Few month ago the Ministry of Internally Displaced Persons from the Occupied Territories, Accommodation and Refugees of Georgia received application from ID'p from Abkhazia for the new renovated apartment. She and her two children (one of children is disable) pass the registration and she been wait for the call and any result. So, after few month of the waiting time the new Minister of Internally Displaced Persons from the Occupied Territories, Accommodation and Refugees of Georgia Davit Darakhvelidze gave keys of apartments on Kvareli street in Tbilisi to 85 IDp's from Abkhazia. From the list of 85 IDP's in level # 44 we found surname and name of Tamila with her two children. But, the problem that she doesn't received any keys or apartment from The Minister of Internally Displaced Persons from the Occupied Territories, Accommodation and Refugees of Georgia. In the next days she went to ministry with the question about that story but, she been kick out from ministry without any explanation. After, she sent letter to Georgian Public Defender and to the Minister of Internally Displaced Persons from the Occupied Territories, Accommodation and Refugees of Georgia and waited from them official answer. Today she got the answer and there is written " As she is living in other district she been removed from the list" 1. How come she been choose and put in to the list, from the registration time? 2. By the criteria's she have - she most be in the list who must receive good condition of home for her disable and little children. 3. Almost for 20 year that family didn't receive normal human help from the government. 4. In the video you can see building were was killed her tall brother in 02 November of 2005 and that buildings are destroyed and no have any civilize systems as it is water, gaz, any market, any medicine, products, work, transportation. 5. For 20 years Government of Georgia been receive from International donor countries financial help for IDP's but, as you can see IDP's didn't receive any help, because much more from those help attached or, back to the helpers as corruption illegal income or, corruption Georgian politician's put that help in their friend's or relatives pockets. We remember one day when the Minister of Internally Displaced Persons from the Occupied Territories, Accommodation and Refugees of Georgia mister Davit Darakhvelidze was on 1st Georgian TV channel were he have a question against about problem of Kvareli apartments list and illegal removing from the list of concretely persons - the minister answer that "Impossible and it's can't be". We can say that - minister is lie and he is bad person and he is one of political team who support him to be as a minister. I knew true information that, almost 75 % of IDP's didn't go on Georgian 2012 parliamentary and 2013 presidential election.
