The Austin Toros are a NBA Development League minor league basketball team based in Cedar Park, Texas, United States.
The team plays home games at Cedar Park Center.

Their logo is the design of a bull and basketball with the state of Texas in the background. After the San Antonio Spurs purchased the franchise, the team colors and logo were changed to reflect the silver and black motif used by the Spurs.

The Columbus Riverdragons franchise from Columbus, Georgia was awarded to the city of Austin, Texas in mid-2005 and the new name was unveiled on August 10, 2005. The Toros began play during the 2005–06 season. Their official colors were originally red, blue, and gold. The Toros name is currently the only NBA-associated team and first D-League team to possess a nickname of Spanish origin. Along with the Asheville Altitude and the Huntsville Flight sold to Southwest Basketball, LLC, the Columbus Riverdragons moved to Austin in 2005.

On February 22, 2007, head coach Dennis Johnson died of an apparent heart attack after a workout with his players. After an interim coach guided the team for the rest of that season, Quin Snyder was named as the team's head coach for 2007–08.

Nando de Colo (alternate spelling: Nando De Colo) (born June 23, 1987 in Sainte-Catherine-lès-Arras, France) is a French professional basketball player. His parents are from Portugal.

De Colo made his professional debut during the 2006-07 season with the French Pro A club Cholet Basket. Under supervision of head coach Erman Kunter, he contributed largely to the good performances of his club, winning the 2008 Semaine des As, reaching the finals of the 2008 French Cup and of the 2009 Eurochallenge.

He was drafted with the 53rd pick by the NBA club the San Antonio Spurs in the 2009 NBA Draft. He then moved to the Spanish ACB League club Valencia in 2009. He won the 2010 Eurocup title.

De Colo is also a member of the senior French national basketball team, and he played with them at the EuroBasket 2009, the 2010 FIBA World Championship and the EuroBasket 2011. He won the silver medal at the Eurobasket 2011 in Lithuania.

Dwayne Jones (born June 9, 1983, in Morgantown, West Virginia) is an American professional basketball player.

Along with senior Jameer Nelson and juniors Delonte West and Pat Carroll, Jones was an integral part of the undefeated Saint Joseph's team during the 2004 regular season. The Hawks earned a #1 seed in the NCAA Tournament and advanced to the Elite Eight. They were within seconds of the Final Four, before the Oklahoma State Cowboys' John Lucas hit a 3-pointer. Saint Joseph's finished with a 30–2 record, the best in the University's history.

In 2004-05, Jones was the Atlantic 10 Defensive Player of the Year, and a member of the All-Defensive Team for the second consecutive year. He ranked fifth in rebounds (11.6) and blocks (3.0) in the nation, and led the Atlantic 10 in both categories.

Jones was chosen to Atlantic 10 All-Conference 2nd Team and All-Big 5 second-team, while posting career-best numbers in scoring (10.1 points per game), rebounding and blocked shots. He was also named to the Atlantic 10 All-Championship Team after averaging 10.0 points and 12.7 rebounds in the tournament, and earned NIT All-Tournament honors.
