The 400 newly discovered massacre sites are the handiwork of the Guatemalan Army, but they did not act alone -- the CIA told them how to do it. Fearful of Red-spread right on America's doorstep the Reagan administration armed and trained Guatemala's army to stamp-out the communist threat. Veterans of the Reagan administration make no apology for their political agenda. "It seemed clear to us that if you had a Nicaragua in Guatemala, what you've got is... a Soviet style government with secret police agents on the border of Mexico", explains Eliot Abrahms, the then Assistant Secretary of State. Anything was justified to contain the threat, including as is now revealed, turning a blind eye to genocide. Recently released CIA manuals issued to the army explain how to murder people, they even explain how to enter a room with ten people sitting round a table and murder them one by one. These instructions were used against not only guerrillas but countless Indian civilians with Washington's full knowledge. "The well-documented belief that all Ixil Indians are pro-guerrilla has created a situation in which the army can be expected to give no quarter to combatants and non-combatants alike," details one wire from Guatemala to Washington. After analysing the documents released by the CIA on Clinton's orders Kate Doyle is clear that the US are responsible for the horrors perpetrated by Guatemala's army. "The United States created the killing machine that went on to murder and torture hundreds of thousands of people." At a time when Pinochet, Chile's notorious dictator, faces the courts for atrocities, Guatemala is still living with theirs. Over the years 45,000 Guatemalans, guerrillas but also students and professors, priests and social workers - have simply disappeared. Last March, President Clinton apologised for America's support for repressive regimes. To claim that white genocide and that whites are not going to be an minority in their own countries is quite strange when it's pritty obvious and official today. The question is, do you support white genocide or not. We in This is Europa would not really think it's such a great idea to make our own people an ethnic minority in our own countries. It doesn't help the third world and it doesn't really help us either, we would rather prefere that people respected each others identitys and lived in their own countries and visit us on vications rather than making our own population an minority. To talk about who is proud or not is not really relevant to this situation, or how bad the belief of Islam is or other things along that line, what people really should pay attention to is the deliberately inflicting on our group conditions of life calculated to bring about our physical destruction in whole or in part which is genocide. When we grew up, we had a few non-white immigrants in our class as our friends, and we just saw them as that, no one were asked if we wanted to become a minority, the moment we in This is Europa understood that this is what this will lead to we simply say no. Now it's your time, just simply say no to white genocide.

The national evacuation plan over possible genocide was drafted almost a decade ago. Since Mandela's was elected South Africa's first black president in 1994 after spending 27 years in prison for actively opposing the segregationist policies of apartheid in the country, Afrikaners say over 3,000 white farmers have been murdered in revenge for the suppression enforced by its own National Party. Afrikaners say the government has never shown much desire to investigate the deaths. And now as Mandela is in and out of hospital at age 95, Afrikaners and their supporters are preparing for the worst upon his death. The Suidlanders is a right-wing group spread across the country devising a national evacuation plan should violence occur. "We have the guidance, love and mercy of an Almighty Father, who supports us in the execution of His mission," the group says on its website. "Therefore, the Suidlanders stand grateful, humble and prepared with faith, hope and love for our people, for a period of anarchy." They say they have thousands of groups meeting on a regular basis to support members "spiritually, emotionally and with practical assistance in preparing for times of emergency." "We have been planning for eight years," head of emergency planning Coenie Maree told RT. "It started simple, the idea was to give people an option. We've divided the country into 27 provinces and divided those further into groups. Each group has its own plan." There are around three million Afrikaners across South Africa who are descendants of primarily northern Europeans who arrived in the country three to four centuries ago. Genocide Watch, an organization that analyzes conditions around the world that could result in mass murder, puts Afrikaners' risk of slaughter at level six or "preparation" stages, one level away from killings. Gustav Muller and his team preparing for the worst are afraid level seven could start any moment. A former intelligence officer in the South African army, he says it was simple to read the warning signs. "We are believers, and in our Bible, it says if you notice warning signs, you must convey it," Muller told RT. "If you don't, you will have blood on your hands." Last year, South African President Jacob Zuma antagonized Afrikaners when he sang a song referencing revenge against whites in a public sing-along. "You are a Boer (white man), we are going to hit them...." Zuma sang, with a group. Muller, a leader of the Suidlanders movement, has helped establish a countrywide operation with more than a hundred safe areas. When the alert is given, people across the country will be notified by SMS, and they will go to a pre-arranged meeting point from where they will travel by convoy to the safe areas. "The death of Nelson Mandela is a risk scenario," Muller said. "He is a political icon and his passing could see violence flaring up again." Some 800,000 white, mostly Afrikaans- speaking South Africans are supporting the pre-planning. Many are collecting goods and emergency provisions for the day they get the word.

Central African Republic: On the Brink of Genocide

Unabated violence between Christians and Muslims has plagued the Central African Republic since a coup by Seleka fighters to overthrow former president, Francois Bozize in March 2013. Thousands of Muslims have fled Bangui during the past several months to escape killing, looting and harassment by the anti-balaka Christian militia. The brutalities began to escalate when the country's first Muslim leader, Michel Djotodia, stepped down and went into exile last month. The French government has dispatched thousands of troops to the country, but they have appeared to be unable to prevent inter-communal clashes that erupted after Christian militias attacked the mostly Muslim Seleka group. Thousands are dead and nearly one million are displaced, in a country of only 4.5 million people. The United Nations has estimated that about two million people are in dire need of humanitarian assistance. On this week's INfocus, we travel to CAR to see how international forces are using violence to re-colonize the country and how ethnic tensions are being stirred up.
