INCARCERATION - Sacrifice (FULL EP)
INCARCERATION - Sacrifice (FULL EP)
Released in 2013 via FDA Rekotz (Germany), Dawnbreed Records (The Netherlands) and Misanthropic Records (Brazil). Lyrics, technical infos and thanks below: 1.FORSAKEN AND FORGOTTEN Seven decades of selfishness Seven decades of lies Seven decades directionless Decades lost in time Now the old man questions himself About his choices, his frustrations Prays for gods and saints for help Days of desperation Near of death lying in an asylum Waiting for his time to come No more breath, no more smiles All his will to live is gone Sick of pain and sadness - death is what he now can see After all this madness - in the end he will be Forgotten Forsaken and Forgotten 2.SACRIFICE Lobotomized by the consumer culture Human Zombifed walks blindfolded Handled by greed and selfishness Entities killers of innocence Sacrifice! Sacrifice! I stuck to everyday urban wild Conducted every day to death Asphyxiated by reality Last breaths desperated for dignity Sacrifice! Sacrifice! Sacrifice all your blood Suffering the allday hell Enjoy your condemnation Enslaved to Sacrifice My soul weeps - tears of blood The black sweat - expresses human inconsistency Sacrifices, death of today For the hope of tomorrow We are all engaged, victims of conscription of a lost war The daily sacrifice humiliated and enclosed by greed I plant seeds of truth To obtain a subjective freedom The meaning of life - murder of dreams Is called death, mass suicide 3.CEMETERY OF LIES A child, pure, eight years old Beheld by a priest in a church dirty and cold He found a solution to keep her mom away And seduced the poor girl for a different pray Scared, deterred, she found no salvation Just the beginning of another molestation Naked, alone, lying in the bed The bastard priest smiling with both hands on her breast Another victim of depravation Abused under the name of Christ Suffering and molestation Raped in the Cemetery of Lies Her father discovered and planed a revenge The priest had to suffer a sadistic penitence Hijacked, tied, screaming to survive Burning with the church in an evil way to die Condemned for his profanation Smells of death invades the night Screams and crosses in conflagration Burning in the Cemetery of Lies Another victim of depravation Abused under the name of Christ Suffering and molestation Cursed cancer of mankind Condemned for his profanation Smells of death invades the night Screams and crosses in conflagration Burning in the Cemetery of Lies Some people did more than supporting Incarceration and are a part of it: Adalvanira, Devanil, Esther and Thiago Pereira da Silva; Regina and Martin Schulz & family; Victor Elian, Nestor Carrera, Capaça, Thiago Silva 'Índio', Jera Cravo, Jigs, Canis Lupus, Rico, Christophe Spadjzel, Jane Doe Whitney and Vladimir Suznjevic. Why are so Many Americans in Prison? Michael Stoll on America's Ridiculous Incarceration Rates
"Every ten or eleven people that you meet, someone is going to either know someone in prison, has been in prison with a record, or you met them and they are going off to prison," says Michael Stoll, co-author of Why are so Many Americans in Prison? ReasonTV's Tracy Oppenheimer sat down with Stoll to discuss why incarceration rates and associated prison costs in America have exploded in the last few decades, and possible ways to reform the system. "That increase [in incarceration rates] that we saw, 80 percent of that through our analysis, was driven by policy changes, not by the increased criminality of citizens in the United States," says Stoll. "One of the things that I think needs to be done—and we know that this is politically difficult—is there has to be reform in sentencing." About 7 minutes. Edited by Tracy Oppenheimer. Camera by Zach Weissmueller and Sharif Matar. Abby Martin speaks with Eugene Puryear, author of 'Shackled and Chained: Mass Incarceration in Capitalist America', about how the US became the country holding a quarter of the world's prisoners, the privatization of prisons, and the racial bias inherent in the criminal justice system. Adam Kokesh on incarceration, modern war, and moving forward
VIRGINIA | Adam Kokesh joins Gary Franchi to discuss what life is like as a soldier in modern war, his activism in favor of gun rights, including his civil disobedience in Washington that led to his arrest.. and how he was received by his new audience behind bars. We get Adam's take on the latest allegations that Edward Snowden was assisted by the Russian intelligence agency Could the wars in the Middle East be turning U.S. soldiers against the government for whom they once fought? After more than a dozen years of American military involvement in Afghanistan and Iraq, a growing number of veterans are beginning to take a strong stand against federal policies. One of the best-known of these soldiers is Adam Kokesh. He joined the group Iraq Veterans Against the War in 2007. That same year, he was arrested for protesting the war outside the Hart Senate office building. A decorated veteran of the War in Iraq, he was arrested for loading a shotgun in front of the White House. He pleaded guilty to firearms charges, and was sentenced to two years of probation. Supporters who believed the case would go to trial were advocating for his case to be nullified by the jury. Prosecutors hoped to charge the activist with attempting to smuggle a cell phone into his cell. Today, many people see him as a symbol of resistance to government intrusion on personal liberties.
