Fist". June 2014 at

In
2012 United States anti narcotics strategy successfully closed down 99% of drug cartel businesses in both production and distribution.
Latest intel from
DEA FAST teams in
South America is that a recent alliance between drug cartels has kick started the production and transportation of illegal drugs into
North America.
This new alliance is believed to have been brokered by former elements of the
Cali and
Medellin cartels, once sworn enemies now working in partnership with the
North Coast Cartel who dropped off the radar back in
2007, therefore avoiding much of the fallout from the US operations that destroyed many of the cartels, Cali and Medellin included.
New intelligence suggests that the new coalition has re opened certain untarnished smuggling routes up to
Mexico and over into North America.
DEA FAST teams have been tasked to stamp out this resurgence before it gains momentum. However the cartels have taken steps to protect this new venture, employing highly trained mercenaries to train their men and work alongside them as security against any military interference.
SI7 have despatched a team to work alongside DEA after intel discovered in
Chad suggests that at least one
KOA agent is part of the mercenary force the cartels use to protect the transport routes.
The intel discovered during raids linked to the trail of
Omar Gawd claims that this is an attempt to get a clean-skin onto US soil, where he would await contact and plan for future attacks across
America.
