Hydration:
• 1 ripe banana
• 1 ripe avocado
• 1 tablespoon (15mL) honey
We put our skin through a lot of stress throughout our day-to-day lives, which leads to many people suffering from dehydrated skin.
A very simple but effective recipe to improve your skin’s hydration is to mix a ripe avocado, half a ripe banana to a pulp, and stir through a tablespoon of honey.
The banana and avocado are filled with minerals and vitamins to nourish your skin, whilst the honey will add hydration and lock in moisture.
