Stephenson, 21, of Dayton, Ohio, read over and study the ships damage control emergency power loss plan today in the mess deck of the Coast Guard Cutter Valiant, homeported in Miami. DESTIN, Fla. -- Petty Officer 2nd Class Nathan Stephenson accepts donations at the U.S. Coast Guard Station Destin Haunted House, Oct. 30, 2009. The small boat station held their 2nd annual haunted house benefiting the Destin Harvest Food Bank Oct. 24-25 and 29-30.
