsoinstigate Han Ethnic people's national sentiment of hate and oppression towards Uyghur's." After Kunming Event, in many places of Mainland China, Uyghur people are rigidly inspected by the police. Such a policy has revoked the balance of the people. Netizens say on the Internet, such a policy of CCP has brought hurt and bad feeling amongst many. Although the killers of the Kunming Event should be condemned, Beijing human rights activist Hu Jia reminded us in the media, last October when Uyghur people drove a vehicle to impact the Jinshui Bridge of Tian'Anmen Square, many people did not know of the marginalised and second rate citizenship status of the Uyghur people, as well as their own personal resentment. Hujia says: "Due to the propaganda of the government, sometimes the public can be misguided, and now the rejection of Uyghur people from the public has been increased. After Kunming Event, the gap has become even greater." Regarding the propaganda ways of oppressing people executed by the CCP, Alim Seytoff takes the example of the false self-fired event of five people in Tian'anmen Square as an example, which has been widely advertised to demonise Falun Gong and promote the hatred towards Falun Gong. Alim Seytoff: "In 2001, the Chinese Government self-directed and self-portrayed so-called Falun Gong practitioners', who set light to themselves in Beijing, the heart of China. The purpose was to demonise and blacken Falun Gong as a cult. In order to highly oppress all Falun Gong, they self-produced such a farce. This event became an excuse to brutally suppress Falun Gong non-stop to this day." Alim Seytoff points out that, during the Kunming Event, the police only released photos of the suspects and stated they were Uyghur, yet they did not disclose the name of their hometown. It is not clear to recognise if the killers in the video were the same as in the photos. So "who actually did this", this is still to be investigated by the international community. Alim Seytoff: "On June 4 1989, the CCP said there was no one killed when they carried out the massacre action on those college students 《神韵》2014世界巡演新亮点 http://www.ShenYunPerformingArts.org/- published: 14 Mar 2014

True life of Uyghur People - A documentation by Paul Rosenmöller
